New(ish) CRK oc

Her names Mauve Tourmaline Cookie, made her a few weeks back. Here's some info bout her!(p.s I forgot the creators username on this platform but this character is related to their characters of the Tourmaline family):

Mauve Tourmaline Cookie was a member of House Tourmaline. She was the twin sister of Purple Tourmaline Cookie, and sister Maroon Tourmaline Cookie, wife of Salmon Topaz Cookie, and mother of Lavender Tourmaline Cookie, Colorless Tourmaline Cookie, Achroite Tourmaline Cookie, and Magenta Tourmaline Cookie. She was well known for being the sister of the queen, as well as for her kind and sympathetic personality towards others, no matter their status in the Siren Kingdom. Unfortunately, she disappeared during the Gem-Siren war, leaving her family distraught over her disappearance. Some say she was killed, others say she's being held captive by the Gem Mermaids. To this day no one knows what happened to her, and she hasn't been seen, nor heard from since that day...

Personality

Mauve Tourmaline Cookie was a kind and sympathetic Cookie, many looked towards her for comfort when they needed it most and she'd gladly do so which made many in the Siren Kingdom adore her, just as much as they did her sister. She cared deeply about her family and would do anything to protect them, even if it cost Mauve Tourmaline Cookie her life. Unlike most, she did try to be on neutral terms with the Gem Mermaids when she was younger, but after an incident that almost cost her her life she grew to hate them as well. This could've been a key factor in her disappearance later on during the Gem-Siren war.

Backstory

As a young siren, Mauve Tourmaline Cookie along with her twin sister Purple Tourmaline Cookie, and brother Maroon Tourmaline Cookie, got along quite well. They'd always be playing around and doing what little ones do, but things changed a bit after their parents were murdered in front of them by Gem Mermaids. They now only had each other, things were rough but they managed. When they were older they started doing their own things and what not, they still hung out every now and then. One day, Mauve decided to try and be on neutral terms with the Gem Mermaids and try and forget about her hatred towards them but unfortunately things didn't go so well and she almost got killed. After that day, her hatred for them only grew more and more. As time flew by she soon met her siblings crushes/spouses, at first she was a bit skeptical because she had gotten protective of them but she warmed up to them eventually.

Love at first sight?

When Mauve was in her late teens she met Salmon Topaz Cookie and his companion Water Bloom Cookie as they were out sailing and she got curious, the two almost instantly clicked and they began hanging out more and more often. A few years past and they started dating, the two loved each other dearly and in their early twenties they got married. Sometime during their time together she made him one or three pearl necklaces of lost pearls she found on the sea floor, it was one of her ways of showing affection.

Little rays of sunshine

Soon enough Mauve and her husband had a four children named Lavender Tourmaline Cookie, Colorless Tourmaline Cookie, Achroite Tourmaline Cookie, and Magenta Tourmaline Cookie(all at different times-ish). she loved her children dearly and could often be seen cradling the young ones whilst singing the lullaby "You are my sunshine". Her children were her pride and joy, she swore to always protect her little rays of sunshine even if it cost her her life. She made a lot of things for her little girs and boys, one of them being a necklace with their initials engraved into it.

Gem-Siren war

During the Gem-Siren war she helped as many of her sisters people as she could, but amidst the chaos she had disappeared. No one knew where she had gone or what'd happened to her, some say she was killed whilst others say she was taken and is being held hostage by the Gem Mermaids. Either way, no one's seen her or hear from her ever since. Devastated, her twin sister made a memorial for her for she believed that her twin had died and swore to avenge her. Mauve's little rays of sunshine was left without a mother and was instead raised by their now widowed father, and of course they knew who their mother was and what she was known for. Only things that remain of her is what she left behind, her children, her memories, and the things she had made.

Signs that your root chakra needs more healing

Our root chakra is located at the base of our spine on all levels of our aura, including our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. In our physical body, it’s energy nourishes our adrenal glands, kidneys, large intestine/colon, spine, back, legs and feet. In our mental and emotional bodies, it governs our sense of safety, trust and survival.

