havent watched ttt since the beginning of last year •_• cus i feel like its never the right timing or the right headspace or something for me to fully enjoy idk idk (been meaning to but adhd be kicking my butt honestly 😔)

hahahah okay fair enough though ((how) have you been avoiding spoilers for all of them since then though) what i'd recommend for the TTT's since then:

if youre in a calm relaxed mood: soulmate, healing december

if youre in for some laughs: spring picnic, cooking battle

if you want absolute chaos: Y2K TDOONG SHOW, TDOONG tour

twice confession: i've never seen sixteen and probably never will ?? not sure about the second bit

i know what the girls, not just twice, went through on that show, and now most of them have decent careers so like,,,,no need to live through that idk idk

exactly, no need to go through all that again. leaving the past in the past and all that, i feel that 100%

i guess i dislike the "idol" side of him?? i feel like he tries *too* hard to stay relevant (like that hype boy dance he did) i know it's a very competitive industry and he tries to adapt to trends, but every time he releases anything i just think "okay grandpa, sit down"

yeah, he's in that point in his career where he could just chill. he's had his time, has a very successful music company with many many successful groups and musicians working under him - he doesn't have to be doing all that anymore.....but i don't think he's gonna let anyone or anything stop him hahahah

hmmm, twice confession? i can never really choose a bias, i have a bias sometimes and then the rest of them are all my bias wreckers until i switch to someone else and so on

ah yes, i totally respect that, my friend. thats what happens when they put 9 gorgeous and talented women in 1 group

This is like my own personal crack theory but I firmly believe jyp knew which members he wanted to debut in Twice, he just wanted to put the girls through hell because he’s a piece of misogynistic shit

i think that might very very plausible actually, because for him to come up with this idea of a survival show to get into Twice he must have had somewhat of an idea of what trainees he would like to see in it, but i believe at the time Sixteen had a lot of audience participation in the voting, right? so at least there's that to have made it a bit more balanced out if there ever were to be any favoritism on his end

also, yeah i think he just knew how much more attention a whole show would get in comparison to just debuting the group (the audience already feeling like they know the members, them being able to participate in voting and having an influence on the eventual line up of members etc). More attention means more money so he was probably like "lol why not" and in that process he didn't care or care enough for treating/making sure the trainees were treated with the respect they deserved
