“Je ne m’attendais à rien mais je suis quand même déçue”, une introduction enthousiaste au monde du travail d’aujourd’hui. Episode 1 : Il était une fois...

“Oh non, encore un énième article d’un cadre qui découvre que son travail est à chier, inutile, vide de sens et ne fait que servir de manière plus ou moins insidieuse les intérêts du grand capital. Quelle chouineuse” me direz-vous. Eh bien oui.

En réalité, dire que je ne m’attendais à rien est un poil exagéré, mais c’est devenu une maxime, que je dois à l’un de mes philosophes préférés, Dewey. Si j’ai choisi ce domaine, c’est parce qu’il me paraissait, au moins dans les grandes lignes, correspondre à mes valeurs : défense de intérêt général et du collectif, service exemplaire, transparence et autres grands principes humanistes. N’étant pas d’un naturel particulièrement optimiste, je m’attendais évidemment à me prendre le mur de la réalité en pleine poire, mais pas à ce point (pause dramatique). Parce que poignarder mes valeurs et vivre dans un état quasi constant d’ennui profond, ça me fait mal au bidou, m’empêche de dormir et me fait pleurer, parfois (je sais, c’est triste).

“Elle est bien mystérieuse” penserez-vous à la lecture de ces quelques lignes, “quel boulot de merde occupe-t-elle ? Encore une consultante autoproclamée community manageur agile et proactive dans une start up à la con.” Eh bien pas du tout, mais pour des raisons de “droits et obligations”, je ne peux pas noter noir sur blanc le nom de mon employeur. En revanche, je peux vous en livrer la substantifique moelle, les doutes, les regrets et les pleurs qui vont avec. Mais les plus perspicaces d’entre vous et ceux “du milieu” m’auront tout de suite démasquée...(petit sourire en coin et haussement du sourcil gauche).

Les premières semaines sont consacrées à la découverte du poste, des missions qui me seront confiées ainsi que de mon environnement de travail et de mes collègues. Au début, tout est presque beau et neuf. C’est toujours comme ça. Mais vite, il y a anguille sous roche (ou, comme j’aime parfois le dire, parce que j’ai énormément d’humour, baleine sous gravier). Warum ? Non seulement, comme je le précisais plus haut, ce travail n’a pas de sens pour moi, mais en plus, il me parait tout à fait inutile, vain et m’oblige à rester le cul sur une chaise 10h par jour (et je ne compte pas le trajet en RER les enfants, une expérience sensorielle et visuelle souvent déroutante) en sachant pertinemment que je n’apporte rien à personne (alors que c’était un peu le but).

Lorsque j’ai émis quelques doutes devant témoin et partagé ma peine avec mon prochain, j’ai eu le droit, à moult reprises, à cette phrase culpabilisante (mais avec un fond de vérité, je le concède) : “un poste, c’est aussi et surtout ce qu’on en fait”. Alors d’accord mais, si vous me permettez une série d’analogies maladroites, sauf erreur de ma part, on fait un gâteau avec des ingrédients, une maison avec des fondations, une charpente et un toit, un bon “classical art meme” avec une peinture flamande. Bref on fait quelque chose à partir de l’existant (à moins d’être dieu si j’ai bien compris). Je ne suis pas une magicienne les gars, donc votre poste, je ne pourrais pas en faire autre chose que du caca vaguement enrobé mais qui ne dupe personne. Je précise pour les non-initiés, que lorsque je dis caca, il faut comprendre : limites budgétaires, réduction des effectifs, contraintes juridiques diverses, absence de volonté politique et de remise en question.

Alors que faire lorsqu’on se pose beaucoup de question ? On surfe sur l’internet ; et les témoignages se multiplient : “Occupez-vous un bullshit job ?”, “Ces jeunes cadres au bord du burn-out”, “Après des études de commerce, il quitte la banque pour ouvrir une fromagerie”. Ah ok, donc tous les jeunes travailleurs ou presque s’emmerdent au travail, détestent leur supérieur hiérarchique mais restent parce qu’il faut payer les factures. Et les gens rêvent de changement : artisanat, voyages autour du monde, entreprenariat, milieu associatif. Le monde du travail n’était pas une découverte pourtant, j’ai porté des boites dans un supermarché tous les étés lorsque j’étais étudiante. Mais le monde de la grande distribution, il me semble, ne fera jamais gober à personne qu’il est vecteur de bien-être, de respect d’autrui et de perspectives. D’autres secteurs en revanche, font miroiter bien des choses : pour les carriéristes, des possibilités d’ascension, mais ça, personnellement, je m’en tamponne le coquillard, et, pour les rêveurs, des missions passionnantes riches de sens.

