Demonslayer Vol.2, ch.14 or âA very, very bad day for Balor, who is straight up not having a good timeâ
#the way he (in Phobs' words) 'cracked' and his worryingly deep attachment to Yana starts to show in this one is *chef's kiss*#he's pretty much throwing himself under a bus in this chapter. it shows how he worries for her and tries to take care of her.#to the point when he saves Yana she asks 'Wait... You came here... for me?'#and we realize that even Yana did not expect him to behave like this. risking his life and denying and straight up threatening Satan.#he did all of that for her. and she did not know that he had it in him.#the worst (best) thing about it is that from this point on we will learn to what lengths exactly he's ready to go just to keep her safe.#and surprisingly he did not do this for his own good.#bubble comics#demonslayer#йоŃОйОК#balor and yana

What would happen if the Doctor just, you know, in the middle of the Masterâs evil plan rant, asked him out for date?
What would happen if she interrupted him mid-word, mumbling something like âGod, why do I love you so much, youâre an idiotâ ?
What would happen if heâd spread his arms, wait for her to be impressed by his chaos and sheâd full on went âCanât you just bring me flowers like people do on normal dates?â
What would happen if sheâd be in the middle of fixing his mess, brows furrowed, stern look on her face, cold fury in her eyes, and heâd get on his knee with a ring in his hand and the promise to just stop on his lips?
Throw them out of the loop. Confront them with what they actually want but have always been too scared to admit, too sure the other was too far gone, too disgusted by the other, to ever consider again.
I wanna see what happens.
I mean, can you imagine? The Master softly saying âI thought Iâd lost you,â after reviving the Doctorâs heart, after stopping the Doctorâs heart, and the Doctor, still out of breath, muttering back, âI thought thatâs what you wanted.â and them both staring at each other, until the Master softly breathes, âNo. Never.â in Mind of Evil?
Can you imagine the Doctor pretending to leave Earth with the Master in.. I forgot which episode, but the episode in which he pretended to leave Earth to die and tricked the Master into his TARDIS, to trap him into a Time Loop?
Can you imagine the Master realising heâs been tricked by his literal deepest desire? Betrayed by the Doctor, who is using his wish to run away with him and finally leave these unworthy humans behind..... And he stops, just for a second, and letâs him see the hurt?
And it makes the Doctor halt and stumble and fall and he mumbles, âIâm... Iâm sorry...â and the Master shakes his head, because âYouâre not remotely sorry enough.â Can you imagine the Doctor taking his hand and whispering, âI didnât think it would work. I didnât think you still wanted this.â ?
Just imagine, for a moment, if you will, the Master dying in front of the Doctor, begging for him to save his life in Planet of Fire and the Doctor... does. And the Master, panting, fully having expected to have to flee by himself, stares at him.
âWhy did you do that?â
And the Doctor shrugs.
âItâs rather egoistical towards the universe you like to endanger so much, isnât it? I should feel bad about it.â
But he smiles.
And the Master is still stunned. And that wasnât an answer at all.
âBut why?â he asks again.
And the Doctor shakes his head, frowning, because it should be so clear, why wasnât it clear?
âBecause I love you, of course. I suppose even I get to be egoistical once in a while.â
Imagine the TV movie Master on trial... by the Daleks... Iâm not going to discuss this here, itâs in the movie, itâs a thing, no matter how idiotic... And asking his last wish, asking for the Doctor to take his ashes.
So the Doctor comes. And the Doctor stands in front of his cell, before the execution, head leaning against the bars, a thoughtful look on his face, the ârâ in Master rolling, before he letâs his old screwdriver slip through the bars. Whoops. However did that get there? Time to leave, anyhow. Tea is getting cold somewhere. He canât have that.
Imagine Professor Yana waking up to âYou remind me of someone. Someone I thought Iâd never loose. So persistent. Almost as much as you. He wouldâve survived the end of the universe. He wouldâve been here. Just like you are. Fought for these people. In the end, heâd do whatâs right. When thereâs nothing left to gain but wastelands. I know he would. It all started because he wanted things to change for the better, you know. Heâs forgotten that. But I havenât. I know heâd fight for them. He was just as smart, too. Well. Smarter. Donât tell him I said that, though. No offense. Youâre super smart. For a human. Brilliant. Really.â instead of âProfessor Yana! Whatever you do! Donât open the watch! Just donât open it!â
Imagine Twelve finding the Master on Gallifrey after the End of Time, the lost boy, having learned that he had been outcasted from a society for his whole life, for what theyâve done to him themselves, against his will. A Master, having learned that his one and only true friend had always been the Doctor. Imagine, instead of having to flee in a crashing TARDIS after shoving a White Point Star down Rassilonâs throat - I still love this little fact so much - , heâd get picked up by the Doctor, finally shown that heâs accepted somewhere, just the way he is.
Imagine Missy, proud, beautiful Missy, learning in what way the Confession Dial was used against her oldest friend, her confession dial, the one promise that always remained between them, no matter how huge their battlefields, how far their rifts. His biggest secret, which had always been meant for her. Sheâs been chasing it and at the same time sheâd always known that the day sheâd learn it would be the saddest of her life.
Imagine her finding out what theyâve done with it, what the Doctor had to endure. The most lonely person in the universe, trapped to billions of years in isolation, fleeing constantly from himself on an endless quest of escape?
Imagine her connecting her mind to his, the relief and bliss heâd feel, surely, knowing his oldest friend breaking the loneliness?
Imagine her, then and there, finding out that itâs completely irrelevant whether she ever gets this dial or not. Whether they use it against him or not. Because all his secrets, she already knows.
Oh God, imagine, just for a tiny moment, a broken Master learning what had been done to his oldest friend, the experiments, the pain, the murders for their own gain, the one person who was supposed to protect her, to love her, she used her instead. Like he had been used. Outcasted in a society she didnât belong into, like he had been.
And their past, their history, all that he had meant to her, all that had made him special, had made him more than her human friends to her, torn away from him, his last bonds with her.
Imagine him breaking. Imagine him in the ruins of Gallifrey, waiting for the pain to subside now that heâs fallen back to what heâs always done to drown it out. His worst, his most devastating act, the one step too far he couldâve taken so many times, but never did, finally taken.
Imagine the Doctor truly, honestly, meeting him eye to eye and listening and share her own pain, her own trauma, the haunting that came when she thought she had done it too, had been driven to the same desperate act. Imagine them sharing that and healing together.
How many of the Masterâs schemes wouldâve failed? Well all of them.
Except that, in a way, maybe, just maybe, theyâd done exactly what they were supposed to, for once.

Obi-Wan Kenobi x Senator! Reader
A/N: This was requested by @yana-versioâ, I hope you enjoy it.
