iMPACT!
May 9th 2024
Following her loss at Under Siege last weekend, the now former TNA Digital Media Champion Tenille Dashwood is clearly not in the best mood as she arrives at the venue. In an attempt to cheer her up, Killer Kelly excitedly approaches with some good news. “I know you’re upset, but you don’t need to worry. I’ve taken care of everything, it’s what soulmates do! By this time next week, you’ll be a champion again!”
Kelly excitedly announces, a grin quickly coming to her face as she waits for Dashwood to be overjoyed with the news. The Australian is more stunned than overjoyed. “Wait, what? You got me a rematch already? How? There is no way that Tessa would agree to that already?” Dashwood drops her bag, knowing it doesn’t sound right. Tessa Blanchard is not known for her generosity. “Tessa? No, Masha and Alisha! We need to show Masha that she needs us by beating them and taking the tag team titles!” Clearly, Kelly and Dashwood are reading different books as they are nowhere close to being on the same page.
“That’s not…” Dashwood starts to protest, but Kelly isn’t listening. She is far too excited and continues to lay out her master plan for winning the affections of Masha Slamovich back next week. “We beat them next week, Masha will see that she needs us, then you give your belt to Masha, and MK Ultra are back! Everybody is happy! It’s perfect!” In the dark and twisted place that is the mind of Killer Kelly, it all makes sense and is sure to work.
Dashwood doesn’t seem anywhere near as happy with the plan and she isn’t shy about saying it. “Ahem…” With a simple look from the Australian, Kelly figures out the issue, but once again, she isn’t too concerned. “Wh… oh, right. I guess we can deal with Tessa then or something. But let’s focus on what’s important first. Getting Masha back!” Kelly wraps her arm around the shoulders of her unwilling partner who is clearly still sulking about her loss to Blanchard.
“I’d much rather my Digital Media Championship instead?” Dashwood complains, but nothing can bring down Kelly from the excitement that she is currently feeling. She is absolutely convinced by the plan she has created and is sure it works. “We’ll get to that, eventually. We need to prepare for next week, let’s go soulmate!” Leaving Dashwood’s bag where it landed, Kelly turns the Australian and leads her away to prepare for next week, no matter how unwilling she is. “Please stop calling me that…”

Is Triple H Running the WWE?
In recent years it has been pretty apparent who the WWE had earmarked for future greatness. The Rock, Brock Lesner, John Cena and Kurt Angle where all pushed very early in there professional wrestling careers without the need to pay their dues. But do any of the present roster stand out in the same way? Here's a fast take a look at a number of the stars who may probably be the subsequent principal event superstar.
Randy Orton.
Worst WWE Wrestlers 2017
If it wasn't for Orton's horrible angle and behavioral issues Randy Orton would already be one in all WWE's prime canine. His first run as champion came too soon and was a panic resolution after Chris Benoit's title reign failed to deliver rankings success, this plus the issue that WWE pushed him as a fan favorite however because of his arrogant attitude the followers the place by no means prone to besides Orton. Each time Orton has been thought-about for a title run since he is completed some thing stupid to put the stoppers on it.
It was believed Orton would feud with Triple H at Summerslam upon Triple H's return however it's now recognized Triple H is pushing for Orton to be given a run as champion as he feels Orton is ready and the fans perspective in the direction of John Cena could be greater if he spent a bit time chasing the title as a substitute of holding it, the query is will Orton screw up earlier than that point?
Johnny Nitro
A variety of wrestling experts have commented on Nitro claiming him to be the "next Shawn Michaels". His character actually resembles Michaels in his early profession, from his cocky angle to his in the ring look however what number of "next Shawn Michaels" have there been over time and what number of have reached the identical heights? This mentioned it does seem WWE administration assume a substantial amount of Johnny Nitro and should you proves he can handle himself as ECW world champion then his subsequent reign may very well be proper on the very prime of the WWE.
Bobby Lashley
Not precisely a revelation however WWE obviously see Lashley as a potential Megastar. His look and powerhouse model will all the time win him fans however despite been given large air time and the benefit of feuding with Vince McMahon (McMahon only ever feuds with guys earmarked for the top) I have never been overly impressed. He is positively bettering however for me the jury continues to be out on whether Lashley can really reside up to the WWE's high expectations.
Mr. Kennedy
Most likely the perfect employee on the microphone since The Rock, which was always going to provide him a huge benefit over the remainder of the competition. Entertaining and little question a massive fan following awaits once he's carried out his half as an heel ( something Lesner, Cena, Angle and The Rock all did). Slight improvement on his in ring performances and an extended spell without being sidelined by injuries might yet see Mr. Kennedy fulfilling his dream of competing in the main event of Wrestlemania .
CM Punk
Punk would definitely be one of the followers high picks but throughout the WWE itself issues don't appear as possible. He was famously on the end of a slating from Triple H and Shawn Michaels (they said he could not "work" a WWE style match) and his clear dwelling persona may not make him the preferred man backstage.
His strong belief in the clean dwelling angle could nevertheless be a blessing for CM Punk, with the latest problems WWE have had with the media over steroid abuse who would make a greater champion than CM Punk. Bret Hart's street to the top was helped within the ninety's because of the steroids trial of Vince McMahon perhaps CM Punk could benefit in a similar method.
