DO YOU LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR REST DAYS? ⠀⠀⠀⠀ What does it consist of? ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Rest day for me, are always very much needed and I look forward to them cause I know my body recovers, my mind recovers, and I become ready to get back and devour my sessions again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Todays activity consisted of Cardio at 140-150bpm for 30 minutes and 10K Steps which I’m still needing to finish off. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Other than that I’ve been very much in a relaxed state during the day focusing on keeping the diet consistent, but on rest days I’ve been trialling sticking to the same amount of calories but increasing my fat intake and decreasing my carb intake... why? Just cause I fancy giving it a go really and will be interesting to see how things change and fluctuate, and also adds a little more excitement to the day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Currently 194.8lbs upon waking up, bringing down the body fat gradually and feeling good. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hunger levels are pretty good and it’s nice to feel my metabolism fired up abit and utilising everything I eat 👌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ #alphalete #priorities #fitnessfreaks #bodybuilding #optimalhealth #trainingmindset #bodytransformationinprogress #aestheticphysique #restdays #restandrecover #alphaleteathletics #freshhaircut https://www.instagram.com/p/B1eck1qnfm5/?igshid=v9biyzprk3oj
