What are the words for sneezing and a the wonderful other things that come from allergies? I am curious as lately I have been thinking more about my oc Skysniffle, also the the clans have a version of tissues?

We've got a good few words in the Lexicon already for various terms related to sneezing and allergies!

Sneezing is an irregular-stem verb: Raashoo = Sneezed Shoo = Sneezing Raa = Will Sneeze

This is because when you are about to sneeze, you make the RAAA noise, and then when you ARE sneezing, it's SHOO. Mr. Sneezecloud's name is Raawifha; Will-Sneeze-Thin-Cloud. His Clanmates like to call him Raf for short.

The word for boogers is the same for wet, sticky mud; Sslop. Runningnose's name is a mean play on words in Clanmew as well, Sslopchoop could be translated as booger-nose. WELCOME TO SHADOWCLAN BABEYYY

Clanmew also has a word for the feeling you get when you need to sneeze, but can't. Metaphorically it's also used for when you're holding back and uncomfortable about it, or being denied something, like when you shudder with antici............................................ pation.

The state of needing to sneeze: Pfefheala/Pfefheal/Pfefhea

Here's a few more words around allergies;

Rash (General) = Skforrl

Hives (Itchy bumps) = Pkerrn

Rheumy (Eyes that are watery and irritated, can also describe weeping or "sour" wounds) = Nyynssa

Affects in a bad way/Allergic/Don't mix (Verb) = Kssoqoq/Kssoqo/Kssoq Used for a lot of things, not just for allergies. A cat who has sensitivity to certain noise is kssoqoq by that noise. Moss, for Sneezecloud, it-kssoqo. If you aren't able to get along with one particular person, it ALWAYS ends in a fight... you kssoq to each other.

And, lastly... nope there are no tissues. The cats don't have paper. They might be able to spare a square of linen (which can be washed over and over), but usually you'll have to make do with a leaf, if anything.

Fun Autopsy Fact 1: They're not that bloody. There's some fluids and such, but usually there's not much blood at all.

Fun Fact 2: Yes, those are branch cutters DJ's handing off to the student nurse. While shears for cutting through the ribs to open up the chest cavity exist, they're really hard on your hands and can be hard to angle. Branch choppers like what you see here are a lot easier to use.

The Infected Wound

"Yeah Clear Sky isn't perfect and he made some mistakes but--" Shut your mouth. Read this first;

Thunder is about 6-ish months old, the WC equivalent of a 13-year-old. He has the 'audacity' to confront his dad about all the murder he's been doing to pointlessly expand his borders, and in response, Clear Sky summons Frost, whose wound hasn't healed from a forest fire.

He publicly humiliates him, ordering him to flash his weeping wound to all the cats in the clearing, announcing that he is a danger to everyone now because he is weak and must be exiled.

And he finishes with,

Because, this is a test.

This is a mind game that Clear Sky is playing with Thunder for standing up to him. Once again, he's creating a situation that will HURT Thunder, to watch him follow his orders, to prove Thunder's loyalty and his own power over him, because he's mad. This is retaliation.

This is not a mistake.

This is abuse. Intentional, malicious, controlling behavior, involving Frost's life in the game he's playing for his own ego. This has NOTHING to do with the "wellbeing" of SkyClan. He did this in response to Thunder pointing out that the forest is healing and there is no need to murder more innocent people.

And if that wasn't enough, he even took his teenage's son's face and shoved it in the festering, reeking wound, telling him to lick it.

Was that an accident? Did he slip and a billion monkeys on a typewriter came up with "lick his wound clean"? Did Clear Sky effectively utilize girl power for the good of the Clan when he shoved a child's face in infected pus?

Next there's a fox quicktime event where a random fox is in the camp, because the writers have never heard of pacing, and Clear Sky blames Thunder for attracting the fox (somehow), shoving him off the rock to fight it.

Then Thunder leaves to bring Frost to a doctor.

What all of this says about Clear Sky, what we can observe all the way back to Sun Trail, is that we know what he wants to do with power. Even as early as the Sun Trail recruitment, he is trying to pressure Bright Stream into coming. Later, he's already getting in public fights with Storm and his controlling behavior is a reason why she leaves him. He does nothing as Fox mauls Gray Wing on his orders, squealing when Fox is killed in accidental self-defense.

Now he uses his power to neglect and harass people who are disabled and infirm, saying that the presence of "weakness" is a threat to his Clan, using Frost as a pawn in an controlling display over his child.

Power reveals. This is who he is. This is who he has always been.

A little inside look at whats inside of Kasponion's dreadnought shell. Once Kasponion the beautiful before he got stomped on by a Wraithguard, initially expecting his confinement to be only temporary while his brothers promises of finding an apothecary skilled enough to clone him new limbs and fix his mushed up organs became an empty promise of apathy and constantly being zonked out of his mind on pain medication.

He sleeps for centuries at a time leaving Matthew in charge of the Minstrels, arguably leaving the entire lot to their own short term devices and goals before awaking again to lucidity, to lead towards more long term goals.
