Charity Stream "Doodles"

I sketched these out right after the stream by Vixen the Reindeer, but as always I talked myself into fixing them up a bit (a bit too much) Then I felt like I couldn't do it anymore so I just said "fuck it" and left them as they are now.

(Yes, I felt bad for drawing Gangle get run over by a truck so i had to make that other drawing)

"Random Summer Vibes"

As the title says. Everything started with simple doodle, then another, then i found out that @kingzombear designs for these characters are still jammed deep into my brain, then the thought: "You can't just pick your favourites, you have to draw all of them" And so i did. And why the hell is all of this summer themed while we are at the beginning of winter? I have NO idea, but here they are, and I hope you enjoy them.

I had no idea for Kinger whatsoever. Didn't know what "toy" he should have, what clothes to give him, so i decided to give him a drift trike and this old patched up coat that reminds me of something.

And that should be the end

but it is not

because what kind of summer it would be without a group picture. And I wouldn't be myself if I didn't put Valdi in there. (For all the times he helped me, he deserves do be included. And trust me, he couldn't be happier about it.)

And here are some extra doodles that came up while drawing all this, that i decided to clean up.

I just wanted to say I really enjoy drawing them in your style, in my opinion all these smaller and bigger changes and additions you did are just perfect . That's why I want to ask you. Can I keep drawing them in your style? I know it's weird question but I don't want you to see me as some asshole who randomly decided: "Hey, I will just keep using someone else's designs without permission" If you agree, just want you to know that I can't promise that all the drawings will be as good as the ones above, there are still lots of things I get wrong, but I can promise that I'll always try my best. (and ALWAYS ALWAYS credit you, just so you know there's no doubt about that). And sorry if all this mess was hard to read. English is not my main language, that's why some sentences might sound weird. Once again THANK YOU for inspiring me! Hope you have wonderful Christmas and Amazing New Year!

Doodles #23

And this one is special. I took all of my TADC doodles and put them on one page (that's why things might look a bit weird, some doodles are older and some are new). And for the first time in a while, there are COLORS!

There are two Zoobles that some of you might be unfamiliar with TADFC Zooble belongs to burrotello Carnival AU Zooble belongs to sm-baby

And here are two little comics, if i can call them like that.

Short rambling below...

I'll might be gone for another two week, but after that, I'll try my best to draw more things. There are big things planned. Also i found out there is whole TADC AU with racing theme, and you know i have to draw something with this.

Potat in another AU

I liked THAT AU to much . . . (Gamemaster Kinger AU by @chez-cinnamon) and I thought maybe Valdi could stay there for a while (I hope you won't mind that)

Of course he can't just be there and do nothing, he has to be useful in some way.

Since his car building skills won't be needed, I thought he could try building some makeshift weapons instead. They're not the best, there's a lot of room for improvement but he's gotta start somewhere.

Then I thought that he would need someplace to work and sleep. And there's no better place than his own car. Just park anywhere, set up a "tent" and voilà, your own place that won't take up too much space and won't bother anyone.

But what about adventures. Can he be useful if he can't even handle his own weapon?

Well, how about being a pocket companion: you need some storage - use his infinite pot (always under his hat) need some support - he'll always be there to cheer you up need a distraction - just yeet that yellow gremlin at the target

(and yes, his adventure clothes are made to somebody's liking)

And If all of that isn't good enough, well maybe he could just hang around and be useful in some other ways.

All of these were just a bunch of random scribbles that I cleaned up and put together into this big mess, so sorry if all of this looks weird. I know a lot of things like the shading and colors are off, and my handwriting doesn't help this a bit, but I'm still experimenting and trying to find something that works for me.

Still I'm glad I finished these and tested couple new things, I'm happy i tried.

"A small favour"

First of, i would like to apologize for my absence. I have a lot going on right now and i rarely have the time to draw. Also i would like to thank everyone for enjoying my art, all of you are the reason why I keep going. Here is the thing i've recently finished, hope you enjoy this one too! Another Amazing AU

I never know what to write here… so let's get straight to the point then. A while back I found another amazing AU that belongs to @chez-cinnamon and I liked it … a lot.

And as always, If I liked something, I can't just be normal about it and comment something nice, I had to draw something. Long story short, first sketches were terrible, that took me on a long trip of re-learning some things and learning a couple new things. Overall, making these drawings was one looong roller coaster.

And as always . . . THAT LITTLE YELLOW SON OF A GUN WAS PUSHING ME TO DRAW THE MAIN 6 HE LIKES SO MUCH. So this time I gave him a camera and made HIM do all the work. Let's see how it went.

Well, the camera experienced Mach 1 speed, so I think that's all

In the end I want to say that I love what you did with these characters and I'm sorry if i messed up any of them.

And If you want to read a bit of my rambling about this whole drawing process It's all down there. Just be aware that I write these things mostly for myself.

When I did the first sketch I realized that my old method of drawing poses (which was just sticks and orbs) won't work here. So i started to learn and re-learn some basics, and I tried to remake those sketches at the same time.

In the end there were like 5 different sketches for each character and to be honest, I was really close to just throwing it all out the window because it felt like i was going nowhere. But I found the problem.