MVP
WWE have up to now been impressed with the performances of MVP both within the ring and on the microphone which bodes effectively for the way forward for MVP. Certainly not the frontrunner to be the WWE's subsequent massive thing but if others slip up MVP might very nicely step into the higher tier of the WWE.
Marcus Cor Von
When wrestling in TNA as Monty Brown he was seen as a star of the long run but since becoming a member of WWE issues have not fairly continued in the same vein. This isn't a complete shock nevertheless as WWE have in recent times made wrestlers coming from exterior the WWE's personal improvement promotions work tougher and in the midst of the cardboard before permitting them to shine. Some really feel this is to make WWE appear superior to and more durable to conquer than other promotions, whether true or not Marcus Cor Von isn't presently the place he'd prefer to be within the WWE's pecking order.
Nonetheless, don't discount Cor Von's probabilities of becoming the subsequent large thing as WWE clearly noticed something in him to convey Marcus Cor Von to the corporate in the first place and perhaps once he is proven WWE his dedication to the corporate he might get the push that almost all of us anticipated.
Let's hope one among these guys can make it as the following neatest thing as although none are the finished article all are open, and able to, enchancment and of putting on decent entertaining matches. I might a lot relatively see any of these guys given an opportunity to fight at the prime of the card than the likes of Mark Henry and The Nice Khali any day of the week.
THQ and WWE have an extended business relationship. Annually, the corporate is up with new wrestling games based mostly on this largest professional-wrestling promotion in the world. The gameplay and graphics turn into more advanced annually and the followers seem to be very pleased with it. But THQ has decided to shake up their plans about their latest wrestling recreation. They need to let the fans have a very new WWE gaming experience from this yr and the mystery will likely be unveiled on the Digital Leisure Expo this yr. The publisher has planned two individual WWE based games this 12 months, WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw 2011 and a brand new recreation referred to as WWE All Stars. The first will launch later this fall and the later is predicted to be obtainable from early 2011. The two games, as stated by the THQ officials, can be distinctly different from one another, both visually and gameplay wise. Let's take a look at the synopsis of those two games right here.
WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw 2011
THQ guaranteed that the visual effect of the newest model of SVR 2011 will likely be fully different. Due to the new physics system; any further every desk you crash by, every chair shot you are taking and every ladder you leap from; it can appear like extra true to life. How the wrestlers will use them is up to them. They may bash them on the opponent or use them for extra advanced architectural violence. For instance, they may lean one ladder in opposition to one other to make use of it as a launching ramp or stack a desk on prime of another. So when the body crashes through it, it seems to be cool. Developers are planning to use this new physics to the vehicles as properly. Things appear to be much more thrilling.
WWE All Stars
If you happen to search for an over-the-prime recreation, WWE All Stars is what's going to suit you most. This model new wrestling promotion is being developed by THQ San Diego and veteran sport designer Sal DiVita is the brain behind this mission. He's leading the WWE All Stars Creative Team. The identical workforce has additionally labored for 2008's TNA Impression sport. The control of this recreation is completely different and reportedly rather more fascinating than SVR. In consequence, the game play expertise will probably be much more vivid and fascinating for the gamers. The combos are simply superior. The sport seems to be a compelling combination of outdated and new skills of WWE superstars. So maintain your breath as far more will likely be revealed this about WWE All Stars in 2011. Until then, keep tuned!
Kurt Angle's current contract with TNA expires this August. In latest months, Angle was probably not vocal about his former organization WWE like he was once within the first few months when he left it. In sure occasions, he even expressed his desire to depart TNA. All of these incidents started speculations that the former WWE superstar might make a return to it. Nonetheless, very just lately Kurt Angle addressed all these rumors to be false and hinted that will not ever return to WWE again.
Why did Kurt Angle go away WWE?
These are two foremost causes behind Kurt Angle's exit from WWE:
• Kurt was not happy with the artistic workforce of WWE. He was getting good publicity, was being concerned in great storylines however he believed WWE was not using him to his fullest. Also, he was probably not proud of the way in which wrestling matches were shaping up. He wished to exhibit his athletic excellence to the fullest, however he was not allowed to take action, as he clarified in a lot of his interviews after leaving WWE.
• The second cause was even more vital. Angle was not happy with the tight schedule that WWE usually has and he believed it was taking a toll on him. He wanted a lighter schedule which WWE was not keen to offer him. Kurt Angle then though of disassociating him with the group.
Why is Kurt Angle not going to rejoin WWE?
Time heals every part and the same is a truth on this case as nicely. Kurt Angle always accepted the truth that it was WWE that brought him to skilled wrestling which led to all these applaud that he at present enjoys. Things went bitter when he left WWE but now he likes to regulate his tongue earlier than making any foul feedback on WWE. However, that doesn't mean he's going to affix WWE again. He's extraordinarily proud of the way his TNA career has formed up. He has hinted that he might stop wrestling altogether however he will never once more join WWE. He would higher be concerned in TNA, not as a wrestler, but he'll prefer to be a part of it and entertain audiences.
