Was browsing T$R for older recolours of maxis meshes, and found Night & Day by Bunny (link warning: T$R), which gave me massive Buffy vibes (not too sure why other than the era and the grungy/slight gothic feel, maybe someone on the show wore something similar that I only half remember)!

So I thought to whip together a quicko texture only DR for afbodysuitplunge using three of the textures. Compatible with mesh defaults, fully compressorized!

Animals & Animals - 50 Sheep & Sheep Recolors + Default Replacement

Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well! I guess it's been a hot minute lol. I'm not quite ready to officially come out of hiatus yet, but I saw it was TS2's birthday so here's a little something to celebrate. :)

These were requested about a billion years ago, but I can't find the message now, so I hope they reach the requester! 😅 These are 50 animal-themed recolors for the Sheep & Sheep painting. There is also a default replacement (recolor 32 on the swatch). If you already have the DR from my Bugs & Bugs recolors, you'll need to pick one!

I don't know why the swatch is so gritty; I've been back for twenty-two seconds and Tumblr is already screwing with me lol

Animals are from this pack by Freepik over at Ye Olde Flaticon. The rest of the icons used are also by Freepik! Many thanks as always! I used Fantasy Floss, Dark Fantasy and Autumn Valley for the artwork colors, and colors from The Woods are Lovely for the frames.

As always, if you'd rather have a different DR, please let me know and I'll add it as an alternative. My response time will probably be a little lackluster; we're short-staffed at the library right now, and it's a much crazier job than I expected (not complaining! I love it).

And of course, if I borked anything, please let me know! I'm definitely out of practice. 😅

Homework Default Replacements

Something different today! I've had default replacements for the teen&YA homework for some time, but I was never able to find ones for the children homework that I liked, so I decided to make my own! But while I was making them I liked them so much that I decided to make teen&YA ones too! Bonus! ✨

The top four are the children defaults, images from freepik. The bottom four are the teen, images from @sim-saurus. I made tiny edits to change any English text to Simlish. The blue teen one also replaces the YA one, which is why it's pretty non-descript in terms of what subject the homework could be for. I also did the writing on the insides. The child one says "My favorite thing about this subject is that today I learned how to" and the teen one I went into a whole lil essay about how much fun I was having creating these and how my cat was making me very warm. I then put a page break and had a teacher take 2 points off the top section because my essay wasn't academic enough 😂 which is something I got told all throughout college

Files are compressorized, and remember to remove any other homework defaults you may have before using these. I made them as separate packages in case you wanted to use the child but not the teen or viceversa, or to mix n match with another default.

I have a default female hair replacement for those games where mohawks maybe don't really fit the vibe... It's fhairmohawkspike from University with Digisim's Shimydim Lannister Mashup conversion, using a lower poly mesh by Simborg. This hair is soooo beautiful I can't bear it. And this family of ladies are all gorgeous too, I need to play them more often 👀

Anyway - 16k polycount, CF-EF, Digi's textures with colours Dynamite, Depth Charge, Volatile, Pyrotechnic and Mail Bomb. The 4 custom bin hairs are replaced with Explosive, Primer, Fission and Bastet.

It's been summer time for a while now! Ever since Separates 4 All became a thing, I wanted all my swimwear to be one piece swimsuits. And it's finally done! Everything is repo’d to AF. Swatches and details undercut:

Singles replaced with DeeDee’s 4t2 trillyke Drippin’ Swimsuit. Texture only (swatch).

I'm using MalvernSims replacement of yfbodyswimwear, but I still wanted this swimsuit for some teens, so bluepaisley is also replaced with Kooli's recolor of Flutter Swimsuit (swatch).

These wouldn't exist without Aquilegia's Pooklet texture defaults! most of the alphas and some of the textures are just theirs with a fresh coat of paint. Also you should check the page because there's their repo files to get more out of these hairs, plus some hiders for more ugly ones. However a few of the alphas are my own work as the ones already available didn't suit me perfectly, notably messy (F), meg, shortcute, and long (Bella Goth's hair). Also of course Antoninko for their system and textures, which I've recently fallen in love with to the point of committing to big ol retexture projects aha... you can find more afterglow via @the-afterglow-archive 💕 and @pooklet as I used some of their colours to make the mirror customs ^^

Fertilizer Bags - Two Seasons Default Replacements

Hi again! I'm back, this time with two default replacements that no one asked for. XD Hopefully someone will find them useful!

Looking at @tvickiesims beautiful tropical heaven screenshots earlier, I noticed the fertilizer bag and decided I wanted it to match the soil bags from the Moonwood Garden conversion. I reworked the texture (all credit to @myshunosun, I just played around with it until it fit nicely), and since I was right there in SimPE anyway, I figured I might as well replace the compost bag texture as well:

You'll need Seasons for these to work, of course. I enlarged the texture a bit but the files are still absolutely tiny -- hooray!

The burlap texture is by macrovector at Freepik -- many thanks!