Words :Â 2810
The halls of the Senate building were quiet as the small group moved it's way through the surprisingly empty corridor. You had to admit to yourself, it was almost an odd group to be seen together. Two Jedi masters, a Jedi Knight and his Padawan, three Senators, and a handful of both Clone Troopers and Coruscant guards. Not to mention the two droids that trailed behind.   The Coruscant guards didn't bother to knock, just marched the group into the Chancellors office.   Chancellor Palpatine stood at the large window, overlooking the city. The sky was as dark as it could be in a planet wide city. Taxi's, transports, and speeders could be seen in the distance, crisscrossing in their normal patterns. Only a few bright stars could be seen in the distance. The night life reminded you just how late it happened to be.   The Chancellor turned from the window as everyone filed into the room, motioning to the seats.   "I'm sorry to bring everyone here at such a short notice, but it is of great importance." He sat himself behind his desk and pressed a button. A hologram blinked to life and the Chancellor launched into an explanation of how the planet of Rodia was under a Separatist blockade. "The people are starting to starve and the new Senator is begging us to help them. I'm requesting that you all be sent on an emergency relief mission. I fear that is we do not help them, the people of Rodia might turn to the Separatists of aid. Much like the last time."   "The Separatist seem pretty desperate to have Rodia join their side."   While you were a new Senator and had never met any of the Jedi Generals in person, you knew who these men and woman were. Like most people on Coruscant, you regularly followed the HoloNews, and these Jedi were renowned for their clever battle tactics that often lead to Republic victories.   Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his young Padawan, Ahsoka Tano were well known for their aggressive assaults while Jedi Master Plo Koon was revered as on of the best pilots in the GAR. It was Obi-Wan Kenobi that surprised you the most. He was famed for being more of a strategist than the other two but claimed just as many wins.   No, what surprised you the most was just how handsome the man was.   'The HoloNews did not due him justice.' You thought to yourself as fellow Senator Padme Amidala stepped forward to offer any support she could to the Rodia.   Padme had taken you under her wing after the untimely death of your predecessor, helping to get you situated with all of your new duties. Bail Organa, the other Senator to be called upon, agreed also. Both Senators turned to give you an expectant look.   With a flush, you stepped forward to address the Chancellor.   "Forgive me Chancellor, while I also wish to help the people of Rodia, I don't have any experience with relief missions. I feel I would only hinder the efforts of those who do have the experience." You held your head high but your voice came out soft.   "And that is why I'm asking you to go, Senator (L/N). Both Senators Organa and Amidala are experienced in relief missions; they will guild you." The Chancellor wasn't going to change his mind, so you reluctantly agreed. You saw Padme give you a small smile from the corner of your eye.   "So long as you're with us, I can promise that no harm will come to any of you." You couldn't stop the heat from rising to your cheeks as Obi-Wan addressed you.   "Thank you, General." You gave him a small bow, if only to try and hide your face. The next hour went by in a blur as the plans of the mission were prepared. Since Anakin's flagship, The Resolute, was waiting in orbit, it would carry the dropshit with the supplies. Select clones from the 501st, 212th and 104th battalions would accompany the Senators along with the dropship to the planets surface.   "We'll take a transport up to the flagship in the morning." Anakin said and gave everyone a time to meet at the Senate's landing platform in the morning.   Not long after, the Chancellor dismissed the group to get their affairs in order before leaving.   "I hope you're not to nervous." Obi-Wan's voice startled you as you turned to head to your office. There was a small smile on his face as he observed you try to avoid eye contact. Thankfully, the large headdress you wore helped. "We will keep you as safe as we can."   "I appreciate your concern." You spoke slowly hoping to keep the wavering out of your voice.   "Just do me a favor?" He had taken a few steps towards you and he was so close that you had to tilt your head back to look at his face.   "Stay close." ~*~   The sun was on your face as you stepped out of the taxi and onto the Senate platform. For the first time in month, you felt free and relaxed. You knew that is was probably from the fact that this is the first time you haven't been forced into thick robes or gowns and heavy headdress'. Padme had informed you last night to wear light clothes you would be comfortable moving in but pack Senate attire to meet with the dignitaries at the Rodian capital.   You smiled as you stretched, happy to remember just how comfortable simple pants, long sleeve shirt, vest and boots were.   The platform was busy with clones and servants loading a transport. You observed for a moment, trying to locate a familiar face. Grabbing your bag from the ground, you started to take a step forward when a voice called from behind you.   "I'm sorry miss, but this is a private platform." You turned to see Obi-Wan walking briskly towards you. "You'll have to go to the public loading platforms. If you need, I can have someone take you."   You could only stare at him open mouthed and in utter confusion. Did he not remember meeting you briefly last night? He gave you an expectant look as he watched you try to start a sentence and fail a couple times. You were saved from further embarrassment by Padme calling your name.   You turned from Obi-Wan to smile at Padme as she approached and pulled you into a small hug. Now it was Obi-Wans turn to gaze open mouthed. Out of the numerous times he had seen you during his visits to the Senate building, it occurred to him that he had never once seen you outside of elaborate garbs.    What shocked him the most was just home small you were.   Standing in front of Padme Amidala, he could see that she was almost a head taller than you.   "If you'll excuse us, Master Kenobi. We're going to board now." Padme held her hand for you to walk with her and you nodded. Before turning though, you gave Obi-Wan a small bow with a soft 'excuse me.'   Obi-Wan watched as you both walked up the ships ramp, your laughter floating through the air. ~*~   "So does anyone have any questions?" Anakin asked the room, closing the hologram he had been using with his briefing. The young Jedi Knight has just spent close to two hours going over three different plans. Each of the Senators had been assigned to a clone to stay close too. Padme had requested Rex since they had past experiences together and Bail had chosen Wolffe, which left you with Obi-Wan's Commander Cody.   "We should be dropping out of hyperspace in a couple hours so get some food and maybe some rest if you can." And with, the room started to clear as everyone went their own separate ways.   "Do you want to go get some food (Y/N)?" Padme made her way over to you and you left the room together.   "Sure, but I need to run to my quarters quickly to grab my holopad." You pointed down the hall to where you thought your room was. Padme laughed an told you that your room was the opposite way. You flushed and laughed.   "Do you want me to come with you?" She asked but caught the eye of someone behind you. You turned to see Anakin not so subtly staring at your friend, a look you couldn't quite make out on his face. You told her to head to the mess without you and once you had your holopad, you would come grab some food with her.   "Will you be able to find the mess hall?" You had already started to walk away and assured her over your should that it wouldn't be hard to find. ~*~   You hadn't lied to Padme when you told her that it wouldn't be hard to find the mess hall; it was damned near impossible. All the hallways in the Resolute looked the same and you somehow managed to get yourself turned around. You hadn't even seen another person or even a droid in the past hour. At this point you were close to panic as you passed another empty hall.   Tears started to well in your eyes but before they split over a voice called your name. You whirled around to see two clones walking up behind you.   "Commander Cody, Captain Rex!" You gave them a grateful smile and all but ran to them. "I'm really glad I found somebody." You rubbed your eyes, hoping to hide any trace of tears. If they saw any, they thankfully said nothing.   "Ma'am... What are you doing down here?" Rex asked, looking around.   "Oh..." You flushed and looked down at your feet. "I managed to get myself lost looking for the mess. I told Padme I would meet her there almost an hour ago." You admitted.   "Have you been wondering this whole time?" Cody raised an eyebrow and gave his brother a look. You refused to meet their gaze and nodded.   "Would you like us to escort you?" Rex offered and you sighed in relief.   "Please?"   It turns out that you were only one floor down from the mess hall, and when Cody and Rex opened the panel, you saw the room was scattered with groups of clones. After a quick glance around the room, you saw no sign of Padme. Cody and Rex walked a few feet into the room before turning after it was noticed that you didn't follow.   "Padme isn't in here, I should go find her. Thank you for assisting me. I'm not that hungry-" Your sentence was cut short when your stomach growled, loud.    You couldn't help the laugh that bubbled up and both of the clones smirked.   "Rex, find some seats, I'll get the food." Cody started to walk away before he turned back to you. "Unless you don't want to eat with us."   "You've been so kind to me, I couldn't refuse." You bowed you head slightly and followed as Rex lead you to a middle table where five clones were seated, talking. Three in blue armor and two orange. Rex offered you a seat in between him an clone in blue with the Republic cog on his head, and across from the other four clones.   "Captain?" A clone across from you with a goatee and the number five on the right side of his head looked at you curiously.   "This is Senator (Y/N) (L/N). Senator, this is Jesse, Fives, Hardcase, Waxer, and Boil." He pointed at each clone in turn and to your relief, said nothing about how you had gotten lost. You all exchanged hellos just as Cody returned and tossed two containers of rations to Rex, who caught them effortlessly.   "So we heard this is your first relief mission." Hardcase leaned forward and wiggled his eyebrows and you couldn't help but laugh. ~*~   "I'm worried about (Y/N)." Padme paced in front of Anakin as he was working under a star fighter. "She never showed at the mess hall and I haven't been able to find her."   "I'm sure your friend is fine." Anakin rolled his eyes.   "I'm serious Ani!"   "Serious about what?" They both turned as Obi-Wan made his way over. Padme explained her concern. Obi-Wan ran his hand through his beard and thought for a moment. "I'll see if I can find her for you Senator. After all, it would be unfortunate if Senator (L/N) has gotten herself lost."   Twenty minutes later, after searching most of the level, Obi-Wan checked the last place he thought you would be. The mess hall. As he got closer to the mess, he heard some kind of commotion. When the door slide open, he was expecting to see some of the clones in an argument. But what he saw was even more shocking.   Hardcase was standing on a table, arms failing dramatically as he told a story. He was in the middle of miming firing a gun before pretending to be shot and falling. There was laughter and jeers from his brother around him. Sat in the middle of the clones was you, watching Hardcase with rapt attention. You laughed with the clones as Hardcase fell. His performance lasted a bit longer but when he was done, you clapped and smiled brightly.   "I see youâre being kept entertained." Obi-Wan's voiced caused all the clone to quite down.   "Harcase was just tell me about the 501st latest victory on Geonosis. It was really quite enthralling." Hardcase gave an exuberant bow.   "Senator Amidala feared you had gotten lost." Obi-Wan watched as your eyes darted to Cody and Rex and your face start to flush. "You got lost?"   "I may have taken a wrong turn." Your voice was measured but Obi-Wan could see the embarrassment beneath the surface.   "Well as entertaining as Hardcase's retelling are, I thought you might like to know, we'll be dropping out of hyperspace soon. If you would like, I could escort you to the dropship?" He offered his hand to help you up and you took it shyly. He didn't let go of your hand once you were standing, but instead offered you his arm. "So you don't get lost again." He grinned as your face flushed again. You heard some of the clones snicker and glared at the Jedi beside you.   As the two of you were about to step out the door, you turned back to wave a goodbye to the clones.   "I hope to hear more of your 'retellings' on our way back to Coruscant." A large grin broke out across Hardcase's face and he gave you a wave.   It was quiet for a moment as Obi-Wan and you walked. You dared to peak at him through the corner of your eye. He seemed to lost in his own thoughts.   "Yes?" So he wasn't that lost in thought.   âI was just curious about something, but I'm afraid that asking would... Overstep." Obi-Wan pulled you both to a stop. The hallway was quiet as the both of you regarded each other. He gave you nod and you took a deep breath. "Who is Satine?" Whatever he thought you were going to say, it definitely wasn't that. "Cody mentioned her. At that you two had a relationship."   "Why would you want to know about Satine and I?"   You really didn't have the answer yourself. It wasn't like you could tell Obi-Wan that Cody talking about Satine had made your stomach in jealousy. Which was ridiculous considering that fact that Jedi were forbidden to have attachments, something everyone in the galaxy knew. Plus there was the fact that you didn't even know him.  But you wanted to.   More than you had ever wanted anything.   "Satine and I have a past, yes. But we have no future, we haven't had one for a very long time. That was made even more clear the past couple times we have seen each other." Obi-Wan sighed and ran a hand through his beard.   "Plus there is also the 'it's forbidden' aspect, right?" You couldn't disguise the bitterness in your voice and stared daggers at the floor. To your surprise, Obi-Wan chuckled. "What's so funny?"  Instead of answering, he gently tilted your head up.   "I may not have a future with Satine, but there just might be a Senator I would like to get to know and have a future with them instead. What do you say? Forbidden be damned."   Your breath caught in your throat and you knew Obi-Wan could feel the heat radiation off your face.   "You really are a terrible flirt, Master Jedi."   "Is that a yes?"   "If we make it through this mercy mission, it's a yes." Obi-Wan just smiled and continued to lead you down the hall.   Just what in the galaxy had you gotten yourself into.

