EA does this thing that makes me slightly nuts - in addition to elders having much fewer outfits than adults, some of the outfits they share with adults have only have an adult age stage, so if your elder wears that, but all their other outfits are elder stage, it's mildly disorienting when they change and instantly have their body from 30 years ago, at least until they change again.

So.

I've made two different versions here.

The first one uses the elder mesh, but is also only enabled for elders, meaning your YF/AFs will no longer use this outfit.

The other version uses the adult mesh, and is enabled for YF/AF/EF.
