I need to step back and deal with my own mental health. I already closed my shop a few days ago to get ahead on my orders because my physical health has tanked and that’s why I haven’t been posting regularly. I am and have been waiting for 4+ months for medical attention. I have shit going on in my personal life that needs addressed.

I’m on Instagram running my business there primarily. I’m not deleting and I am still available to message here if you don’t have any other way to reach me. I am too beyond exhausted to do everything, but I will always address real issues here and attempt to listen and be a better person at the end of the day. This is a platform. There are a lot of you here and I will always recognize that as a privilege as well.

This is not a space for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, terf ideology, white nationalism, colonialism, cultural appropriation or ableism.

Gender identity is not up for discussion.

Policing witchcraft, paganism or religion is not up for discussion unless it violates the above mentioned ideaologies.

I am not perfect, but I am always willing to listen to how I can be a better person and run a better platform. This also does not imply that I am willing to agree to false claims about myself and this platform. That isn’t how accountability works.

We need to work together and also do our own personal work. It’s not an excuse to rely on other people to educate you or me about problematic behavior or ideaologies. You are also allowed to create your own communities. Tumblr has pushed people out for good reason and bad reasons. But bottom line, if you don’t want someone in your personal circle, they don’t have to be.

Create space that uplifts you, cut out what isn’t welcome. Address issues that can be fixed. That’s all you can do.

So I am just poking my nose in because I like magic and in stories and what not. I'm curious on how you become a witch. Like......qhat do you do and what does being a witch mean.

In the simplest of terms, you become a witch when you call yourself one. To be a witch, you perform witchcraft. Now, there are many different types of witchcraft and different paths to follow, but none are really what you would read about in stories or see in movies for the most part - so it’s hard to really quantify without going super into detail.

Witchcraft in its simplest terms is manipulating energy in order to reach an end or goal. Some understand this as a placebo effect - changing your perspective or subconscious so that you become the person you want to be/accomplish the things you want to without force. Most see this as more supernatural manipulation. It’s not that you can shoot fire from your hands or fly or change the way you look - Witchcraft a lot of the time, is a personal self-help tool.

Another thing you’ll want to keep in mind is that witchcraft has always been a tool for the oppressed. This means that cursing and hexing is real and powerful - but does not mean witchcraft is evil. It is your defense against those that would hurt you, and it is a tool to help shape you into who you want to be.

But at the end of the day witchcraft is neutral and you determine if it used for benefit or harm.

What kind of compliments are more comfortable for you?

I know compliments can be subtlely (or not so subtlely) gendered and I want to respect that. I think the pic you posted, of yourself, looks wonderful but I don’t want to say “beautiful” if that is uncomfortable. Thank you 💜

I’m definitely okay with a variety of compliments as long as they aren’t overtly sexual and u aren’t a sugar daddy bot 😂😂 I prefer neutral gender but I am okay with all pronouns and most associated words, so I wouldn’t worry yourself too much.