En palimpseste, il y a une vraie question, qui dépasse de très loin ce seul billet, et qui est particulièrement d’actualité : peut-on/doit-on s’épanouir au travail ? Car c’est, dans mon cas, l’IDEE que le travail puisse être source d’épanouissement qui m’a conduit à vivre si mal ces premiers mois. Finalement, mon titre est mensonger et vous pouvez me lancer des cailloux, car je m’attendais tout de même à un petit quelque chose. Ce point me parait essentiel pour comprendre le mal-être ambiant, indépendamment de la multiplication des postes intrinsèquement sans intérêt (fruit de notre jolie société) et de la structuration du monde du travail.

Qui, parmi les personnes intéressées ou directement concernées par ce sujet, n’a jamais lu/entendu ce genre de propos :

- si tu n’aimes pas ton travail, il faut en changer ;

- si tu n’aimes pas ton travail, c’est de ta faute. Il faut vivre ses rêves ;

- tu as un travail, ce n’est pas le cas de tout le monde, alors tu n’as pas le droit de te plaindre ;

- tu es bien payé(e), alors tu n’as pas le droit de te plaindre.

Cela me donne l’impression que les logiques d’aliénation de la “valeur travail” sont tellement intériorisées, qu'émettre la moindre critique est vécu comme un signe de privilège/de lâcheté et non comme une critique du système. C’est renverser la faute : ce n’est pas aux travailleurs d’accepter ou de se conformer, c’est au système de changer. Car il y a un problème, ce n’est clairement pas récent. Les manifestations de ce problème changent avec le temps en revanche.

Certes, tout le monde n’a pas le “luxe” de pouvoir remettre en cause le système dans lequel il se trouve (quand on a une famille à charge, des emprunts sur le dos), mais il n’est aucunement question de mettre sur le même plan l'ensemble des situations, de la plus précaire à la plus aisée. L’épanouissement au travail, si une telle chose existe, ne devrait pas être réservé à une poignée d’élus. Il me parait mal aisé de discuter plus en détails, dans ce très modeste billet, de la “valeur travail”, de certaines tendances actuelles qui poussent à culpabiliser les gens qui n'exercent pas le métier de leur rêve (le développement personnel c’est bien, mais parfois c’est abusé les gars), de l’ubérisation ou autres phénomènes. C’est pourquoi je m’arrêterai là, pour le moment (”merde, elle prépare un autre article”. “En même temps il y a écrit épisode 1 dans le titre, on pouvait s’y attendre”. “Nan mais je n’y crois pas trop, elle est tellement feignasse que ce tumblr n’ira pas plus loin qu’un unique billet”)

En guise de conclusion, revenons-en à me petite personne (quel égocentrisme, j’hallucine) :

En quoi consiste ma journée de travail ? J’arrive le matin à 8h15, j’ouvre ma boite mail. Certains nécessitent parfois des réponses, ce qui me permet de tuer une dizaine de minutes. Le reste du temps, je suis tributaire des commandes de ma hiérarchie et des tâches associées à ma fiche de poste : notes par dizaines, contrôles d’activités, projets de mails/courrier, recensements, études statistiques. J’oubliais, “l’animation de réseau”. Quelle jolie expression pour désigner le fait de devoir harceler des gens par mail et/ou téléphone en leur demandant de nous transmettre des informations, demandées par un autre service qui doit lui-même les transmettre le 4 avant 18h. Je passe la plus grosse partie de mon temps sur EXCEL ou sur Word, à taper sur mon petit clavier, le cul sur une chaise (je me répète, mais parfois j’ai l’impression de fusionner avec l’assise de mon fauteuil). A la fois loin de la réalité et loin des grands principes. Mais pas loin du fun attention ; j’ai mis un fond d’écran X-files “I want to believe” et puisque personne ici ne semble connaitre cette série chère à mon cœur, tout le monde me pense très certainement convaincue de l’existence d’une vie extraterrestre (ce qui est vrai au passage). Bref, je suis ce que nous appelons dans le jargon un cadre, ou, un rouage interchangeable d'une machine lourde et peu encline au changement.

