there is some DRAMA at work right now but unfortunately the drama is in my department and therefore I can't enjoy it, so sad.
#personal#someone has been giving all their leads to one person and splitting commission!!!!!!!!!!#a very firable offence!!!!!!!#and we only discovered this bc another salesman blew the whistle because HE used to be the one benefitting from this lil scheme#until he fell out with the leadtaker#so now its like a jealous little love triangle and if all goes well heads might roll#but i am ALSO a leadtaker who has to give out leads FAIRLY but i dont wanna give my leads to the corrupt squad but plot twist#the only other person i can give leads to is literally my mum#so if all my leads go to her... i look like the corrupt one#STRESS#sorry tumblr is getting this rant bc it is literally 6:45am where my best friend lives right now and i needed to ramble