House of M- Redone (part 4)
N/A: This idea came to me in a feverish dream. Ok, thank God I wasn´t with a fever...but the idea came as if I was so...anyway. I have an idea for the villain in this story, thank God again.
@dannybagpipesarecalling @tieflingteeth @muninandhugin @djinmer4
Genosha has rules. Genosha needs rules to function even though, some misguided people seem to relish on the illusion that "if you´re a mutant, you´ve got a free pass to do anything" which the royal family is doing their best to disprove that. King Magneto´s marks still can be felt and sometimes, only sometimes, the royal family has to admire the tenacity of their father. If nothing else.
Rules are needed and no one is above law. Kurt Wagner is one of those people that work to make sure power doesn´t corrupt, at the same time, making sure power doesn´t go impune. The Red Guard has a reason to exist and Kurt has reasons to fear excess of power.
If we ever oppress the oppressed ...how can we ever dare to call us as Red Guard?
Thankfully, right now, is one of those moments where his true nature shines. "Is everyone present?" his golden eyes goes to Bobby Drake, one of Piotr´s victims or almost victims, then goes to Kitty Pryde- too silent and too composed to let anyone read her expressions- and finally to Illyana Rasputin the sister of the culprit.
"I´m waiting for my lawyer" is Yana´s only replies and she´s a reward by Roberto da Costa entering in the main office of the Red Guard´s headquarters spotting an easygoing smile. Then his eyes lock on Yana and both start talking in a different language.
Kurt follows Kitty´s expression and it seems she´s lost as well. Roberto da Costa aka Sunspot is a lawyer and was born and raised in Brazil, therefore, is no wonder he´s speaking in his native language. His golden eyes watch the scene for a moment and land back to Kitty. She too appears to be clueless about what they´re saying.
Bobby Drake, however, seems to not mind this interaction.
"Ok, I´m apart of the situation" Roberto uses a more professional tone. "I´ll represent Yana, Kitty and Bobby" his eyes linger to the Ice mutant for a moment, asking for permission, and said mutant nods solemnly. "In regards to what just happened" and faces Kurt now. No more easy-going smiles.
Kurt can be professional as well. Is his job and his career. " Piotr Rasputin was arrested for attempted murder on Bobby Drake" the ice mutant is not happy about it and shows no inclination of forgiveness. "As well to Kitty Pryde" and Kitty looks too unreliable. He doubts even Kwannon would be able to get through her mind.
Maybe ...she´s from project X after all.
"The victims present charge against the mutant, but, no one here wishes him to spend his entire life in...Rockbell" Kurt concludes and Kitty looks at Yana only nodding softly. A message was sent and Kurt is clueless about it.
"No one here wants that, but, we want justice...so, what´s the alternatives?" Roberto begins with a very pointy inquiry. "The laws of Genosha are too absolute. So as everyone here already vetted out for Rockbell, the only remain options are Expulsion, blocking off their abilities, or SweetBells!" his tone is sharp and focus.
"And I ask you, Red Guard Nightcrawler if we really have any choice here"  Roberto tries again. Kurt sighs and is bound to speak the truth. If we oppress the oppressed ...what´s the point?
"Normally, that would be a choice linked only to the victims and the system, however, it comes to our attention that Piotr Rasputin has done something similar to a man named Pete Wisdom...while he was saved by a nick of time...is still an aggravating" and his golden eyes seem to shine even more in direction to Yana Rasputin. "His options are really trim here...your brother seems to have a severe anger issue and presents to be a problem to everyone around him"
Maybe it was harsh. But, also true.
Kitty rose from her chair in the exact moment Yana, muttering something in Russian, is hiding her face behind her hands. "Is my fault...I should have done something ...when Piotr tried to kill Pete...I was naive and stupid to think he would stop..." she confessed.
And Yana slams her fists on the table hard. Too hard to the point a crack is made. "Shut up, Katya. This is not your fault...if anything, it should be mine...I saw the signs...I saw what he was becoming but...I didn´t do anything" her tone is crestfallen for a moment until her eyes shimmer a hellish hue. "My brother has demons to face and that I can understand more than anyone in this room"
No one spoke against such a claim. Magik has a heavy story.
Roberto looks at Yana and nods. "A compromise can be made. Sent him to the SweetRock and his powers will be blocked until he´s deemed to be better. Justice will be served and everyone will be in agreement" Roberto suggests.
Bobby wants to complain. Bobby wanted to complain but Kitty´s eyes stop him.
"If that happens...your brother will be there for a long while" Kurt warned. The SweetRock doesn´t work like other institutions, Piotr may as well spend his entire life in that place.
"Yes, I know, and considering what he tried to do...that´s too good for him" Yana states. "Can I go see him? Can I show him how much this displease me?" her face twisted into something demonic and Kurt almost back down. Almost.
Kitty is the voice of reason. "Yana, don´t! Anger won´t solve more anger" and again, those two send secret messages and Kurt is curious about their past.
"If Katya says so...you feel safer this way? If you prefer him to be exiled and without powers...I´ll understand" Yana has to say it.
"I did consider this...but, no...SweetRock is a good option" for you, she mentally adds. The conversation is over.
"My client, Yana Rasputin may visit her brother in the facility?"
"Not after 2 months"
"That..." Yana nods at Roberto. "is agreeable"
And the conversation shifts to insurance policies. A mutant going crazy, for whatever reason, and trying to kill you does warrant you some compensation.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________
Once putting the laws aside, life goes on. Kitty is a teacher and has to continue to do her job. She can´t help feeling bad for Yana (imagine if your brother tried to kill two people in an angry fit!) and won´t lie by saying Piotr deserved worse, however, she wouldn´t dare to inflict more pain in Yana´s life.
Her nose tracks the strong scent of brimstone and turns right to see Nightcrawler again. "Hello?"
Nightcrawler is still with his uniforms. Kitty can look at him up and down and understand why he´s so popular, yet not understand why he´s here of all places.
"I came here to see you...Before the fiasco with Piotr...I wanted to tell you the Juggernaut´s case has been dealt...he won´t cause any trouble ever again" there´s conviction in his tone. Sure, Kitty will be thankful.
Kitty blinks at this and then snaps her fingers. "Oh, yes. I completely forget about this, thanks...I guess."
She...forget?
"And I´m also here to ask you..." and Kurt believes the best defense is a quick attack. "if you´re a subject from the program X"
Kitty is deadpan staring at him. Too pointy and too bemused for his like.
"No, actually I was part of the program WXYZ" and stares at him pointy.
"You´re making fun of me...aren´t you?"
"One of many qualities I learn in the WXZY is subtle" and wink at him.
"So...you´re not from Program X?"
And Kitty chuckles leaving Kurt behind. She needs to laugh. Kurt can pick a new theory.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________
Wanda Maximoff is one of the most powerful mutants in the world. A fact no one let her forget and also, a fact that often comes with lots of burdens. One of its perks though is how no one would dare to pick a fight with her. Not that Polaris and Quicksilver aren´t powerful, but, the Scarlet Witch is another level.
However, as she stares at the lifeless body of her biological father-Magento and her may share DNA. Django Maximoff is the one who raised her and is her and Pietro´s father for real- Wanda can´t help by biting her bottom lip and let her eyes be as crimson as the moniker Scarlet Witch suggests.
