when you hit the point in being sick that you just cry because you feel so helpless because you just have to wait for your body to get over it but it's not healing as fast as you'd like so you can't do all the things you want to do because you're under the weather and thus burdening people because you can't contribute the way you usually do and you're falling behind in everything because all your body wants to do is cough and sniffle and sleep and everyone is going through something so you want to help so badly but you can't help as much as you want because you don't want to get them sick too so you're just stuck waiting for it to go away not knowing how long it'll take
