Tbh, i forgot to inform you that it was not only that you convinced to to finally listen to bts, but to kpop in general. I had some weird dislike for bts because of the 'boy with luv' ( was salty they didn't give halsey more lines) and was afraid of k stans in general. I don't personally love their newer releases, but wings is *chef's kiss* and also all of their cyphers are amazing.

I think i'm gonna have to go with Yoongi for my bias. fitting since he was the first person i read fanfic about lmao

tbh i feel you on the fandom aspect 🙈 i casually followed bts for quite a while before i got fully into the online army world. i think there are a lot of negative perceptions about kpop fandom - some based in truth, some less so - that largely come from the 'vocal minority' that sadly tends to exist for any kind of large community. just gotta carve out your own groove with what works for you!! and as with anything on the internet, the mute/block buttons are always your friends 🫶

also highly recommend digging into the broader kpop scene if you still want more, there's a lot of amazing groups and artists out there beyond just our bangtan boys 🥰 i'll recommend a not-quite-kpop group that is one of yoongi's faves (and inspirations!) and goes well with the more rap-heavy style it seems like you're into - epik high!!! i saw them in concert last month and my god they are just living legends, for real. definitely check them out if you get a chance!!

announcement: part two survey! 📋✨

alright loves, told you i had one more announcement, so here it is 🤭

in the *counts on fingers* uhhh... 9 months (ope 🤰) since i started this blog, i have gotten so, so many wonderful requests for additions to the oneshots and drabbles that i've posted. it genuinely means the world to me each time someone asks for a second part of something 🥺 like knowing that you enjoyed it so much that you want more?! that is truly such an honor to hear 🙇‍♀️

and i've seen so many part 2 requests come in for so many different works of mine, it got me kind of curious 👀 i couldn't help but wonder... if everyone voted, which fics would come out on top??

so.... that's what we're doing 🙈 i've put together a quick google form of all the oneshots and drabbles i've written since i started my blog last year. and i would love it if you could take a minute to cast your vote!! you can vote for as many choices as you like, including multiple per member if you so desire! (and yes, you can vote for all of them, but then your entry won't have any sway on the final results... but hey, it's your life! 😂)

now just to cover my ass here, i can't promise that these results will ensure a second part of anything gets written, but i am very excited to hear what y'all have an appetite for/want to see more of in general. and certainly, i wanna write what y'all wanna read, so i will absolutely be paying close attention to these results and take them to heart!