Coronary heart failure induced the death of one other former WWE star Lance Cade. The wrestler died a untimely dying on the age of 29 solely. Cade aka Lance McNaught was a pupil of the "Coronary heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels and started his profession in 1999. Cade quickly turned an expert and worked in Japan and was later signed by Vincent Kennedy McMahon in a developmental contract.
Within the 12 months 2003, Lance Cade was teamed up with Mark Jindrak as an emerging tag team they usually were given a spot in Uncooked. The tag crew spilt a 12 months later and Lance teamed up with Trevor Murdoch. The duo spent three years together and in addition gained the WWE Tag Team Championship during this tenure. The duo had received the tag titles 3 times and each Cade and Murdoch were thought of as the subsequent era WWE superstars.
However despite a considerable hike to his in-ring character, Cade failed to succeed in the heights as a singles performer and was lastly launched by WWE in 2008. He joined FCW, the developmental territory of WWE in September 2009 and was launched from there as effectively in April 2010.
Details on the reason for his dying are yet to be revealed. Throughout his total career Cade battled prescription drug points and that reportedly was instrumental in his release from WWE. At the moment, he was in the midst of a major storyline developed around his mentor Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho. Cade was scheduled to headline a professional wrestling show at Sumo Corridor in Tokyo, Japan on Aug. 29. WWE formally released a press release on thirteenth August, 2010 and the organization extended its deepest condolences to the McNaught family. Several current and former WWE superstars like Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley and Matt Hardy have been surprised by the untimely loss of life of Cade and conveyed their prayers and thoughts to Cade's family.
Only some weeks back, the wrestling fans were shocked to see a cameo look by Booker T in a Friday night TNA house show in Lake Charles, Texas. The TNA officials had announced earlier that as a result of AJ Type's incapacity to perform that evening's primary occasion; he will be changed by none other than the "5 Time WCW Champion." Booker T. Booker tried to play a heel during his cameo and so as to take action; he appeared down upon the TNA fans and the promotion itself. Booker said he is here solely to win the TNA World Heavyweight Title. Because it happens within the cameo appearances, Booker fought nicely however succumbed to RVD, the TNA World Heavyweight Champion following a 5 Star Frog Splash.
This look drew some consideration of the fans as Booker has parted ways from TNA final yr and reportedly shares a sour relationship with the TNA management. He was severely criticized for poor locker room presence and was all phrases about how he can be a part of WWE at any time when he wanted. To make things even worse, he even refused to take the job to Matt Morgan, then thought-about as a less in style TNA wrestler. This was a severe violation of company guidelines and TNA determined to not entertain Booker further. Since then there was no Booker T in TNA and after this cameo appearance, fans thought this would possibly the first step of his return to TNA. However TNA officers have confirmed that it was only a one-time take care of Booker and no further negotiation has taken place in the intervening time.
There were rumors that WWE continues to be all for Booker T, however only if he decides to keep up a full schedule. But on the age of 45, this may properly not be doable for him. WWE thinks he isn't necessary enough to appear as an element-time wrestler, one thing that HBK or The Undertaker enjoys at these later years of his career. WWE refused a similar proposal in case of Jeff Hardy and RVD as properly which was a significant component of their signing with TNA. Now we had to wait and watch Booker's subsequent step which is able to actually decide his profession as an in-ring performer.

Under Siege
May 3rd 2024
Considering the hostilities between the two going back over a year, it shouldn’t come as any surprise to know that Tenille Dashwood and Tessa Blanchard skipped the feeling out process and both women instead went straight for causing as much damage as they could. Dashwood ended up getting the better of the initial exchange as she almost shocked the world. As soon as the bell sounded, both women ran towards each other but Dashwood shockingly hit the Spotlight Kick as the first attack of the match. Luckily for Blanchard, she was able to kick out at two. Considering her ego, losing in a matter of seconds would have been devastating for the challenger.
Following the near fall, Dashwood attempted the stump piledriver, but Blanchard was finally up to speed after the fast start from the defending champion. From then on, the match was considerably more even with both women having chances to finish the match, but being unable to get the killing blow. Blanchard was on high alert for the Spotlight Kick and before long, Dashwood stopped even attempting the move. Blanchard was much for persistent with her search for the Ace of Diamonds.
Dashwood did get caught of couple of times, but on each occasion was able to survive and kick out to keep her title reign alive. Unsurprisingly, with both women proving to be each others equal, Blanchard decided the victory was more important than the method. With Chelsea Green and Indi Hartwell both trying to get involved, the official has her hands full. The mayhem proved to be decisive as Blanchard was able to use her Artist of Stardom championship to do considerable damage to Dashwood.
Despite having the chance to do so, Blanchard didn’t go for the knockout with the title belt, instead she just weakens her opponent with a shot to the spine. She wants the victory to be clear cut. A hammerlock ddt, followed by the Ace of Diamonds leaves Dashwood prone and in trouble. Once again seeing her name in the headlines, Blanchard scales the ropes and leaps for the Diamond Breaker. Much to the horror of Blanchard though, Dashwood is able to connect with a boot to the stomach and a quick stump piledriver.