Lorna is the one to break the silence. "So, is really not Wakanda or Atlantis that is after us..."
Pietro looks down at his biological father- Django is his father for real- not daring to touch the body. Not daring to speak ill about the dead either. "...There´s a message here" and is no metaphor.
There´s a small message next to Magneto´s body.

Bonded Chapter 30: Coming Together
The newest chapter to my Reylo fanfic (rated T). If you want to check out the previous chapters, hereâs the link to AO3!
The crolute sits at the bar, swaying to the music and slapping a fat hand against his thigh. He barely fits in the chair, folds of flesh pouring over the sides of the seat, contained only by threadbare pants.
Every so often, he glances at Rey sitting beside him, a long, lingering glance.
But she just keeps her eyes forward, fixed on the disordered rows of bottles lining the back of bar. Heâs tried to talk to her a couple of times, but she just pretends not to understand him.
So now heâs staring.
Rey grips her half empty drink, cursing whatever cruel twist of fate has made her a magnet for the leering eyes of crolutes.
And she thought those days were behind herâŚ
She shifts away from him, turning to observe the rest of the scene.
The cantina is vibrant, like a living thing unto itself. The air is filled with the swinging beat of the band, three massive Kitonaks huddled together on a small platform, clumsily swaying from side to side, bumping bellies as they play their instruments.
It seems like everyoneâs in motion, swept up by the beat of the music.
Thereâs a towering Yarkora standing in front of the platform, arms in the air, waving wildly, his tail swishing as he yells nonsensical words of praise for the band. A group of hooded Dressellians sit close by, each of them bobbing and tapping their feet, almost in exact unison. Even a service droid rocks its snout-shaped head as it rolls by with a trey full of drinks.
Rey smiles to herself as she turns to face the bar.
She should enjoy this while she can. Itâs not often that she gets to hear live music, and these fellows arenât half bad. The atmosphere is warm, full of laughter and chit chat. There hasnât been a single fight since she arrived, something of a miracle given the roughneck crowd.
Yes, she should just sit back and soak it all inâ the music, the gaiety, the peace.
But even as she thinks this, sheâs reaching into her pouch, pulling out a chrono to check the time. She casts a downward glance, then slips the device back into her pouch.
Dajaâs late.
But not terribly late. It could be a good thing, really⌠After all, Reyâs meeting was quite short and look how that turned out.
Not that she blames Yana for her decision. The woman has a business to run, thousands in her employ, people with mouths to feed. If she were to volunteer her warehouses to hide runaway slaves, she could become a target, especially given the kinds of slaves sheâd be hiding.
Reyâs going after the big fish now, slavers who operate across multiple systems, the kind who will chase down missing property for no other reason than to make an example of them. Theyâve got vast resourcesâ veritable armies at their beck and call, spies feeding them all manner of intel, and a network of businesses under their thumb.
But Reyâs building her own network.
She and Daja are one of a dozen pairs going from system to system, seeking out powerful locals who might be willing to volunteer a haven for runaway slaves. The goal is to create a secret path of safe houses to usher new escapees to permanent freedom, a place for them to lay low while the slavers are hot in pursuit. Â
The only problem is that so many are utterly terrified of what might happen if they get caught. These big-name crime lords could make life hell for them if they wanted toâ cut off their access to trade routes, squeeze their businesses dry, even destroy their homes. Itâs quite a risk, what Reyâs asking. She can hardly begrudge those who turn her down.
But Daja should have more luck.
If the Daughters of Qâanah are half of what people say they are, then they fear no one. Theyâre pirates, after all. They already steal property from the galaxyâs most vicious crime lords. Surely, theyâd be open to smuggling a different kind of property, the kind that lives and breathes, that shouldnât be considered property at all.
SurelyâŚ
Rey drums her fingers on the bar, trying to quell a nervous feeling in her gut.
The Daughters arenât exactly saints, though. They donât hesitate to kill, and if rumors are to be believed, they relish the opportunity to show they can be just as vicious as the people they steal from.
Itâs enough to make Rey worry.
Just a little.
But Daja can handle herself. Sheâs the perfect one for the job, really. Sheâs got the swagger of a pirate, a smart mouth and a rebel spirit. Sheâs fearless. Sheâs capable. In a different life, she could be a Daughter of Qâanah.
Yes, thereâs no reason to worry. No reason at allâŚ
Rey continues drumming her fingers but soon stops, flattening her hand on the surface. She sits up, squaring her shoulders and taking another look around. She accidentally catches the eye of the crolute and he flashes a gap-toothed grin.
She immediately looks away.
She resists the urge to check the time again, trying to relax instead, enjoy the atmosphere. She takes a deep breath and without quite realizing it, closes her eyes, melting into the environment.
The cantina is abuzz with conversation, dozens of exchanges blending together into a low roar. If she concentrates, she can pick out individuals from the massâŚ
Thereâs a couple speaking in Bocce, gossiping about a local merchant named Shah Kin. Apparently, heâs been fooling around with his competitorâs wifeâŚ
A man is arguing with a service droid about his tab, claiming it overcharged him for the last three orders.
Thereâs a group speaking in what Rey can only describe as honks and clicks. Itâs not a language she understands. Sheâs not even sure how many are talking⌠three maybe? No four.
A couple next to them discuss a First Order sighting, a dreadnaught near Asmaru. They wonder what it could mean. The leading theory is that Kylo Ren is looking to run a new a trade route through the systemâŚ
Reyâs eyes snap open.
She shakes her head briskly, struggling to regain her focus. She takes a deep inhale and reaches into her pouch, pulling out the chrono. She glances down, then shoves it back in.
Five more minutes.
Sheâll wait for five more minutes, and if Daja doesnât show up, then sheâll go after her.
Rey rests forearms on the bar, shoulders hunched, rubbing her hands together anxiously.
Itâs stupid.
Thereâs no reason to worry. Sheâs only late because she was successful.
Probably.
Lots of questions to answer, concerns to addressâ
Suddenly, Rey snaps up. She leaps to her feet and turns to face the cantina, eagerly searching the crowd.
Dajaâs pushing her way past a couple of horned Davorians. As she gets closer, Rey senses her emotions, a kind of adrenaline-charged frenzy mixed with anger.
Reyâs shoulders drop.
Things did not go well.
Daja charges straight up to Rey, flushed and out of breath.
âI donât know,â Daja halts just in front of her, âwhat I did to piss those bitches off butââ She takes a giant gulp of air. âWhatever it was, they nearly killed me for it.â She exhales, widening her eyes.
Rey opens her mouth to speak but suddenly stops, turning her head. Â
Thereâs a young man standing next to Daja. Sheâd seen him trailing behind her when she came in but just assumed he was another patron.
âWhoâs this?â Rey points to their unidentified guest.
âNo one.â Daja practically yells this, shoving him away. âJust some jackass.â
The young man staggers back.
âSome way to refer to the guy who just saved your life.â He knits his eyebrows.
âYou did not save my life.â Daja whips around, pointing a finger in his face. âI had things under control. I didnât need your help.â
âUh⌠yeah, you did.â He crosses his arms. âAnd I didnât have to. Just like I didnât have to see you back safely to your friend.â He nods to Rey. âBut I did it anyway. Even though youâve called me a jackass three times now.â He lifts three fingers as he mouths the number for emphasis.
Daja glares at him.
âFine,â she deadpans. âYou saved my life. Iâm eternally grateful. Now, go away, jackass.â She turns back to Rey, twitching.
âYou Resistance people are rude, you know that?â He grumbles.
âAnd you First Order people are slimy,â Daja retorts.
Rey jerks back.
âYouâre with the First Order?â She demands, examining him.
He doesnât look like a member of the First Order at allâ no uniform, no insignia, no indication of rank or position. And heâs so young, barely a man⌠Â
âYep.â He perks up, beaming with pride. For the first time, he directs his full attention to Rey. His gaze drifts down then back up, a glint of appreciation in his eyes.
âI gotta sayâŚâ His lips turn up slyly. âYouâre pretty cute for a Resistance fighter.â He winks at her.
Daja immediately scoffs.
âOk, time for you toââ
âWhatâs your name?â Rey studies the young man closely.
âSylas Bonden.â He offers his hand with a smile.
Rey eyes him warily for a moment. Then she lifts a hand, meeting his with a gentle grip.
âThanks for taking care of my friend, Sylas.â She nods at him.
âYouâre welcome.â Sylas leans towards Rey, but shoots Daja a pointed look.
Daja growls under her breath.
âAnd what do you do for the First Order?â Rey tilts her head.
âIâŚâ He gestures to himself with a little flair. âAm in charge of a veryâŚâ His eyes drift upward. âSpecial subset of negotiations.â
âSpecial?â She raises eyebrow.
