No, because why did I eat my upper body workout today! I was following along a few guides online, but still! I killed these reps! 🏋🏽‍♀️
As I mentioned in my last video post, I'm on a mission to start paying the same amount of attention to my upper body workouts as I do to my lower body workouts. It's just so much more fun working on thigh + booty gains! 🤪
I'm proud of myself, though, because I've been very intentional with my workouts lately, and I had a good selection of exercises for today's session!
Tried some new moves like the Cable Rotation and the Tricep Kickbacks. The Straight Arm Pull-downs weren't a joke either! I rocked it, though! Going to increase my weight next time! 💪🏾💪🏾
And you know, I talk about those wedgie shorts and by the end of my workout, I had some on! 😩 That's what I get for talking 💩.
