One night, Marlon Brando's son Christian shot his half-sister Cheyenne's lover Dag Drollet and he was sentenced to prison for it. Cheyenne was pregnant at the time of the slaying.

Cheyenne was Brando's daughter with his third wife, Tarita Teriipaia, an actress from French Polynesia whom he met while filming his movie Mutiny on the Bounty in 1962.

Brando and Tarita would divorce, and Cheyenne would be raised in Tahiti with her mother and brother, Tehotu.

Cheyenne had a modeling career before she was seriously injured in a car accident. She got into drugs.

In 1990 she was diagnosed with schizophrenia, and lost custody of her son Tuki.

Cheyenne would later accuse father Marlon Brando of having molested her as a child, as well as having neglected her in Tahiti as a child, and eventually, at the age of 25, would commit suicide.

Throughout this ordeal, friend Michael Jackson stood by Brando, and likewise when Michael Jackson faced his child molestation accusations by various boys. Brando's son, Miko, was also Jackson's security guard. Miko was Brando's second eldest son with his second wife, Morita Castenada.

Brando offered Jackson sanctuary on one of the Pacific islands he owned if found guilty of the child molestation charges. He would transfer unrestricted use of a half-acre on the islet of Onetahi in the French Polynesian atoll of Tetiaroa to Jackson.

When reported news of Brando's "misgivings" about Jackson's involvement with boys was leaked to the press, some friends wondered if his criticism wasn't a case of the pot calling the kettle black. A former business manager for Brando, Joan Corrales, had filed a $5 million wrongful termination suit against him, charging him with sexual harassment for exposing his genitals to her. She also claimed that he had a "disturbing" attraction to teenage girls and vividly described his "terrible fixation" on minors.

"Brando derived pleasure from sharing his stories of sexual exploitation - including his sexual escapades with minors," said Corrales.

In her testimony, she confirmed that the corpulent Godfather actor had deeded a Polynesian island sanctuary to Michael.

"Brando and Jackson were birds of a feather. Both of them had an unnatural fixation on minors."

 “From the moment she was born to her early teenage years, Cheyenne Brando was a happy, cheerful and polite child. Born February 20th, 1970, she was described as being hardworking and also got top grades in school.

 Cheyenne was born to actor Marlon Brando and his wife, Tarita Teriipaia. Cheyenne also had a brother named Teihotu. The pair were very close growing up. The siblings had another half-brother named Christian.

 Cheyenne grew up to become a model but something important was missing in her life. She and her father began having a very strained relationship. She desperately sought his attention and wanted very much to be close to Marlon. Unfortunately, the actor maintained a distance.

 One time, he invited her to join him while he was filming in Toronto. Cheyenne was thrilled. But he later canceled the visit, breaking the young girl’s heart. She was so devastated, she jumped into her brother’s jeep and sped angrily down a highway, eventually landing in a ditch.

 The accident caused massive head and facial injuries. Plastic surgery was needed to fix her face but despite that, her modeling career was over. Her mental illness only got worse. She returned to her home in Tahiti where she got back with an ex-boyfriend named Dag Drollet. She soon became pregnant with his child.

 Cheyenne continued to drown healthwise. She was often distraught and depressed. She also erupted into violent tantrums from time to time. Marlon decided to step in and invited both Cheyenne and Dag to his Los Angeles home so she could be cared for.

 This was where Cheyenne reunited with Christian who was also living in Marlon’s home. One night, on May 16, 1990, Christian fatally shot Dag after she constantly complained that he was abusive. A week later, Cheyenne attempted suicide by eating powdered bleach.

  Christian was arrested and his case went to trial. He was later sentenced to ten years for voluntary manslaughter. Meanwhile, Cheyenne continued to battle her health problems.

  She later gave birth to a son named Tuki Brando. It was after another suicide attempt that she was finally diagnosed with schizophrenia.

   On April 16, 1995, after years of grieving her beloved boyfriend, Cheyenne succeeded in taking her own life. It was Teihoti who found her where she hung herself at their mother’s house in Tahiti.

 She was buried in the Roman Catholic Uranie Cemetery in the family crypt of Dag Drollet’s family.”

“Tarita Cheyenne Brando was the daughter of Marlon Brando and his third wife Tarita Teriipaia. Tarita was a model. She was raised on the island of Tahiti, her parents divorced in 1972. Growing up, her father Marlon Brando did not allow Cheyenne and her brother Tehotu to visit him in the US. As a child Cheyenne adored her father, as she became a teenager her feelings towards him changed – “I have come to despise my father for the way he ignored me when I was a child. He came to the island maybe once a year but really didn’t seem to care whether he saw me or not. He wanted us but he didn’t want us.” Cheyenne dropped out of high school and began taking drugs – it was at this time she began a modeling career. In 1989, she was injured seriously in a car accident when she crashed her Jeep – she got a broken jaw, laceration under her eye and a torn ear. Marlon Brando flew Cheyenne to LA to undergo extensive reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. The accident ended Cheyenne’s modeling career. After the accident, she ended up with depression and attempted suicide. In 1987, Cheyenne started dating 23-year-old man Dag Drollet, the son of a Tahitian politician. In 1989, Cheyenne discovered she was pregnant. Marlon Brando requested that the couple move to the US and into Marlon’s own Mulholland Drive home to await the birth of their child. In 1990, Dag Drollet was shot dead by Cheyenne’s brother Christian at their father’s home. Christian Brando maintained the shooting was an accident. Christian said that Cheyenne told him that Dag Drollet was physically abusing her. Later that night, Christian confronted Dag Drollet about the abuse. Christian said that the gun went off after Dag Drollet tried to take the gun away from him. Christian was arrested and charged with murder. The prosecutors of the case attempted to get Cheyenne to testify at Christian’s trial as they felt her account of the night’s event was crucial. However, she refused to testify and fled to Tahiti. She gave birth to a son she named Tuki Brando. After the birth of her first child, Cheyenne attempted suicide twice and was hospitalised for drug detoxification in a psychiatric hospital. At the end of 1990, she was declared “mentally disabled” by a French judge and was deemed unable to testify at her brother’s trial. Without Cheyenne’s testimony, prosecutors felt they could no longer prove that Drag Drollet’s death was premeditated. Christian Brando was presented with a plea deal. He took the deal and pled guilty to the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison. He served 5 years and was placed on 3 years probation. When he was released, Christian stated that he doubted Cheyenne’s accusations of physical abuse agaisnt Drag Drollet due to her mental instability, “I feel like a complete chump for believing her,” he said. In the following years, Cheyenne’s mental health declined. She entered drug rehab and psychiatric hospitals. Cheyenne then publicly accused her father of molesting her and accused him of being an accomplice in Drag Drollet’s death. Marlon Brando denied both of these accusations. Cheyenne was diagnosed with schizophrenia, and became isolated from her former friends, and lost custdoy of her mother. Her mother raised her son. In 1995, Cheyenne hanged herself at her mother’s house in Punaauia, Tahiti. Her father Marlon Brando or her brother Christian attended her funeral in Tahiti. Cheyenne was buried in the Roman Catholic Uranie Cemetery in Papeete in the family crypt of Dag Drollet’s family.” 70s 1970s - The Time Machine
