It’s Trawling Tuesday, where we set the Wayback Machine to yesterday, and our terrific Thanksgiving spread, courtesy @thekegsteakhouse at Still Creek (still the best). There, we shared shrimp cocktail and baked brie (with the cutest little bread slices!), and I had the baseball top sirloin, served a perfect medium rare, topped with sautéed button mushrooms and served with a twice baked potato - all complemented with an ice-cold citrusy and biscuity @backcountrybrewing Trailbreaker Pale Ale. For the curious, @beecee7280’s dish (seen across from my baseball) was the prime rib, served with red wine herb jus and the ever-popular twice baked potato.
