Still floating/recovering! from a fantastic busy weekend trading at Manchester Vegan Xmas Festival in the beautiful Victoria Baths - we were in the deep end (literally!) Yesterday I did the Fat Gay Vegan Christmas Market. I took 235 portion of goodies with me and I was sold out within less than an hour and a half. I didn't know what to expect, it was absolutely surreal. Seeing two queues to my stall, people speed walking as soon as the gates opened and a huge crowd around all my hard work and saying such lovely things is just...i don't even know I don't have words for it. Everyone did so well yesterday, it makes me so happy that there is such a high demand for vegan food. I'm kicking myself for not taking more but hopefully next year I'll get the opportunity again 🎉 #vegan #veganchristmasmarket