âYeahâŚâ He draws out the word. âNot your standard resource exchanges, ones that require a little⌠finesse.â He wiggles his eyebrows. Then he steps to the side, sliding onto the seat once inhabited by the crolute. âLet me buy you a drink.â He pats the bar. âIâll tell you all about it. Or what Iâm allowed to tell, anyways.â He winks again.
Daja laughs, incredulous.
âKid, youâve got some nerve. You thinkââ Â
âSure.â Rey shrugs. Â
Dajaâs jaw drops.

Kuro Gakuen AU (Ch.1)
Based on this post by @rheaaasssâ. I think Iâm going to be writing a lot for this AU LMAO.

Chapter 1: Signing Up
Iâve learned so much about fencing from writing these two and nOW IâM LEARNING ABOUT KENDO. Iâll be a martial arts expert by the time Lizzy appears again in the manga.
(Yana, bring my angel back. I beg of you.)
The bell rang, signalling the end of class. Elizabeth Ethel Cordelia Midford, known as âLizzyâ to most, stood up from her seat, having already prepped her bag minutes before. Emerald eyes darting from the left to the right, she sent her seatmate a friendly smile. âWell, cheers to Spring vacation,â she said, offering a hand.
âTake care of yourself, Lizzy,â Sieglinde instructed, shaking her hand and rolling her eyes. âThe boys from the upper division hardly look...innocuous.â
Lizzy snorted, knowing her friend was only saying so out of concern. âIâll keep that in mind. Please... try to come outside every once in awhile?â she begged, clasping onto her friendâs hand. âWe have twelve days of relaxation until the school year starts again.â
âI have books to read, new inventions to be made, and other matters to be addressed,â Sieglinde droned, counting off her tasks on a hand. âNot to mention preparation for the coming school year.â
âSieglinde âŚâ
âJust kidding,â the raven haired girl laughed, nudging Lizzy gently. âIâll come to whatever barbecue party youâre arranging for the cherry blossom festival.â
Lizzy brightened, beaming at her friend. âGreat! Iâll text you with the details, later.â
âIs that your brother?â
âHuh?â Lizzy turned around, blinking in surprise and recognizing the irate look of her brother surrounded by various gushing teenage girls. âOh, Iâd better go save him before he spontaneously combusts from embarrassment. See you later, Sieglinde!â
âTake care.â
âNii-san!â Lizzy called, exuding innocence as she shoved past all of the squealing girls. âReady to go home?â
Edward gave her a look of blatant relief for saving him. âY-yeah. Letâs go, Lizzy.â Gently, he attempted to pry one of the fangirls off of him. The two Midfords took off as if they were being chased by vultures â which, in a way, was a fair comparison. Once they reached the lower-divisionâs shoe lockers, Lizzy literally shoved her bag at her brother to slip on her shoes as quickly as possible.
âCome on, letâs go,â Lizzy tugged at Edwardâs sleeve desperately, grabbing her bag back with her other hand.
But by then, it was too late.
âMidford!â
âDamn it,â she muttered under her breath. Pivoting on her heel, she gave a tiny smile at the approaching figure. âGrey-senpai, nice to see you. Will you be coming to the barbecue party as well?â
âOf course, I never pass down free food,â Grey dismissed immediately, slowing down as he caught up to the two Midfords. âAnyways, thatâs not what I came to speak to you of.â
âHas my mother cancelled kendo lessons?â Lizzy guessed.
In response, a flier was shoved in her face. Lizzy blinked, stupefied for a moment, then took the flier. âSign ups for Kuro Academyâs kendo...club?â she read aloud, glancing at Grey in question. âI thought we didnât have a kendo club?â
âPhipps and I got it running ourselves,â Grey proclaimed smugly. âWeâve already got a couple of fellows to sign up, including your brother.â
âHm. Thatâs great.â Lizzy handed him back the flier, smiling at him. âGood for you.â
Grey stared at her, then his silver eyes narrowed. âIs that all?â
âUh...Iâm glad to see that kendo is becoming more popular around here? Itâs about time a club was started up,â Lizzy tried.
His scowl deepened.
â...youâll do well as a coach?â she tried again.
His glare darkened to the point that several bystanders took a step back.
âIâm rooting for you...and Phipps-senpai...and nii-san ?â
âGod damn it, Midford,â he snapped. âIâm asking you to join the club.â
Realization dawned on Lizzyâs features. âOhhhh, I see now.â
âAbout time,â Grey muttered to himself, slinging his bag over his shoulder. âWell?â he demanded.
Lizzy shifted awkwardly, glancing longingly at the doors. âSorry, but Iâll have to decline.â
âGreat, now just signâwhat. â
âIâm not joining.â
âWhy.â It wasnât a question, but a demand.
Lizzy shrugged.
Grey glared.
â...is this still about you trying to be one of those weak and dainty lolis that your cousin has a complex for?â
âAstre does not have a loli-complex,â Lizzy protested immediately, whipping around to face him. âBut strong girls make him feel uncomfortable. Iâm his cousin, for heavenâs sake, and he already canât attend school because of his sickness. And Cielâs recently gotten a job at a cafĂŠ, so heâs probably even more lonely than usual.â
âGrey-san,â Edward said suddenly, cutting in. Lizzy nearly startled: she had forgotten that her brother was standing next to her. âDonât you have to find Phipps-san?â
Grey scowled, but glanced at his watch and winced. âIâll be back, Midford,â he promised darkly. Then, with a dramatic flourish, he stalked past them to search for his fellow silver-haired classmate. Lizzy stared at the empty space he once occupied thoughtfully, then nodded at her brother and began walking outside.
They had just exited the school when Edward said hesitantly, âLizzyâŚâ
âMm?â
âAre you sure about this?â
Lizzy angled her head slightly so she could meet her brotherâs eyes. âAbout what?â she echoed, waving at Paula, their chauffeur. The brunette servant waved back, flustered, before entering their slick black car.
âYou donât need to sacrifice your happiness for him,â Edward explained softly. âAstre will understand. That new butler has been keeping him company, anyways, and I heard that Uncle Vincent is hiring a few new hands that are closer to his age, too.â
Lizzy was silent for a few moments, entering the car once it pulled up to the pair of siblings. âHeâs still mycousin,â Lizzy said hoarsely. âI donât want him to be...to be scared of me.â
âExactly,â Edward insisted. âHeâs your cousin, which is why he wonât think any less of you even if he learns of your kendo prowess. Heâs your cousin, so heâll still love you just the way you are.â
âButâŚâ
âYou care too much, Lizzy. Youâre an amazing girl, and Iâm proud to have you as my sister. Astre loves you, and the fact that youâre strong enough to take home several kendo trophies wonât make him love you any less,â Edward said affectionately, leaning over to ruffle her hair. âHe...heâd want you to enjoy yourself. I want you to do what you want, too.â
Lizzy stared out of the window in contemplative silence.
 âMidford!â
âOh my god , Grey-senpai, how the hell did you get inside my house?â
âYour mother invited me. Early kendo practice, remember?â
âThen... why are you in my room?â
ââBecause you would be here? Anyways, I brought the kendo club sign ups right here, all you have to do is sign.â
âLizzy, I heard screaming. Is something goinâ how dare you defile my little sister like this, you ungentlemanly swine!â
â...why the fuck does he sound like heâs quoting Shakespeare?â
âGod damn it, Grey-senpai â run!â
âIâLL KILL YOU!â
 âMidford!â
âWhy are you in my kitchen?â
âLike I said: your mother let me in. These creampuffs are delicious, by the way.â
âT-those were supposed to be for Ciel and Astre, you dumbass.â
âI brought the kendo club sign up sheetâoi, Midford, where are you going?â
âOut.â
âMidford! Oi, Midford, get out here!â
âWhy is Charles Grey standing outside of our house calling for you?â
âIgnore him, Astre. Here, why donât we head to the living room where there arenât any windows?â
âIt vaguely sounds like heâs talking about kendoââ
âLetâs go, Astre.â
 âMidfoââ
âGive. Me. The. Sheet.â
Grey blinked in surprise for a minute, then hastily fumbled in grabbing the paper and literally throwing it at her with all his might, as if afraid she would suddenly take back her statement if she considered it a moment longer. âHave my charms finally won you over?â he asked, giving her a cocky grin.
âI just realized that if I didnât address the manner, youâd ruin the flower viewing party with your insistent demands,â Lizzy sniffed, setting down her shopping bags and whipping out a pen. Sheâd just finished shopping with Ciel for Astreâs birthday present. âDonât give yourself so much credit.â
âHah, you know, Midford...thereâs a term for girls like you.â
âAnd that is?â
âTsunâŚâ And here, Grey leaned closer, leering at her and poking her forehead with his finger. â...dere.â
Lizzy adopted an affronted look, swatting away his hand and grabbing her bags. âI am not .â
âAre too.â
âAm not ,â Lizzy said with finality, rolling her eyes and resuming her walk back to the parking lot where Paula was waiting. âAnd we are not going to get into one of those kind of childish debates.â
âYeah, yeah.â Grey easily fell in pace with her, maintaining a distance of about ten centimeters between them.
