मंत्रिमंडल में तीन सीट खाली, 46 विधायक दावेदार- Devbhoomi  News

देहरादून। उत्‍तराखंड में मुख्‍यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत जल्‍द अपनी टीम में नए सदस्‍यों को शामिल करने की तैयारी में हैं। मंत्रिमंडल में तीन सीट खाली हैं, लेकिन दावेदार हैं 46 विधायक। इनमें पांच विधायक ऐसे हैं, जो पूर्व में मंत्री रह चुके हैं। इसके अलावा एक दर्जन से ज्‍यादा ऐसे विधायक भी अपना नंबर लगने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, जो दो या इससे ज्‍यादा बार विधानसभा पहुंचे हैं। मुख्‍यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र के मुताबिक आलाकमान से हरी झंडी लेने के बाद वह नए सदस्‍यों को मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल करेंगे। उत्‍तराखंड की 70 सदस्‍यीय विधानसभा में संवैधानिक प्रविधान के मुताबिक अधिकतम 12 सदस्‍यीय मंत्रिमंडल हो सकता है। 18 मार्च 2017 को जब त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के नेतृत्‍व में मंत्रिमंडल वजूद में आया, तब 10 विधायक इसका हिस्‍सा बने। यानी, पहले ही दिन से मंत्रिमंडल में दो सीट खाली रखी गईं। पिछले साल जून में मंत्रिमंडल के वरिष्‍ठ सदस्‍य प्रकाश पंत का असामयिक निधन हो गया। इससे मंत्रिमंडल में एक और सीट रिक्‍त हो गई। इसके बाद से कई बार नए मंत्रियों को शपथ दिलाने की चर्चा सियासी गलियारों में चली, मगर ऐसा हुआ नहीं। इसी फरवरी में त्रिवेंद्र ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और भाजपा के राष्‍ट्रीय अध्‍यक्ष जगत प्रकाश नड्डा से मुलाकात कर मंत्रिमंडल विस्‍तार पर चर्चा के बाद हरी झंडी ले ली थी। उत्‍तराखंड की 70 सदस्‍यीय  विधानसभा में भाजपा के 57 विधायक हैं। इनमें से पांच विधायक पहले मंत्री रह चुके हैं। इनके अलावा लगभग 15 विधायक ऐसे हैं, जो दो या इससे ज्‍यादा बार चुनाव जीत चुके हैं। 57 में से नौ विधायक मंत्रिमंडल में हैं। एक विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष और एक उपाध्‍यक्ष हैं। यानी 11 विधायक एडजस्‍ट हैं, 46 मंत्री पद के दावेदार हैं। सरकार 92 भाजपा नेताओं को दायित्‍व सौंप चुकी है। इनमें से 58 को विभिन्‍न निगमों, परिषदों, आयोगों में अध्‍यक्ष या उपाध्‍यक्ष पद दिया गया है, जिन्‍हें मंत्री पद का दर्जा हासिल है। इनमें एक भी विधायक शामिल नहीं है। अब हर विधायक मंत्री पद का तलबगार है। खाली सीट तीन और दावेदार हैं 46 विधायक।

1982, was the year when I first stepped into this elusive world. Life in the charismatic world was both a struggle and also a pleasant feeling. Life journey went through various stages. Studied early in a small village in district Ghaziabad (Uttar pradesh, India). The flight of dreams took me the holy city of Allahabad (Now Prayaagraj). People used to come here to sanctify themselves at the holy confluence. I also spent half a decade in the same city. It is said that, 'The certificates of education is the receipt of expenditure, Knowledge reflects through character'. On paper, I did my graduation from University of Allahabad, but in reality in this city I spent time getting to know the world and its emotions. By the way, whenever I tried to do both, I failed.. guess I am beyond the edge now. Today, what is visible from my character is the knowledge given by this city. Father was a teacher as well as a farmer. So I Studied 'Panchayati Raj system' from Uttar Pradesh Rajrishi Tandon Open University, Allahabad to understand the needs of rural society and the government's plans.

The struggle for life was brought me from Allahabad to Lucknow. I did my Master's in Journalism from the University of Lucknow. Here I have also done my doctorate in Indian cinema. Step by step, the fabric of crime and changing, deteriorating relationships in the society has led to the study of law. So I also studied law (LLB) from University of Lucknow. During the research (Ph.D), it became clear that cinema is an important component of society, which has the power to give direction to the society. But unfortunately society has never accepted cinema in that form. I remember a bit of my childhood, when my father used to have strict instructions that I would tear the belt if even i was seen around the cinema hall. I always respect my father, but on the silver screen for Dharmendra's Dhishum-Dhishum and Asha Parikh's charm and sassyness, I would enter in the cinema hall after my father's fear. There was something in cinema, but what..? This thing was not fully understood even today. To understand this, I reached the Film and Television Institute of Pune. Studied the film Appreciation from there. It was a unique institution and the atmosphere there was really amazing. There was a different world. Very few amount of time i spent there but it is still alive in my mind by making a pleasant memory.

The city- Delhi, which has the power to change the situation of country, also changed the circumstances of my life. In Year 2010, a relationship was established with this big place. Shobha, my life partner was found in this city. This city certainly gathers headlines on television. Sometimes the cold here and sometimes politics. But past few years, this city remains in the headlines due to the crimes committed with women's. But why? Why do these crimes take birth in society? Why is society not sensitive to gender? This thought drags the mind, but the question could not be solved. In order to understand this, I also studied Masters in Gender and Development Studies from this city-Delhi. Wrote articles related to gender in newspapers, but crime is constantly increasing.

I started my career as a Media Academician with University of Lucknow, this series went through many universities. Right now I am Associate Professor in School of Media, Mass Communication & Film Making, Himgiri Zee University. The inner soul is of Jigyasgu tendency, that's why I came Dehradun, Uttrakhand from Lucknow. Today I have been spending my maximum time to understanding the nature of mountains and mountaineers.

The girl is seeing losing all control and hitting, slapping, punching and beating Ankit up blue and black.

While being committed to her, Ankit was also sending flirtatious messages to her sister. In the video, she threatens to ruin his political career if he is seen with another girl in the future.

She warns him that she will give him a proper beating if he is caught being a philanderer again. “Agar main ladkiyon se bakwas karoonga, i love you, mere saath Mussoorie chalo, mere saath kahin chalo, toh tum pito ge.”

Do Gaudan or Adopt a Cow, Only With Krishnayan Gauraksha

HARIDWAR (May 6th, 2022) - Cows are considered as mothers of Hindus. Yet, they are the most neglected of all domestic animals in India. Just as we are nurtured by our mothers, cows nurture the entire mankind with milk and every other dairy product that we make out of it. The holy cow is so important that according to Vedic traditions, the last rites of a Hindu can never be performed without the Panchamrit that comes specifically from a cow. There are thousands of cows languishing on the streets unattended, uncared for or hanging upside down in a butcher shop. And this is in North India alone. So how do we deal with this grave challenge?

Krishnayan Gauraksha. The one organization that is a Gauraksha Goshala for our Vedic mothers that is moving heaven and earth to provide safety to cows. Based in the holy city of Haridwar, Krishnayan Gauraksha is a Gaushala and an organization that provides shelter to cows picked from the streets or from farmers who have no use of them anymore. This prevents the cows from gallivanting on the streets like orphans and also from being transported to butcher shops in India and abroad. They encourage each Hindu to participate in Gaudan, also known as cow donation which incurs a lot of Punya for the donator. They also encourage Hindus to adopt a cow of possible following Vedic precepts as dictated by the Gods themselves.
