Did a little digging on the school mentioned in TMAGP04, taking some notes myself, and I found these few lines about it. An appropriate birthplace for a possible antecedent to Grifter's Bone. "Novel and arousing effects" would be an interesting way to euphemize music so agitating a crowd that it tears itself to bits.