Luckily for Blanchard, the damage done with the Artist of Stardom championship belt is enough to prevent the Australian from making a cover. Knowing she needs to do more, Dashwood goes for a second, but Blanchard fights free and hits another Ace of Diamonds before once again scaling the ropes. This time there is no mistake as Blanchard connects with the Diamond Breaker. Showing she learned her lesson the first time they met, Blanchard doesn’t even attempt the humiliating cover and instead hooks both legs for a deep pin, giving Dashwood no chance of kicking out and ending the reign at defense number eighteen.
Starting to get weighed down in championship gold, a victorious Tessa Blanchard is quickly joined in the ring after the match by both Indi Hartwell and Chelsea Green for the celebrations to begin. But before that, Blanchard can’t resist finally getting the moment she has been trying for all this time. Arrogantly, Blanchard places a foot on the chest of Dashwood and raises her newly won TNA Digital Media Championship over her head. It took considerably longer than Blanchard expected, but finally, she got what she wanted. Diamonds really are forever.

May 2nd 2024
“Tessa Blanchard. No more hiding, I know you’re back there. You’ve been avoiding me all day. Hell, you’ve been avoiding me ever since Rebellion. You even left the country to avoid me! But I know you’re back there tonight so let’s skip the gam…” Tenille Dashwood is clearly unhappy as she takes up the ring and demands an explanation from her long time rival who bizarrely came to her aid at Rebellion against Jordynne Grace. Dashwood didn’t know at the time, but once she discovered the truth, she was irate.
Luckily for the Australian, she doesn’t have to wait long for Tessa Blanchard to make her way to the ring, a mic in hand as she starts speaking on route. “Tenille, you really don’t need to speak. It’s not like anybody even wants to hear what you have to say anyway. But, I know what you want and I’d be more than happy to explain. I think you’ve waited long enough. You want to know why I came to your aid at Rebellion, right? Why I saved you from getting beat and losing the TNA Digital Media Championship? No, don’t thank me. You don’t need to. You’re welcome.”
“Don’t worry, Tessa. I’d never thank you for anything. This place was so peaceful without you sticking your nose in everybody else’s business but… here you are, back again. Getting involved in what doesn’t concern you. You think I needed your help? I’ve made seventeen successful defenses of my TNA Digital Media Championship. I know what I’m doing. I had Jordynne Grace right where I wanted her when you got involved.” Dashwood protests, watching closely as Blanchard enters the ring, the arrogant smirk on her face as per usual.
“We’re going to have to agree to disagree on that. But I wasn’t prepared to take that chance. I couldn’t sit back and just watch you lose like that. And no, this isn’t me trying to be your friend or anything so don’t even suggest it.” Blanchard squares up to Dashwood, but the Australian doesn’t back down and instead quickly returns the verbal shot. “You and I both know that will never, ever happen.” Clearly, both women can’t stand each other and they both seem happy to continue with the hostilities.
“Finally, something we can agree on. But as I was saying before being so rudely interrupted. I’m not trying to be your friend. The reason I saved your title reign, is simple. I’m going to be the one to end it. Nobody else. Me!” Blanchard once again gets into Dashwood’s face, her true motives finally becoming clear after so many rumours in recent weeks. Dashwood isn’t impressed. “You’re delusional. I’ve already beaten you. It wasn’t a roll up. It wasn’t a fluke. It wasn’t controversial in the least. You can’t even claim it was an accidental tap out. You verbally submitted in the middle of the ring. It doesn’t get any more clear cut than that. I have no reason to give you another title match.”
“You’re right. You have no reason to give me another shot, but we both know you will. You said earlier about seventeen successful title defences? I have to give you credit, that’s very impressive, and a new record, right? Congratulations. But I know you won’t want an asterisks beside it. An asterisks that reads Tenille Dashwood was too scared to defend against Tessa Blanchard again. An asterisks that says you know you can’t beat me again. You don’t want that, do you?” Blanchard smirks, clearly trying to manipulate the Australian into accepting the challenge. “Wow, that’s your master plan? You’re going to try and play to my ego? Tessa, everybody knows that you’re the ego around here, not me. But, while you were rambling on and on and on, I did get an idea.”
“Took you long enough.” Blanchard arrogantly responds, still trying to push the right buttons to get what she wants, but she can give it a rest. Dashwood has a proposition of her own. “I’ll give you a match, under one condition. It’s one and done. You don’t get another shot afterwards. And I don’t mean against me. I mean ever. After Under Siege, you can never again challenge for the TNA Digital Media Championship. Still want the match considering you’ve already tried and failed at beating me?” For the first time, Blanchard hesitates. Surprisingly, she actually takes a few seconds to think it over before nodding her head, deciding it’s worth the risk.“Take a lot of pictures with that title because you won’t be making it to number eighteen. After tomorrow night, the TNA Digital Media Championship is coming home with me. You’re on.” Blanchard slams her mic into the chest of Dashwood to try and provoke her, but Dashwood simply shakes her head and raises the TNA Digital Media Championship above her head. After seventeen successful defenses, Dashwood is full of confidence.