Heureusement qu’il y a la pause du midi, c’est le moment que je préfère dans ma journée de travail. Du coup, quand rien ne me plait que je dois me rabattre sur le buffet de crudités, je fais franchement la gueule (c’est ça ou des brocolis donc le choix est vite fait et ne faites pas genre que vous aimez les brocolis). Mais quand il y a une part de pizza bien grasse, l’après-midi passe un tout petit peu plus vite, jusqu’au lendemain. RER, Spleen et Dodo.

2009, les 150 ans d'existence de la poste en Nouvelle Calédonie, sachant qu'elle ne pouvait se passer des moyens maritimes à l'époque.

C'est un magnifique bloc feuillet de 130 x 100 qui nous rappelle comment était acheminé le courrier ;

- la patache (malle poste) avec chevaux,

- le postillon à cheval

- la fourgonnette postale

- le messager kanak à pied.

J'ai choisi en fond de page le postillon suivi par le courrier selon le règlement en France.

C'est un montage photos qui sera imprimé sur du papier photo de grande qualité (280 g au m2) et à séchage immédiat.

Le bloc sera collé grâce à un sachet protecteur pour ne pas l'abîmer.

Le tout sera mis dans une pochette plastique, puis dans une enveloppe en carton rigide pour vous être envoyé sous pli recommandé avec remise contre signature.

Les autres vues vous permettent de mieux découvrir ces timbres : recto, verso et dans son sachet protecteur.

Informer et protéger : les archives des droits des consommateurs

La Journée internationale des droits des consommateurs, célébrée le 15 mars, est l’occasion de s’intéresser aux archives des services qui, au sein des ministères économiques et financiers, ont pour missions d’informer et de protéger les consommateurs

Dès 1907, un service de la répression des fraudes est créé au sein du ministère de l’agriculture. Ses attributions portent alors sur les fraudes en matière alimentaire et les problématiques du monde rural. Elles s’étendent à toutes les marchandises en 1938, ainsi qu’aux prestations de services en 1978

De son côté, le ministère des finances met en place pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale des structures de réglementation et de contrôle. La direction générale du contrôle économique exerce le contrôle de l'application de la législation sur les prix et le ravitaillement et met en œuvre le contentieux juridictionnel en matière de transactions sur les produits et services. Son activité touche à la lutte contre la fraude et à la pénalisation des pratiques du marché noir et de la collaboration économique avec l'ennemi.

Début 1949, la direction générale du contrôle économique fusionne avec la direction des prix pour devenir la direction générale des prix et du contrôle économique. Elle est rebaptisée en 1952, direction générale des prix et des enquêtes économiques et a alors pour mission de prévoir l'évolution des éléments qui permettent au gouvernement de définir sa politique économique au regard des prix. Elle veille également à la libre concurrence des marchés. L'essentiel du travail de réglementation revient au service de la concurrence, de la réglementation et du contentieux.

En 1959, la direction du commerce intérieur, qui relevait du ministère de l'industrie et du commerce, est rattachée au ministère des finances et devient la direction des affaires commerciales. En 1965, elle fusionne avec la direction générale des prix et des enquêtes économiques pour donner naissance à la direction générale du commerce intérieur et des prix (DGCIP).

La DGCIP a des compétences étendues pour assurer l'équilibre des prix, animer la concurrence et exercer la tutelle du commerce. Suite à la création en 1974 d’une direction spécifique du commerce intérieur, la DGCIP devient la direction générale de la concurrence et des prix, puis la direction de la concurrence et de la consommation en 1978.

En 1983, la direction de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes (DCRF) dépendant du ministère de la consommation est rattachée au ministère des finances. Cette direction est chargée d'élaborer et de faire appliquer les mesures pour promouvoir la vie associative, la protection et la sécurité des consommateurs et usagers.

