As I continue on my path for recovery, I believe it is time to move forward with my blog as well. So long I have held this blog as the secret keeper of my heart. So long I have poured the deepest and darkest parts of me here, where it is safe to say without fear, without doubt, and without judgement. But I feel like the longer I use it as that place, the longer I will stray away from recovery - coming here, seeing and relating to others just like me, helping them in their struggles, listening, hearing, sharing - has been the most helpful and rewarding experience. But reading pain, and seeing all the triggers can also send me spiralling back. And I've got to fight. I've got to push forward. So this summer I'm going to try, try to turn my blog into something that notices the small beauty in the world. And maybe making them all know will help others who like me, felt like the world is working towards the end like it's an assembly line. Like the small, the quiet, the unheard didn't matter… We do matter. Everything matters. And there is beauty everywhere.  We just need to take the time to see it.