My brain just couldn't comprehend that REFERENCE is just a REFERENCE not a fucking guideline that you have to hold on to for your dear life. It's okay to mess up here and there and that no-one is going to kill me for that. And when that thought clicked in, it felt amazing. I finished sketches, then lineart, heck I even drew all these in-betweens with Valdi (that yellow potat).

And then there was time for coloring . . . and that fear of messing up came back. That's why there's not much going on in that department. I'll keep working on fixing that, but it might take a while. And these backgrounds were a complete experiment. I'm not even sure myself if they're any good.

All of this felt like I threw myself in the deep water, but somehow I did it and I'm really glad all of this happened. Comparing these to my previous ones, I really see some improvement, and I did these MUCH faster. Even counting in all the learning i did. (plus building up courage to post these)

I still wish these drawings turned out better, the lines feel stiff, there's nothing to interesting in terms of colors or shading, but even with all that, for the first time in a while I think that these drawings aren't that bad.

And now for the AU. Why this one? I just stumbled upon it one day and I really liked the idea of switching up the one who controls the whole circus. And all those changes to the characters, their style, the clothes, colors and all those little details, I just love everything about that AU. All these characters feel really calming/relaxing to draw If these are the right words to use. (I really hope it doesn't sound too weird) I don't know if I would've learnt the things I did if I didn't find that AU.

So I want to say THANK YOU @chez-cinnamon for creating an Awesome AU and all these Beautiful drawings, and for giving me that bit of inspiration I needed.

If anyone decided to read all that and somehow survived, know that I'm sorry if all of that looks like bunch of random thoughts cobbled together (I bet that my english didn't make this any easier) As I said earlier, I write these thing mostly for myself so I can come back and read them in the future (It just helps me sometimes).

"Just another day"

It is done. It is finally done. I have to say this was most difficult one to draw, but i think it turned out good enough. As always, I hope you enjoy this one! (BOXER AU belongs to @/burrotello)

I'm so happy about how this turned out! Still can't believe that I managed to draw this version of Zooble and Gangle (my favourites in this AU). I know that it's not perfect by any means, but still, for beginner i think that's pretty good.

And here's my favourite part in bigger res:

(I know that this version of Zooble would normally turn Valdi into Purée, but i had to give him a break, and a bit of motivation ,we'll see how this turns out)

The Amazing Digital Raceway

One day i found this TADC AU @theamazingdigitalraceway (Made by @thescarletnargacuga) My favourite characters + cars, for someone who doodles classic cars constantly that's like a perfect combo. Then i saw the car list, and thought to myself : "Maybe I could draw this. Most of them are modern but you have to try at least." Well I did. I tried my best.

Honestly I was thinking of scraping this whole thing but screw that. Here it is in all it's janky glory. (And sorry if something doesn't quite match. I'm only on chapter 5 and i couldn't read further for now. But i promise i will.)

That's it. I hope they are not that bad after all.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME #4

Now we get to some of my favourites. Some of you might know that one old soviet cartoon about wolf and hare called "Well, Just You Wait" or "Ну, погоди!". Personally I never had a chance to watch it, until i played Atomic Heart. On one of TVs in the facility i saw scene with robotic hare chasing the wolf, and something in my brain just clicked.

But there also was another version of this robot, more cubic and aggressive one. And I just couldn't help myself.

I really don't have explanation for this.

This is the second post for tonight. I don't know what, how or why. All I know is that certain someone @kingzombear had drawn Zooble a bit too good, and it gave me an idea, idea that freaking jammed it's way into my brain and wouldn't let me draw anything else.

(Also I would like to apologize for trying to imitate the style of your doodles, that's just how i wanted this whole thing too look like.)

Then of course there is this little, yellow, pot wearing, gremlin inside my head that kept giving me more ideas, and that's how simple sketch turned into this. Of course that little yellow vermin had to find his way onto the page (he should be thankful that he didn't take that baseball bat straight to the face).

And there is one more thing. While drawing i noticed that one shape looks familiar, kinda like a road sign. And through some weird train of thoughts, that turned into idea of giving Zooble a biker outfit . . . and a pocket companion. (How? I have no idea.)

"Cheater"

Another one, the main idea that started it all. I even made two versions!

On the second version some of you might recognize the ko pose, it's based on Aran Ryan from Punch Out (also him pulling out his Glove on a string gave me idea for this drawing)

HOLY $#!T I CAN'T BELIVE MY OWN EYES! I MADE THIS! DUDE THAT COULD BARELY DRAW CARS!

I know for some of you this might not look like peak drawing, but for me it's a HUGE step up. From drawing some mid looking cars and characters that looked wonky, to drawing something that i actually can look at and be happy with how it turned out. It feels amazing! I don't even know how i drew this, i tried so many times to draw some poses, some kind of movements and it always came out looking like crap. Except this time i saw this AU and something in my brain clicked just right and this thing happened, ideas just started to pour out.

To finish this up I wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU! @burrotello for inspiring me to make this (and more!)

"New Place, Familiar Faces"

So I saw the Boxer AU by @/burrotello and i though "what would happen if i sent my boy there, but without any adjustments, basic as he is, no training, no powers". And that's the moment where i came up with a lot of small stories thanks to this idea.