En 1985, le service de la répression des fraudes du ministère de l’agriculture, la direction générale de la concurrence et de la consommation, la direction de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes, la mission d'études et de coordination et le service des affaires générales sont supprimés pour créer la direction générale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes (DGCCRF) qui reprend leurs attributions.

La mission de la DGCCRF s’organise autour de 3 axes :

La régulation concurrentielle des marchés : la DGCCRF doit définir et faire respecter les règles de concurrence pour permettre le bon fonctionnement d’un marché ouvert et transparent, mais aussi prévenir et contrôler les pratiques commerciales déloyales entre professionnels. Elle intervient donc dans la lutte contre les ententes et les abus de position dominante, et assure le contrôle des concentrations et de la loyauté des relations commerciales entre les fournisseurs et les distributeurs.

La protection économique des consommateurs : la DGCCRF informe et protège régulièrement les consommateurs sur les pratiques commerciales abusives ou illicites auxquelles ils peuvent être confrontés : étiquetage des produits et signes de qualité, publicité mensongère, fraudes…

La sécurité des consommateurs : la DGCCRF a pour objectif de préserver la sécurité physique et la santé des consommateurs. Elle veille donc à la sécurité des produits alimentaires et non-alimentaires et à la loyauté des transactions (garantie et valorisation de la qualité, lutte contre les contrefaçons).

Nous avions parlé la semaine dernière,des échantillons et de la manière de les obtenir sur le site Versus News ainsi que sur Tumblr ....

Sachez qu'il existe aussi des manières de devenir testeur/testeuse de produits, et de travailler directement pour les marques !!

Sur le même principe que pour les échantillons, les marques qui sortent de nouveaux produits, peuvent être amenée à les envoyer, de manière complètement gratuites à leurs client(e)s, non seulement pour les fidéliser mais aussi et surtout en espérant, voir en les obligeant, à partager ensuite sur les réseaux sociaux ou sur des sites bien précis, leur expérience.

L’objectif ? Vous vous en doutez, ne pas produire des millions d'exemplaires d'un produit qui ne plaît pas à la clientèle,et,bien sûr,avoir une idée de l'avis consommateurs immédiatement après la sortie du dit produit !

Je vous présente donc ici les différentes manières de s'inscrire à ces programmes ainsi que les sites les plus " accessibles" qui vous proposent ce type d'échange de bons procédés.

1 Ambassadeur ou testeur ?

Qu'es-ce qu'un ambassadeur ?

Et oui, quelle est la différence,si il y en a une ?

Même si les termes sont souvent confondus, ils sont censés vouloir dire des choses différentes.

En effet, le testeur est appellé par une marque à tester le produit, puis à donner son avis, en indiquant ce qu'il à pensé du produit, souvent via un questionnaire qui lui as été transmis avec le produit, ou en ligne.Commetn avez vous trouvez l'emballage, l'utilité, la texture, le gout pour la nourriture, la quantité, tout est passé au peigne fin !

L'ambassadeur lui, va, en plus de devoir tester le produit, s'engager à transmettre son opinion via les réseaux sociaux, son voisinage, et éventuellement distribuer des échantillons et/ ou des bons de réductions ( voir schéma ci-dessus).

Exemple : Recevez le nouveau shampoing Elseve, en contrepartie, postez des photos du produit, un lien vers le site L'Oreal et répondez aux questions de la marque...

Évidemment, les termes doivent être clairement indiqués avant que vous n'acceptiez de produire ces contenus, puisque la marque va se "servir" de votre notoriété.

Contrairement à ce que l'on croit, les marques ne vont pas forcément chercher à ce que votre communauté soit remplie de followers, il acceptent souvent de distribuer leurs produits gratuit à des personnes comme vous et moi, la sélection n'est pas forcément en lien avec votre notoriété numérique, vous allez vite le savoir d'ailleurs, selon la composition des formulaire de demande de participation.

2 Comment procéder ?

Une fois que vous avez trouvé une marque qui à un " club ambassadeur" ou une page vous invitant à tester ses produits, vous serez amené à remplir un formulaire, et c'est là qu'il faut être vigilant !

En effet, les réponses que vous allez apportées seront l'outil principal de sélection de la part de la marque.

Exemple : on fera rarement tester un anti-rides à une femme de 18 ans...