April 18th 2024
The current TNA Digital Media Champion, Tenille Dashwood, is walking backstage and couldn’t be any happier. After a jam packed week last week that featured eight matches in seven days, Dashwood came out with a very impressive 6-2 record but most importantly, still the Digital Media Champion. Just when Dashwood was thinking everything was going right, she gets brought crashing back down to earth when she is approached by another champion. The TNA Knockouts World Champion, Jordynne Grace.
“Tenille, Tenille, Tenille. Congratulations. You’ve had one hell of a run as TNA Digital Media Champion. Much more successful than I, or anybody else for that matter, ever could have expected. Well done. I mean it. But… I assume you remember a little while ago when you came to me and asked for a favour? A certain Pick Your Poison type favour? Yeah? It’s time to repay that favour.” Grace gives Dashwood a slight ego boost, not that she needed it, before revealing her true intentions. She wants something.
“You want me to fight someone? Okay. Never expected you to be asking for someone’s help, but I can do that. Who do you have in mind?” The ego boost obviously worked as Dashwood doesn’t even question the favour being returned and is seemingly ready to take on anyone that Grace might need help with. Grace has other ideas with her blunt response. “You.” Grace responds with a stone face, giving nothing away to the visibly confused Australian. “Me?” Dashwood questions, not understanding how she is going to fight herself.
“You. Or more specifically, the TNA Digital Media Championship that I once held, and would very much like to hold once again. Now, I know you have a title defense tomorrow night but should you retain… Rebellion. Jordynne Grace vs. Tenille Dashwood for the TNA Digital Media Championship.” With the challenge laid out by Grace, Dashwood is suddenly nowhere near as eager to compete and in record time starts to backtrack.
“I’d love to, but it’s so short notice that I’m not sure the graphics guys would have enough time to…” Dashwood begins making excuses that might have been valid twenty years ago, but not in this day and age. Sure enough, Grace doesn’t buy it and quickly cuts Dashwood off. “Tenille. I’ve already spoken with Gail. The match is happening. You should be more careful about who you ask favours of. See you Saturday… maybe.” Grace roughly pats Dashwood on the shoulder as she walks off, leaving the Australian with a very different outlook than that of only a few minutes earlier.

Role Model
March 23rd 2024
Having enjoyed a near two week break from wrestling, Tenille Dashwood returned to action with the unenviable task of locking up with the powerful Sawyer Wreck. Early on, Wreck lived up to her name as she easily threw Dashwood around both inside and outside the ring. With Wreck practically dominating the early going, Dashwood was grateful for the rest she got when Wreck left the ring. The gratefulness was short lived however, as Wreck soon slid a wooden door into the ring. Dashwood immediately slid it back out, much to the annoyance of the fans in attendance.
Wreck returned to the ring but she wasn’t happy and made sure Dashwood knew it. A series of slams and even a sit out powerbomb followed but Wreck refused to even attempt a pin. Instead, she once again brought the door into the ring, this time adding four chairs to the mix. Foolishly, Wreck left the Australian to recover while she set up a door bridge near the corner of the ring. Finally turning her attention back to Dashwood, Wreck looks to make use of her invention but Dashwood has other plans.
As soon as Wreck turns, Dashwood catches her with a cross chop to the throat. Wreck gasps for air and ends up on one knee and using the door for support. Having no qualms about using a weapon that someone else introduced, Dashwood stepped up on the knee of Wreck and used her to gain the height needed to connect with a curb stomp, sending Wreck face first into the door. The door obviously didn’t break, but it did a considerable amount of damage and left Wreck vulnerable to the stump piledriver and the three count.
Usually, Dashwood avoids the use of weapons in her matches, but Sawyer Wreck refused to take no for an answer and ended up paying the price for her insistence. Wreck dominated much of the match, but Tenille Dashwood is still the one leaving with her arm raised in victory and an eighth successful title defense of the TNA Digital Media Championship.

March 21st 2024
“It’s done! It’s all set!” With Tenille Dashwood scrolling her phone backstage, it was easy for the Australian to be caught off guard by the over excited arrival of Killer Kelly. Without offering any context to her statement, Kelly grins and nods happily, expecting Dashwood to know exactly what she is talking about. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. “What… slow down. What’s done? What’s all set? You skipped the start of the conversation.”
Very quickly, the grin on Kelly’s face faded and is instead replaced with annoyance as the psychotic red head lets out a sigh before explaining her happiness. “Next week? You and I are taking on Spitfire for the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships! We win, you give the belt to Masha, she’s happy, I’m happy, everybody wins!” Kelly once again happily nods her head but Dashwood isn’t convinced quite so easily. After all, she has had many run in’s with TNA management over the past year. She knows it won’t be that simple.
“That’s it? We get a title shot out of blue with no catch?” Dashwood questions, Kelly’s grin once again fading as she slowly shrugs her shoulders, having seemingly left out one important detail in her excitement. “Well, there is one small catch… But it’s not going to happen so it doesn’t matter.” Kelly tries to quickly move past without explaining, but Dashwood refuses to allow that to happen. “Of course it matters. I need to know what I’m signing up for!” Dashwood demands to know the catch and slowly but surely, Kelly breaks her resolve and lets out a sigh.
