Republican Traitor-in-Chief facing felony crime charges repeats his accusations that Biden made the Justice Department bring charges against him.  The Justice Department is independent of the Executive branch and Biden has no influence.  

The Special Counsel Jack Smith was appointed to conduct an independent investigation.  Trump made unfounded claims and accusations when Mueller was Special Counsel for Trump’s collusion with the Russians during Election 2016 while he actively committed obstruction of justice to hide his crimes related to that.  Trump also tried to use the Justice Department to overturn Election 2020 and failed thank God.  

The Republicans in congress have been pushing lies about Biden and his son Hunter being on tape for accepting bribes. They have no proof, it’s a smear and distraction.  Of course Trump jumps on the Republican bandwagon and repeats the lies...here’s the statement from the White House.

  “Everything in their so-called investigation seems to be mysteriously missing: informants, audio tapes, and most importantly of all – any credible evidence. Maybe it’s time for House Republicans to join the President to focus on real issues that matter to the American people like fighting inflation and creating jobs instead of these sad sideshow stunts.”