âIâll see you at the party?â Lizzy presumed, raising an eyebrow and signing her name on the sheet with a particularly dramatic flourish. Then, she offered said sheet to her suddenly smug silver-haired companion.
He took the proffered paper with particular grace. âOf course.â
âGood. Iâll see you then.â Lizzy nodded at Paula in acknowledgment for opening the car door.
âThe first practice starts on the first. Donât be late,â Grey called after her.
âIâll be there,â Lizzy returned coolly, shutting the door. It wasnât until they had driven for several minutes before she finally allowed herself to slump back in her seat, sheer giddiness making her unable to stop smiling.
Sheâd done it! She actually signed up for the kendo club! Itâd taken her several days to gather the courage to do so, but suddenly it felt as if a large weight was lifted off of her shoulders. Lizzy couldnât help the laughter that escaped her lips, buoyed by the bubbling happiness in her chest.
She did it.
Signing up for this would either become the best or worst thing in her life.
next chapter will be out soon??? maybe???

She Who Dreams Ch. 1 (Edited)
Since Iâm revising/editing She Who Dreams, I thought Iâd start posting it on here. Cowritten with @the-voice-of-light-city.
Chapter One: Not Just A Locket
âDoctor, look at this.â The being sometimes known as the Doctor, legal name John Smith-now-Tyler, half-human clone of the last Time Lord, comes awake with a start. His Rose is sitting upright in bed, fingering something on a long golden chain, knees curled close to her chest. Messy blonde hair streaked with silver drapes over bare shoulders as she stares at the thing in her hands; he drags himself half-upright, suddenly concerned. âYes, love?â She doesnât look at him, hiding behind a curtain of hair; holds out the thing on the chain instead. â Look. â He blinks at the indistinct object for a moment, and then his gaze slides back to the delicate dusky lines of his wife. Itâs dark, but his eyes are still mostly Time Lord, and besides he can always see her. âRose, are you alright?â She turns toward him, finally; her eyes glint wide in the twilight. âCanât you see it?â Thereâs a waver to her voice. âItâs the locket. My locket. Iâve been wearing it since - as long as I can remember.â She makes a funny broken noise. âI donât think I can remember ever taking it off. â âRose,â he says, and then his hands are in hers, signaling telepathic [comfort] through the skin-on-skin contact. (Not as strong as a real Time Lord, but itâs enough for him--enough for both of them) âRose, itâs all right. Itâs just a dream.â They both have bad dreams sometimes - sometimes she still wakes up in a panic, reaching desperately for the dimension cannon, convinced that sheâs still stuck jumping from reality to reality and never being able to rest - looking for him. And he, well, it wasnât really him, but he still has the War. Â She helps him, and he helps her; they make a good team, that way. âYouâre safe.â She makes a wordless frustrated noise, thrusts the object at him again. âNo, itâs not a dream, canât you see it?â He frowns. âItâs just a locket.â
âNo itâs not,â she repeats, almost desperate now. âItâs got to be - a, a perception filter, or something. Look at it. Really look.â And she squeezes his hand, sending back a quiet scared [please] through the telepathic channel he keeps open for her. He looks. He - He blinks, and takes a careful breath, the beating of his single heart suddenly loud in his ears in a way it hasnât been for decades. âRoseâŚâ âI know,â she says, but her voice is unsure. The thing sheâs holding in her hand - hard to look at still, but getting better, as if the perception filterâs slowly fading - is small and round and made of a heavy golden metal, covered in delicate circular engravings, lines and angles and clockwork-like gears intersecting across the surface. Even to his halfling timesense, it glows with pure artron. Itâs a fob watch. âIs it...?â she asks, her voice shaking just a little, as he takes it out of her hand, handling it carefully. âYeah,â he says, slowly. âA chameleon arch. You remember I told you about the Family of Blood - with Martha?â âOf course  I do,â she responds, hand still holding tight to his. âThereâs a - a Time Lord in there. All the memories. All the regenerations.â She swallows. âA Time Lady,â he corrects softly, and looks up at his Rose, eyes unreadable. âAnd itâs yours.â âIâm a Time Lady,â Rose says, after a moment. She giggles, a little deliriously. âRight. Okay.â She takes a shaky breath. âAnd if I open the watch. Iâll remember?â The Doctor nods. âYou - youâll be the person you were then again. Youâll remember Rose, but you wonât be her.â Something flickers in his eyes, for a moment. âNot really. If you open the watch.â She looks up suddenly, eyes urgent. âDid you know? When you - the other you - found me? Did you know I was from Gallifrey, too?â He shakes his head, and then he shakes it again, an edge of joy creeping around the shock. âNo,â he says, delighted, and then thereâs a smile on his face. âNo - I didnât know - but you survived, Rose, somebody else made it past the Moment - you made it.â Thereâs something like relief there, too; the weight of a thousand thousand lives lifted by just a little bit. He pulls her close, radiating [happiness] through their linked hands âSomebody else survived. Iâm not alone.â âYou never were alone,â she whispers, then pauses. âDo I - â she starts, and chokes, and he freezes - pulling back. âDo I do it now?â He hesitates for a single moment, and then he shakes his head, voice soft. âNot if you donât want to, love.â âBut if Iâm a Time Lord--Lady--too,â she says shakily, the words spilling out fast and jerky. âShouldnât I - if you - â âRose,â the Doctor interjects, firmly, grinning that same old idiotâs grin. âIâd love you if you were a human or a Time Lady or a - giant squid, alright? If you want to, and not sooner.â âBut,â she tries, and now there really is fear there. âYou said - Professor Yana was good, too - what if Iâm one of the bad ones?â The Doctor laughs, softly, happily. âOh, no. I can read the inscription, Rose. And youâre not.â He whispers it, rocking her back and forth. âYou are very, very good.â [=|=] Sheâs not crying. Sheâs not screaming. Sheâs not bleeding. Thatâs the worst part, of course. Rose Marion Tyler rocks back and forth on the same bed in the same room but alone, and the sheets donât even smell like him. She tried. He always said that Time Lords have no scent, but it wasnât true, or not really; thereâs that faint hint of sparks, something like electricity and dust and sunset, that peculiar taste that was only him. And itâs gone. It was a Torchwood mission. Predictably. Of course. He threw himself into a conflict with three different alien species, always at the center of everything, somehow holding everybody frozen with sheer force of will - oh, there were other agents, but nobody could ever do that, that magic he does with words and symbols and empty hands. He spins through the room, talking so fast your brain can barely keep up, thinking even faster. He finds a way to save everybody. He walks the line, a tightrope so high and yet he dances so easy, running circles around every other mind in the room. He was immortal - maybe not literally, not anymore, but everyone believed it anyway. You canât kill a legend; you canât kill a force of nature; you canât kill a trail of artron sparks. You canât kill the Doctor. The Doctor never dies. And then when all three species stood down, when this universeâs Shadow Proclamation had been called, the refugees waiting on their towering miles-long island ships parked in the Pacific, UNIT negotiating. When all three leaders laid their weapons down. When everything was going to be alright, as always. The Doctor grinned, still standing on that pedestal-like engine tower in the middle of the shipâs cargo hold - and then said âIn that case, I think Iâm going to-â He never finished the sentence; he blacked out instead, and would have fallen the fifty feet to the cargo floor if she hadnât caught him. And thatâs when everybody figure out that at some point during the whole adventure heâd been stabbed in the side with a two-inch wide sword, and never bothered to mention it. âIâm dying,â he told her, in the hospital bed. She was still crying then. She could still cry then. But he was smiling, and he looked so exactly the same - heâd aged a little, more than the Time Lord Doctor ever had, a few grey hairs around the edge - that it hurt. They were going to live forever, together, and die in each otherâs arms. âNo youâre not,â she tried to say, but couldnât; choking on the words. He knew it anyway. âI am,â he said. That was all he said. âRose - â âD - d - â and then she gave up, squeezed his hand tighter instead. [i love you i love you i love you i love you i love you i love] âRose,â he whispered, still smiling, and then he coughs (the doctors say heâs punctured a lung and itâs too close to that one heart and even surgery might not help the doctors say his systems are too alien and too unstable, a barely-functional patchwork being made of two races that couldnât be more different no matter how similar they look, the doctors say theyâll try but they donât know). [rose, your locket.] She tried to respond, but all that came out was a tangle of raw emotion; she canât quite manage sentences, even after all these years of practice. [when iâm gone - he needs you.] [who?] and [i love you] and [donât go] [the doctor,] he said, and coughed again. [theâŚ. real one. he needs you. he needs⌠to know heâs not alone] â Youâre the real Doctor,â she snapped, and it came out harsher than she meant but she doesnât have time to care. âI wonât leave you. I wonât ever leave you. â She took a desperate breath. âIâll save you there must be some way I will save you - â He couldnât laugh, not really, but the bubble of simple joyful [amusement] stopped her anyway. [Oh, Rose, my Rose.] He blinked, once, eyes unfocusing. [You already did. ] A faint, curve of a smile. [So many times.] His eyes slipped shut; the last thing she got was one signal so strong it shorted her mind out for a moment - vision gone, grief gone, nothing but an endless timeless space made of pure [love.] They wheeled him into surgery. He never woke up again. And now sheâs sitting here, wondering what being a Time Lord - Lady - is like. Do immortals have to feel? Will she care about the Doctor? Does she want to care about the Doctor? Heâs still out there, though, isnât he? If sheâs a Time Lady, can she find him? All she wants is to hear him say âRun,â again. He wonât replace her Doctor - nothing could ever do that - but if he needs her. If he still wants her. Thereâs nothing for her left here - Mum and Dad are both gone, Tonyâs married the cute superspy from UNIT, his nameâs Viktor or something, and theyâre living on the other side of the world, she doesnât know anybody else from this universe, not well. She clutches the watch close to her chest, staring at the almost-hypnotic under-the-skin-of-the-universe golden glow of it, wondering what dying feels like. Rose Marian Tyler screams, and throws the locket at the wall hard. No. NO . Take a breath; imagine his hands in hers. Itâs going to be okay. It isnât dying; itâs just being someone else, someone who doesnât hurt like this. Itâs okay to grieve, itâs okay to be scared, but the other Doctor needs her, somewhere. She rocks back and forth for a little longer, and maybe she finally starts to cry. And then she goes to pick it up. She writes three notes before she goes. One of themâs for the Torchwood operatives, so they know where sheâs gone, in case the new her doesnât feel like sticking around. One of themâs for herself, after sheâs changed, to make sure that the new her remembers. And one of themâs for the Doctor, from the human her, so that even if it is like dying she can say goodbye. She puts the first note on her bed and shoves it against the wall, making space - sheâs not sure how this works and she doesnât want to accidentally incinerate anything if this is like the Doctorâs regenerations. She considers the second note for a moment, and then she pins it to the wall in front of her, so itâll be the first thing she sees either way. The third note she puts in the pocket of her Torchwood leather jacket, and hopes for the best. She stands straight. She holds her head high. She takes one last long slow breath. The watch clicks open. And then there is light.