“Well… if, somehow, we don’t win next week… you kinda have to give both Jody Threat and Dani Luna shots at your TNA Digital Media Championship. But, don’t worry! We’re definitely going to win! Masha will be furious with us if we don’t!” As soon as Kelly explains the catch, Dashwood is left shaking her head. She is risking a lot just to keep MK Ultra from coming after her again in the near future. But, seven successful defenses of the TNA Digital Media Championship means that Dashwood’s confidence is at an all time high so she doesn’t object to the terms of the deal. Instead, she has something else to question.
“Why do you keep saying us? It’s you that she will be furious with!” Dashwood asks, having noticed how often Kelly is grouping the two of them together, as if they are an official pairing now. Obviously, in Kelly’s mind, they are. “Tenille. When are you going to realise it. We’re soulmates. If Masha is mad at me, she’s mad at you too. That’s why we need to help each other.” Without giving Dashwood a choice in the matter, Kelly grabs the Australian by the hair and brings the duo’s foreheads together. Kelly is clearly happy with the terms and the pairing, Dashwood, however, appears to be regretting her choices as of late. “I should have done the handicap match…”

Following her successful title defense at Sacrifice, the still TNA Digital Media Champion, Tenille Dashwood, is backstage with Gia Miller this week. “Tenille, last Friday at Sacrifice, you successfully defended your TNA Digital Media Championship in a hard fought match against long time rival, Tessa Blanchard. While no doubt happy with the result, you surely can’t be happy with what happened after the match. Do you have anything to say to Tessa?” Miller asks, obviously referring to the fact that following the match, Blanchard refused a handshake and instead would spit in the face of Dashwood.
“Do I have anything to say to Tessa? No. I don’t. Because I’m not in the least bit surprised. Tessa is, and always will be, a spoiled brat. When she doesn’t get her way, she throws a temper tantrum. Just like we seen at Sacrifice. I was willing to be the bigger woman here. I don’t like Tessa, but I still offered to put this behind us. She refused. That’s fine. It’s not like we were ever going to be friends in the first place, so nothing has changed there. If she wants to sulk, it doesn’t make any difference to me. As far as I’m concerned, it’s done.”
Clearly, Dashwood is ready to move on, even if Blanchard isn’t. As far as the Australian is concerned, the matter is settled. Picking up on this, Miller moves to her next question. “Do you have anybody in mi…” Miller starts to ask, but doesn’t even get to finish her question before a frantic Killer Kelly rushes in and cuts her off, speaking only to Dashwood. “Tenille! We have a problem. Masha is furious!” Kelly explains, both of her hands on Dashwood’s upper arms to ensure the Australian is looking at her. “We? How is that my problem? It’s you she’s mad at, not me.” Dashwood questions, not seeing how this concerns her.
“Yes, we. We helped you, now you help us. That’s how this works. You didn’t think you’d get what you wanted and then that was the end of it, did you? No, I told you Tenille, we’re together forever now… as soon as we fix this Masha problem.” Kelly explains, hardly even stopping to take a breath, almost shaking Dashwood as she speaks now. Remaining calm however, Dashwood has a solution in mind already. “Okay, fine. You have a rematch clause. I don’t see the problem? Win the rematch and this is all fixed?” Dashwood tries to ease Kelly’s grip on her arm, but Kelly isn’t budging, and instead grips tighter as she steps uncomfortably close to Dashwood.
“The problem is that Masha wants our championships back now. Not at Rebellion. If we don’t get them for her, she might just start to focus… on… something else?” Kelly slowly reveals, her eyes moving from Dashwood’s, down to the TNA Digital Media Championship over her shoulder. Obviously, Kelly is implying that it will very quickly become a problem for the Australian if Slamovich doesn’t get what she wants. Getting the not very subtle hint, Dashwood nods in understanding. “….okay, what’s the plan?” Dashwood questions, very quickly changing her tone now that her championship is the one being threatened.
“We’re going to win the tag titles, and then you give the belt to Masha!” Kelly happily exclaims, nodding her head while grinning at the Australian. “Wait… we… as in you and me?” Once again the tone of Dashwood changes as both women clearly had very different ideas in mind for how to resolve the issue. “Exactly! I’ll go talk to Santino!” Kelly finally releases her grip on Dashwood and quickly departs before Dashwood has the chance to ask any questions. Dashwood opens her mouth to speak, but instead looks around in confusion. After a couple of seconds, Dashwood turns to Miller and asks what must be on everybody’s mind right now. “I… what just happened?!”

With the Crystal Gems already in the ring, Tessa Blanchard is busy laying down the law to both Indi Hartwell and Chelsea Green, clearly expecting Tenille Dashwood to return the gesture from last week and choose one of Blanchard’s own partners as her opponent tonight. In order to make her announcement, Dashwood makes her way out to the top of the entrance ramp with a smile on her face, obviously happy with her decision. Unlike Blanchard last week, Dashwood opts to come alone.
