Unitech Revives Stalled South Park Project in Gurugram
Unitech has officially revived its long-stalled South Park project in Gurugram, providing relief to homebuyers who have been waiting for nearly a decade. Construction, which was put on hold in 2013, is now set to move forward and be completed within the next three years.
The project, originally launched in 2008, offers 832 apartments spread across 27.4 acres. However, work halted in 2013, with only 672 units sold at that time. New management and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) have been appointed to guide the project to completion.
Additional land acquisition and relocation of a power line are planned to enhance the project. A quarterly payment plan has been proposed to ease the financial burden on homebuyers. Completion is expected within 36 months, with 8-9 towers to be finished within the next 24 months!

"Tramix MIA es un motor de Inteligencia Artificial que permite gestionar todo el ciclo de vida de los modelos de Machine Learning que se entrenen para cada caso de uso específico y que cuenta con una arquitectura basada en microservicios y contenedores, lo cual lo hace escalable elásticamente para adaptarse a distintos tipos de carga.