You´re a witchy Kitty au (part4)
N/A: merciful short and straight to the point. I hope.
@djinmer4 @dannybagpipesarecalling @bamfoftheundead
The mansion of the X-men is in the usual state as the students`  own laughter can be heard as well with screams of teenagers having fun, indeed, it is a safe haven for those who seek protection and Logan wasn´t lying when describing the house as huge. The wizard did saw big houses in his country, of course, but, nothing as a mansion.
âWowâ Kurt Szardos begins as his etiquette for such situations is almost non-existent.
âYeah, is a big house, fancy on the outside, but, deadly on the insideâ Logan promises in his grumpy voice. There´s a woman in the main entrance who has her arms crossed and looks bemused at Logan.
âStorm!â Logan begins but the woman walks over him and manages to make the mighty Wolverine silent with her blue eyes.
âYou run away like a wild animal, you prick all the photos with Jean and Scott, which for your information, those pictures have other people there who didn´t like to see the photo torn apart â Ororo´s eyes indicates that she may be one of those peoples. Kurt watches as the once sunny day is getting cloudy.
âAnd then you take the car without saying anything but ââJEANâ and nowâŚyou´re back with a complete stranger and expect things to be the same?â Storm concludes her speech and Kurt marvels at the weather who is matching Ororo´s temperament.
A weather sorceress? Amazing.
Logan gulps hard as suddenly, as if a pass of magic, the man realizes that his past actions weren´t very nice and Storm is not a woman to put up with bad behaviour. "Ro, I´m sorry, for real, butâŚknowing that Jean pick Scott âŚ.broke my heartâ Kurt and Storm aren´t impressed. âmy heart is still broken, but, I´m an X-men and I came here with a solutionâ and now his eyes are on Kurt Szardos.
âRo, in our last conversation, as X-men, you mentioned how is troublesome to only have to count with Dr Stranger who is siding more and more with the Avengers. So, here´s my solution, this is Kurt Szardos, a great sorcerer I know and he is willing to help usâŚplusâŚâ Logan trails off and Kurt gets the gist as the glamour is off showing his blue self.
Ororo seems to analyse Kurt and then Logan. âAs the leader of the X-men I must ask you, do you trust him?â
Logan nods.
âThen welcome to the X-men, Kurt, hope you can survive the experienceâ

A man enters a pub looking for someone in the crow of people. The pub is having more clients than normal, maybe, is because of the holiday it always increases the job market of this area. The said man finally spot the lonely table of the south part of the pub and the guest who was waiting for him nods in affirmation.
âSteffanâ the guest replies with a crooked smile, wearing a brown coat that is a hand me down and finally stop breaking the knife to give his total attention to Steffan. âI did what you asked me to. It was really easy, a stupid tourist having fun at the wrong time and placeâ
Steffan nods and remembers his mission. âI need a piece of her, take me to the bodyâ
The two men walk to the background of the pub, to where a small stair leading to the basement is visible. The men went down and saw the corpses waiting for confirmation.
âThis is your Kitty Prydeâ the killer points to the victim number 3333 and Steffan notices the hair, but, by curiosity decides to see her face (is this Kurt´s soulmate? Oh he needs to see her face) and is taken back by this.
The fingers are holding the sheet strongly as Steffan is staring at the face of the woman beneath him. âIS. NOT. HERâ the hair is similar, but, now under the dim light is possible to see the differences, as well her face. IS NOT HER.

Agatha is doing potions. Stirring on her cauldron until the green mass becomes completely uniform and the ingredients are properly absorbed (she can still see some herbs in the mass) and is waiting. Waiting for the right moment.
âAnother victim of the Szardos` crazy schemes is locatedâ Wanda explains once her eyes are no longer crimson. Her powers are expanding each day.
âYes, I had figured it out as muchâŚYou saw the image of the poor woman, didn´t you?â Agatha asked and Wanda pales a little as she did nod. âThey are getting sloppier, and we get an advantage as Kitty is here and saferâ and Wanda looks at the wall for a moment and her eyes side with Agatha.
âYou can come out now, invisible spells are hard to do it, but, they aren´t powerful from those who have the sightingâ Agatha speaks and Kitty Pryde, having 16 years old now, reveals herself.
âSpying on us?â Wanda asked trying to sound intimidating.
âOnly because there´s a killer going after meâŚI saw the victimsâŚthey look a bit like meâ
âYes, they look like you, and it was a mistake on my part to try to leave you in the dark, however, now you´re here is time to explain the situationâ Agatha begins and conjure a new chair so Kitty could sit among the witches.
âA woman named Margalia Szardos wants to kill youâ Wanda states knowing full well that there´s no way one could deliver such information in a graceful way.
âWhy she wants to kill me?â Kitty asked holding the Davi Star tightly in her hands now.
âMargaliaâŚused to be one of my students, one that I sincerely regret, she was âŚinsane, to put in simple terms, she wanted power for the sake of power and to get such power she killed children. Remember when I told you some witches can be bad?â Kitty nods now for the first time believing this. âMargalia sell her soul to a demon in exchange for power, however, to pay her magic she must sacrifice kids with the right magic coreâŚand is rare for her to spot a magical childâ
Wanda looks uncomfortable for a moment and Agatha gives her a kind smile. âKitty, Margalia tried to recruit me and thank Hecate Agatha saved me in the last minuteâŚlet me tell you this, Margalia as much evil of person you can imagine and moreâ
âWhy me?â
âWe don´t know exactly, but, we do know that you´ll be safe as we´ll deal with her and stop that madwomanâ and Wanda adds âI know you like fiction where kids face bad guys and win, but, this is reality and I ask you, please, stay here and don´t try to be Harry Potterâ
âDon´t worry, I don´t want to go after a woman who wants to kill me. I´m not Harry Potterâ
__________________________________________________________________________
âMy love, come hereâ Belasco orders as his Persephone approaches the trone to see the screen display in front of him. âDo you reconize that girl?â
âOf course, that´s our little Yana, although, she´s a bit older nowâ
âCorrect, but, do you reconize the blue man here?â
âOhhhâ and she giggles.
______________________________________________________________________
Kurt Szardos is getting the gist of the X-men and has no problem in doing his part, however, as the man was walking down the halls it is impossible to not see two Russians fighting in their languages.
âIs demonic, no sister of mine will learn magicâ Piotr screams like a wild animal, but, the teenager is not scared.
âYou´re a mutant, you save people, what I supposed to do? Stay in the dark? I have a gift and I want to use itâŚand if you´re bonehead to see itâ Yana teleport as Piotr´s fist hit the floor.