“Tessa. As much as I don’t want to, I do have to give you some credit. You got me by surprise last week. Well done. That was your one shot. I hope it was worth it. Because now it’s my turn and unlike you, I’m not going to miss. I’m also not going to stand here and beat around the bush and rant about you. No, I’m going to get right to it. I can see you already think you have it narrowed down, but you’re wrong. Your opponent is not Indi Hartwell, nor is it Chelsea Green. Your opponent isn’t even Masha Slamovich or Killer Kelly. No. I had something else in mind, something a little more fun. Tessa, enjoy.”
With an arrogant smirk, Dashwood steps aside. Inside the ring, Blanchard has a look of confusion on her face before it suddenly drops as the current TNA Knockouts World Champion, Jordynne Grace, makes her way out. Grace has a few words for Dashwood atop the ramp, clearly not wanting any help from the Australian and making sure that she knows it. Dashwood raises her hands as she takes another step back, seemingly not planning on helping anyway. Inside the ring, Blanchard does not look at all happy with the announcement as she clearly wasn’t expecting Grace to be marching towards the ring.
Knowing it will be a rough night for her, Blanchard jump starts the match by attacking Grace as soon as she enters the ring, but the offense would be short lived with Grace powering to her feet and turning the tide. Grace quickly took control of the match, but Blanchard refused to go down and instead kept coming back for more. Grace was only too happy to comply with the request. A series of suplexes looked to spell trouble for Blanchard, but Blanchard is known for her toughness and was able to fight free before too much damage could be done.
Blanchard tried several times to hit the Buzzsaw, but Grace powered out time and time again, leading to Blanchard getting agitated. Unfortunately for Blanchard, she let her temper get the better of her as she ended up shoving the official out of her way one too many times, despite being warned about it twice during the course of the match. As the bell sounds for the disqualification, Grace is able to drop Blanchard with a short lariat that quickly drew the attention of Hartwell and Green.
The remaining members of the Crystal Gems quickly enter the ring and go on the attack against Grace as Dashwood makes her way to the ring. Keeping her word from before the match, Dashwood doesn’t get involved with Grace and instead goes straight for Blanchard. Seeing it coming, Blanchard slips out of the ring and quickly backs away with a smirk while tapping an imaginary watch on her wrist. Once again, Blanchard has managed to avoid the grasp of the Digital Media Champion. Blanchard and Dashwood exchange words as Grace suplexes both Green and Hartwell at the same time, sending the duo into retreat and leaving the two champions holding the ring with the Crystal Gems backing away. The trio could have easily continued to fight, but Blanchard has obviously decided to instead wait another 24 hours until her title opportunity at Sacrifice.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, my guest at this time, is the current TNA Digital Media Champion, Tenille Dashwood.” Gia Miller happily announces before turning slightly to address the aforementioned Dashwood, who understandably doesn’t look thrilled with the idea of being asked questions following the events of seven days ago.
“Tenille, last week you made your fifth successful defense of the Digital Media Championship, but after the match… things kinda got unpleasant for you thanks to Tessa Blanchard and her Crystal Gems. I have to ask, would it not be easier to just give Tessa the title shot she wants rather than going into a three on one match tomorrow night at No Surrender?” Miller, much like everybody else, has obviously come to the same conclusion. Dashwood won’t have anybody to back her up after alienating herself from the entire roster in only eight months. The one person who would team with her, is no longer a part of the company.
“Gia. It’s not going to be three on one tomorrow night. Much to the disappointment of Tessa, it’s instead going to be three on three, as advertised.” Unusually for Dashwood, she keeps it short and sweet, not exactly sounding happy about the match even taking place to begin with. “You found partners? Wh…” Miller starts to question before trailing off as her eyes widen. Quickly, Miller takes a couple of steps back as Dashwood is joined by her apparent partners for tomorrow night.
“The Australian is ours now.” With an arm heavily draped over the shoulder of Dashwood, Killer Kelly is only too happy to be the one to make the announcement. Dashwood in response, simply closes her eyes and lowers her head, having had little choice but to make a deal with the devils of TNA. Suddenly, the hesitancy on the part of the champion is explained. Just when Dashwood thought things couldn’t get any more uncomfortable for her, Masha Slamovich raises Dashwood’s head via the chin and speaks. “Только мы сможем тебя побить.” Obviously, Dashwood has no idea what is said and Slamovich doesn’t seem at all interested in translating as she pats Dashwood on the cheek.
Other than Slamovich, the only person in the room who knows what was said is Killer Kelly, and she finds it very amusing as she nods her head happily. “Forever!” Kelly adds before playfully booping Dashwood on the nose as MK Ultra take their leave. Obviously concerned, Dashwood turns to Miller once more. “What did she say? That sounded bad?” Dashwood questions, looking over her shoulder after MK Ultra, but Miller is just as lost as Dashwood is with no idea what was so amusing to Killer Kelly. Dashwood managed to find partners, but at what cost.

Following her suspect victory over Xia Brookside last week, Tasha Steelz was rewarded with an opportunity to challenge for the TNA Digital Media Championship. A match suggested by the current champion, Tenille Dashwood. Clearly, it was done with the sole intention of further annoying Tessa Blanchard who, despite her near flawless record in recent months, has been told to earn a shot instead.
