#yesterday i made soy burgers / prepped chicken to freeze / grated cheese#today i made chicken and blue cheese empanadas / veggie and ricotta muffins#the empanadas are for now but hopefully i'll have some left... lol#tomorrow falafel and something with lentils i can freeze?#WHEN DOES IT STOP