We come into this human experience with the opportunity to heal and open our chakras. These are signs that we need to heal our root chakra, based on my own personal experience as well as those I work with in the healing setting at Daily Glowin. I’ve also included specific, practical tools of what I have seen to be most effective for healing the root chakra.

Signs Include:

Noticing your mind often worrying about your past or your future

Finding it difficult to sit with yourself without any distractions (phones, people, food, drinks, mind-altering substances, TV, music, work, study)

Feeling like you can’t really trust yourself or others

Feeling highly stressed or anxious

Feeling overly concerned with your state of finances

Feeling unsafe in your environment

Unhealed trauma, including from any form of abuse, power-struggle or empath-narcissist connection. Traumas formed in childhood especially affect the root chakra.

Feeling that you spend more time in your mind than you do in your body

Feeling constantly tired or fatigued regardless of sleep

Having problems falling asleep or staying asleep

Always having under-eye bags or dark circles

Feeling as though you need coffee, black tea, green tea, matcha, cola, sugar, chocolate, cacao, animal proteins and heavy plant-based proteins to get through the day

Experiencing hormone imbalances, irregular periods or painful heavy periods or menopause issues

Experiencing erectile dysfunction

Seeing no lymph sediment in your urine (this means your kidney are not filtering out your lymphatic wastes)

Experiencing IBS, gas, bloating or pains in your colon (your lower abdomen area)

Experiencing stiffness, pains or issues in your feet, legs, back or spine.

Areas of focus for healing your root chakra:

These areas should be combined together to truly heal your root chakra from your root causes.

Openness of past and current traumatic experiences: This one is often painful to look at but true healing will come of it. Our early childhood experiences especially affect our root chakra as this is when we are shaping our lens of how we perceive the world and our safety within it. The more we can look at our past experiences with openness and the willingness to learn from them, the more we are able to heal and create the space in our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies for greater things to come through for us.

Getting out of your mind and grounding into your physical body: Some of the most effective methods I’ve found and seen continuously are deep breathing (the most effective), stretching (especially the lower body), self-massage, doing self-acupressure, neurolymphatic massage and reflexology (especially on the feet), standing barefoot in the grass. Make a commitment to do whichever ones are most effective for you every day. I personally do a bit of each one of the above daily and it truly changes my life. Don’t underestimate them!

Healing fatigued adrenal glands and kidneys: Prioritising rest without screens and lights, stopping caffeine (it may sound impossible now but it brings true healing), stopping stimulant drugs, Using and taking the following adrenal herbs: Siberian Ginseng, Ashwaganda, Liquorice Root, Kelp. Using these following kidney herbs: Parsley, Dandelion Root, Dandelion Leaf, Horsetail. I always advocate for my clients to use these within a cellular detoxification and regeneration protocol to truly heal their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. If you can, eat plant-based focusing on fruit and fruit juices, raw veggie salads and being sure to follow proper food combining.

Visualise and meditate on your root chakra to connect with it and active it: Visualising your root chakra is very powerful as our mind does not know the difference between what is actually occurring in our physical reality and what we imagine in our mind. In your mind’s eye, visualise your red root chakra spinning at the base of your spine. Pair this with binaural beats or a crystal bowl meditation for the root chakra to amplify the affect. If you work with crystals, pair this practice with some grounding stones (especially black crystals such as Shungite, Obsidian, Tournaline and red crystals such as Carnelian, Red Jasper, Tigers Eye). Do this for a few minutes when you wake up and before you fall asleep every day. With continual practise, you will actually feel your root chakra spinning at the base of your spine.

Protecting your energy field and aura from EMFs: These frequencies affect all of our chakras as they interfere with the natural vibrational spin of each chakra. Aim to keep your phone, laptop and devices on airplane mode when they’re not in use, put your phone on speaker or use non-Bluetooth headphones when on calls, avoid smart watches and wrist activity trackers, keep Black Shunghite crystal on you, in your home, car and workspace (even tiny tumble stones help), look into companies near you that provide Orgone materials for EMF protection to go the extra mile.