Eager not to let such an opportunity go to waste, Steelz uses every cheap tactic she can think of but is matched every step of the way by her opponent. At one stage both women were simply trading eye pokes until the referee treathened to disqualify both and throw the match out. Suddenly, Steelz started playing by the rules as she knows a disqualification means Dashwood retains the championship.
Dashwood had no such reservations and continued to bend the rules until she gained enough of an advantage to resume her recent and successful gameplan of targeting the head and neck of her opponents. Having perfected several different methods of finishing opponents once the damage is done, nobody has been able to successfully counter them all as of yet. Steelz would be no different as the Australian would once again break out a new finishing sequence, this time dazing Steelz with an elbow smash to the back of the head before following up with the stump piledriver for the three count and another successful defense.
Having learnt her lesson the last time, Dashwood foregoes any celebration and instead turns her attention to the entryway in the nick of time as Tessa Blanchard was already on route. Blanchard stops dead in her tracks once she realizes the sneak attack has failed. A confidant Dashwood invites Blanchard to try it face to face, but suddenly the eagerness is gone. Instead, Blanchard slowly climbs onto the apron, only to smirk.
Understandably confused by the sudden confidence change, it takes Dashwood a couple of seconds to realize she walked right into the trap. Out of the corner of her eye, Dashwood spots movement and turns to find she has quickly been surrounded by Indi Hartwell and Chelsea Green, with Blanchard completing the trap. No matter what route she takes, Dashwood will have at least two Diamonds to tackle, the third only seconds behind.
Knowing the odds are heavily against her, Dashwood shakes her head at a smirking Blanchard before turning and quickly taking the first shot at Hartwell. Dashwood turns to try and land a second blow on Green but it’s already too late. Both Green and Blanchard are on her and are soon joined by Hartwell as the three on one ambush takes over. Hartwell soon connects with a big boot, followed by Green hitting the Unprettier but the Diamonds aren’t finished yet. Instead, Blanchard hits the final blow with a hammerlock DDT to ensure the champion is down and out.
Safe in the knowledge that Dashwood won’t be able to fight back, Blanchard gets herself a mic and arrogantly places a boot on the face of Dashwood before literally speaking down to her. “Look Tenille, all your friends are rushing to help you!” Blanchard mockingly points to the empty entrance ramp where absolutely nobody is coming to help Dashwood. Having spent the past eight months alienating herself from everybody, it’s little surprise that she has no back up without Deonna Purrazzo in the locker room these days.
“You said last week that I needed to earn a shot at your Digital Media Championship? Well, I spoke to my good friend Gail Kim and she signed off on a match. At No Surrender, it’s going to be a six person tag. On one side, is myself, Indi and Chelsea. On the other side, is you and two partners of your choosing. You wanna know the best part? Even when, not if, but when you can’t find anybody to team with you, it will simply become a three on one match instead, as approved by Gail Kim. When the Diamonds inevitably win that match, I get my long overdue title match! Regardless of how much you complain about it. Good luck loser, you’ll need it!”
Blanchard smugly drops the mic onto Dashwood before finally removing her boot from the Australian’s face having made sure to get her message across. Even then, Blanchard still takes the chance to once again pose with Dashwood’s Digital Media championship before eventually departing the ring, leaving Dashwood in a bad way and potentially facing a three on one match in a little over a weeks time.

Sleepless in San Antonio

Late in 2023, Tenille Dashwood faced Janai Kai for the first time and left battered and bruised, but still managed to steal the victory despite being dominated for much of the match. As such, this rematch was announced as a TNA Digital Media title defense for Dashwood. Kai obviously hadn’t forgotten that last encounter and started the match as aggressively as possible as Dashwood was quickly forced into retreat to try and avoid a barrage of kicks.
Much like the first meeting between the duo, Dashwood spends large portions of the match covering up and looking for small openings. Unlike last time, Dashwood isn’t afraid to take shortcuts and often resorts to eye pokes or straight up hair pulls to give herself an opening.
While effective, the tactic only serves to further agitate Kai who wastes little time in firing off several more kicks to the chest and stomach of the Australian. With Dashwood in the ropes, the referee has to pull Kai away and history looked to repeat itself as Dashwood caught Kai coming back with a kick and a stump piledriver. This time however, it wasn’t enough to get the job done as Kai kicked out at two.
Not wanting Kai to get back on top, Dashwood focused her attack only on the head and neck, slowly but surely working down the kick demon’s resistance. Dashwood attempted both the curb stomp and the Spotlight Kick, but Kai had them both well scouted and was able to avoid each attempt.
In the end, Kai and Dashwood were exchanging blows in the middle of the ring. Kai with kicks to the leg, Dashwood with forearms and chops to the chest and neck of her opponent. Kai was first to blink as she changed her attack to try a roundhouse kick, but Dashwood ducked it and hit Kai from behind with a hard shot to the back of the head.
With Kai stunned, Dashwood quickly followed up with a second stump piledriver and this time, secured the three count to successfully retain her TNA Digital Media Championship once more. This time, the match wasn’t quite as one sided.