N'essayez pas de mentir sur ces formulaires (ou pas trop alors !) : certaines marques ont à leur disposition des moyens assez impressionnants pour vérifier les identités de leur clientes, et vous vous exposeriez à une facture de remboursement des frais engagés, car il s'agit là d'un " contrat" entre vous et la marque.

De plus, les marques ont pour habitude de se partager les informations concernant les clients testeurs un peu trop abusifs, menteurs, ou pas sérieux... sympa la réputation ..et fini les tests !

Au moment de répondre aux questions, vous aurez déjà une vague idée de vos chances de sélection,et de la contrepartie demandée ( répondre à un questionnaire, publier sur vos réseaux, distribuer des échantillons à votre entourage... etc)

Les questions qui composent le formulaire de candidature sont souvent dirigées vers un profil en particulier : encore une fois si on me propose un produits anti-rides, les questions vont probablement être plus centrées sur les signes de l'âge me concernant.

Précision importante : Les sites ne selectionnent pas un profil en particulier, ils ne vérifient pas qui vous etes à proprement parlé. Un logiciel leur permet de rentrer des indications d'age, de sex, et de selectionner les personnes qui se rapprochent le plus des ces indications, ne soyez donc pas trop véxée si vous n'etes " jamais" selectionnée, c'est surement le hazard, continuez à postuler si vous en avez l'envie et vous finirez par correspondra à une recherche !

3 Quelles marques, quels sites?

Évidement, je ne connais pas TOUT les sites qui proposent ce genre de services mais je vais vous en citer quelques uns que je connais,et pour lesquels j'ai moi-même tenter de m'inscrire ( avec succés pour certains )

Je me permets de vous renvoyer un énième courrier après l'unique réponse, celle du 20/01, inadaptée au problème. Problème créé par Tumblr et non résolu.

Une énième fois donc, je rappelle :

- l'algorithme croit avoir reconnu des images "inappropriées" sur 20 de mes posts, il y a un mois environ.

- Je fais appel, sitôt que je m'en rends compte

- il y a une reconnaissance d'erreur de la part de Tumblr il y a environ TROIS SEMAINES. Problème résolu ? Non....

- les billets sont toujours "cachés par précaution"… donc depuis quasiment un mois !!!

- Quand Tumblr va-t-il réparer son erreur ??? Quand aurai-je AU MOINS une réponse appropriée à ce problème spécifiquement ?

Tant qu’à avoir une politique puritaniste concernant la nudité (à mes yeux, décision désastreuse et stupide, première erreur), autant l'appliquer correctement (ce qui n'est visiblement pas le cas - deuxième erreur) et réparer promptement de telles boulettes (ce qui n'est pas non plus le cas : troisième erreur).

"Errare humanum est"... certes, mais la suite est "Perseverare diabolicum" !

My wife and I are in our 40's and 50's. We have created A/B trusts and transferred our assets to them, and expect to have estates that will benefit from the estate tax saving these trusts afford. We recently both purchased $1M 10-year renewable term life insurance policies that we expect to keep for 10 years. We chose not to use life insurance trusts because the purpose of the policies is to replace the lost income of the deceased spouse if one of us dies relatively soon, not to increase our final estate, and the trusts are somewhat costly. We each specified our own trusts as the beneficiaries, because we want the disposition of assets specified there to be used for this money. The trusts provide for the income, and principle if needed, to be paid to the spouse, and for the remainder to be paid to our child at the remaining spouses death. The question of ownership of the policies is less clear. My lawyer says that it doesn't make much difference who owns them, because the value (estate) taxed is only one year's premium, not the $1M. My accountant says that the $1M is taxed, and that each policy should be owned by the other spouse to avoid tax on that amount. A friend said that there's no way to avoid or significantly decrease the tax, so just leave the ownership as is (each spouse owns their own policy). A further fly in the ointment is that the insurance company (Massachusetts SBLI) makes some forms of trust ownership more difficult and costly. I'm confused. What ownership is the best? I had a minor car accident in a Costco parking lot last weekend. I was backing out my parking lot; the other guy was also backing out. Unfortunately, we didn't see each other... His argument is that the other party can still come back and sue me (if he is a freak).