Piotr looks back to see Kurt Szardos looking at the scene. âWHAT?â and Kurt teleports away before the Russian could hit him. Kurt spot Yana crying (sad tears or anger tears? hard to tell) and remember his time as a small kid under Margalia.
What a terrible thought.
âHello, do you want to learn magic?â
And Yana looks up at Kurt and nods.
(Everything in his vision is fitting in, everything but one crucial thing, but, Kurt has time)

EW Kitty au (attack on Genosha part 2)
@djinmer4 @dannybagpipesarecalling @sailorstar9 @discordsworld @look-ma-no-hands336
N/A: uhm, dramatic moment?
Kurt Wagner´s daily routine varies depending on his mood, today, the man wakes up with a need to do nothing and stay in bed, maybe, call Kitty to see if she´s alright (and enact in a mirror sex or in a real sex. Kurt can be a good boy if Kitty wants him to be) sadly his plans must be postponed as the X-men and Talia´s letter arrive at his quarters thanks to diligent hawks.
He often likes to make the X-men beg for his help, so, whatever they want him to do sure can wait a little longer as Kurt is opening Talia´s letter, and, as he finally read it Kurt now the X-men´s letter content and knows he´ll help his daughter no matter what.
___________________________________________________________________ Kitty is teaching Jia and Magik the basics of spells of attack and is pleased to see how the two are taking the craft so easily, Jia is getting a better understanding of her own powers(flying is never useless, but, you can always improve yourself) and Magik can use her demonic force, a curse installed on her, to do good things, finally is getting that a curse is not what defines you.
As she watches her pupils improve their skills, a black hawk arrives at the bay of her window, a reverence is made by both beings as Kitty receives a letter from Charlie. The handwriting is shaking and Kitty does not need to read the entire letter to know what is going on.
Lance killed Magneto. Charlie is going to confront him.
âGirls, stop what you are doing and listen to me, pleaseâ Kitty speaks with urgency in her tone and the girls stop to hear her teacher. âGenosha´s king was murder by Avalancheâ the news shock everyone Magneto and Genosha are the symbol of victory for every mutant â The X-men, the royal members of the family and my son are ready to fight for Genosha´s freedom, now, I´ll help my son and those in need, but, I need to ask if you two want to join me.â Jia and Magik are pondering this situation, true, they got better in their witchcraft than the others, but, still is something no one should hush to âI wouldn´t ask this for you girls if I didn´t believe you are able to do it. The choice is yours and any option you choose I´ll caterâ
Illyana Rasputin and Jia Jang mutter for a moment and they nod. âWe know healing spells, we know how to infiltrate places and we know nasty curses, what´s the point of being a witch if we won´t ever use our powers?!â
Normally, the X-men wouldn´t like to be associated with Necromancers, yet, this is an especial situation and any help is welcome. Scott is tracking a strategy as Jean is communicating with Wanda, well, trying to, as Wanda is sleeping, however, Jean manages to contact Pietro and Lorna.
âThey are fine and unharmed. Lance is now the self-declared king of Genosha, what we can do, Scott?â Cyclops is thinking on the safety of the others as Talia is thinking about her family and hardly is caring for the âbutâ it came.
âFatherâ Talia speaks as Damian is talking with his father about not change into a dragon, as this could kill everyone. Her tone is strong enough to earn everyone´s attention. âIs any of those men and woman ever worked for you?â
Kurt shakes his head, but, mentioned he did work with them and Lance didn´t get a good impression on the man, no one will mention the irony of this statement. Charlie and Kitty are silent, until, Kitty herself speaks. âI know him, often mumbles about Genosha and retribution and has an awful temperâŚand is too sexist to a woman can do real damage, in fact, he loves underestimate peopleâ
Charlies pipes in calmly and in a cold fashion. âHe´ll underestimate me, and once the leader is out the army will be without controlâ Charlies concludes.
âYes, but and the hostages? How can we know they won´t go killing them?â Scott asked and Kitty raises her hand silencing him.  â The X-men and the Necromancer over thereâ she points at Kurt who is amused âas well Nocturne and Salamander can fight to each member, they want to show off who´s the best and the chance to fight more royals will be too much be let goâ Kitty concludes.
Kurt wants to question where Kitty would be in this plan, however, she already responds to this question. âMy students can infiltrate and take prince Pietro and Princess Lorna without a problem, and, I can break the hex they put on Wandaâ
Talia knows there´s something more going, but, she wants her mother back. âCharlie, don´t kill himâŚI want to have this pleasureâ
The X-men manage to get the army by surprise and Kitty´s word is proven true as many of the guards let their position to fight the famous X-men and even to face of the necromancer, who, ironically did do much but is the one most guards fear.
Talia is mad and for the first time is not holding back. Damian does not need to worry for her as she´s not the weak princess many thought she is.
Prince Pietro spot a blue girl with short hair, channel style, and a Russian girl with bangs who break the seal code where he was with an easy. They introduce themselves as Kitty´s students and created a fake Pietro, in case a guard resolves to be here, and disguise him.
âCome on, we´ll take you to the outside of the city where you´ll be safeâ Yana speaks but Pietro prefers to see where his sisters and goes running, much to Yana and Jia´s dismay. Yana uses the teleportation and goes to where Lorna is and look at the dumbfound prince who is not managing to break the cellar, not the seals.
âDude, we´re pros here, let us do our job, ok?â Jia speaks and the two are working to break the seals as Lorna is talking with her brother. âWho are they?â and Pietro only replies. âKitty´s newest studentsâ
Wanda is on a room where sirens are singing their lullaby to make Scarlet Witch be asleep, however, Kitty faces sirens before and this is nothing new to her. âLadies, you all have beautiful voicesâ the creatures stop singing for a moment âBut I´m afraid the song must stop now!â her eyes are pitch black and her smile is not a friendly one.
Lance is in the throne room enjoying his time, until, the fight begins and his army is facing the X-men who are taking them out of Genosha, Avalanche is losing his temper and the palace is suffering from his wrath.
âOh, you never change, do you?â a voice jolt Lance back to reality and he sees Charlie Pryde who is facing him without a care. âAvalanche!â
âOh, you´re him. Her boy, tell me has your mother ever told you who your real father is?â Lance speaks looking at the young man with interest; if the Fantastic Four values him so muchâŚhe must be powerful.
Charlie is bemused. âNot, but she told me who is the sperm donor and you´re just like I picture, an asshole with grandioseâ Charlie concludes and Lance lost his mind and causes an Avalanche that never was fully concrete as hands stop him.
In fact, the hands are ghostly from the ground that Charlie is controlling, and is preventing Lance to use his powers. âSon, please, you´re meant to rule by my side, we can make Genosha our homeâ
Charlie´s eyes are too calculist, too cold and unnerving. âA bit late for the father and son bonding, don´t you think?â Charlie is controlling the hands, making the herculean effort to not murder him.
Lance, somehow, kick a lever who manages to throw spears at Charlie, his blood runs through the wall and floor easily and making the hands fall. âShould have killed me when you had the chance, boyâ Lance has a nasty smile on his face, âdaddy is really disappointed, a great necromancer as mother and you learn only this? Patheticâ
Charlie coughs blood and slowly remove the speer from his stomach, noticing the hole and the pain that comes along and only smirks as Lance is stepping away in fear. The hole is healing and the hands of the deads are holding Lance strongly and lifting him up.
âThere you´reâ Kurt shows up in a friendly fashion as Charlie is about to torn Lance apart. Kurt is smiling at Lance´s pain. âDo you want to kill him? Go ahead, you can bring his body back and Talia can kill him, it will be like a dateâ
Lance is talking again. âI´m your father, you must obey me, help me boyâ and this make Kurt smiles widely as it opens old memories, however, Charlie makes a promise to Talia. âNo, she has the right to decide what to do with himâ the ghostly hands paralyze him and drop him on the ground.
âYour mother would be proud of youâ Kurt speaks looking at Lance amused. ârevenge is better if is served togetherâ
âWhy are you here? I know you don´t care for my well beingâ Charlie asked crossing his arms as Kurt has that fond smile on his face.
âYour mother would cry if something happens to you, mother, in my time, don´t cry for their children, but yours would and that´s what makes her a good motherâ Kurt speaks in an enigmatic way. The royal family, the X-men, Kitty and her students arrive in the throne room and Wanda is ready to give a punishment to this man.
â You´re indeed lucky, Charlie Pryde, don´t forget about thatâ and Kurt goes to his daughter as Kitty goes to Charlie, along with Jia and Yana.
The revelation of Charlie´s parentage was made by accident, not by Charlie, nor by Kurt or even Kitty, but, it was a confession one of the generals of Avalanche did to save his own face and Talia is the one who heard the confession and the affirmation from Charlie that Avalanche is his biological father. In his own words, the sperm donor, no one questions why this makes Kurt smiles fondly.
