had a wild fucking dream that was mainly kind of a daemon-ish/transformers au

it followed a human girl in like high school/v young adult who didn’t have her own daemon but apparently in this ‘verse that just happened sometimes, and some other times they just popped up very late fully settled

she worked in a storefront near a beach and was kind of aware transformers existed but only met shockwave in person suddenly just before starting work. he was shooting stuff with a needle gun. idr why. i think one of them got whatever was in it on her a little bit. they talked and he left her alone b/c he was busy and was too Logical to care.

and then a bit later her daemon fully showed up!

apparently one thing that happens in this dream au is that you can kind of hear what animal it is and have a mental image of it a minute before it actually starts physically existing. and hers was a giant fucking helicopter-type cybertronian thing. so she hauled ass out of the store and into the sea to avoid destroying any buildings.

other shit i forgot happened. somehow the girl passed out and her daemon glitched out to become a bunch of funky rumble/frenzy-looking copies that were extremely bewildered and upset. apparently they had weird cybertronian memories and instincts (programming...?) that were reading this stuff as incredibly wrong.

and apparently that was a big deal! the whole thing was against the universal laws or something and should’ve been so impossible that, while the mini daemon(s) were looking for the nearest transformer and also interrogating the girl’s friends, this apparently summoned fucking unicron.

unicron was a giant transformer that looked decked out in samurai gear with huge fucking curled-back horns. and when i say giant i mean bigger than the one in transformers prime. he was bigger the sun. i can tell you this with confidence because he fucking ate it in like two bites to fuse with it.

everybody was watching this shit happen and the sky going dark. a bunch of autobots and decepticons around were aware of wild shit by now but they were so fucked up by the sight they just watched it happen, frozen.

and then most living things on that side of the planet (that were not transformers) got yanked off-planet to also fuse with the weird not-sun that was now in the sky.

there was other wild stuff that went on afterwards like. a semi-reset? fuck idk. the sun was kind of back and the poor girl (who had been unconscious the entire time) hadn’t summoned her daemon but everybody knew about it. idk man. 

anyway. wild shit. i wish i could fully convey/remember what unicron’s design was like.

(Eve was, naturally, thankful that she was able to join without issue. Even her nature wasn’t seen as any stranger than usual, though she did note that the Grey Horde did tell her about them while she was still with them, including how experienced they where. Other things that she found that they lied about include Jackrow being much kinder than Grey Matter says, Eda actually being a kind and motherly witch, the Murder Cubes that defected being treated well (including Izu, who’s now basically akin to a twin sister to Uzi, minus being born at the same time), and in particular how Azem is. Instead of a dark, grim individual with no room in their heart for positive emotions, they where merely serious as needed, but proved very kind, as proven by how they raise Mercury for example. There was also how they where more than a fighter, which was proven at dinner that night when they made a 5-Star Restaurant worthy banquet to celebrate the recent victory over Unicron. Naturally, this was very nice to discover, if a bit much at once. Unknown to Eve…Eda already had the papers ready before dinner, and just needed to finalize them)

Odalia, with her usual smirk: Why that would be me of course~ After hearing about this whole debacle, I've decided to fix this issue my own way~! And as my first order of business, I wish to put an end to the "rogue A.I extermination" act that you've foolishly created.

James: But who knows what they're capable of-!

Odalia: They're not going to takeover your planet, they're living their own lives on their own planets. Besides, this whole thing has been an absolute waste of resources and money and was doomed to fail from the very beginning.

(Note: While Odalia did help in building the Abomination drones, she's not really with The Gray Horde and only did this as a "commission" of sorts. Still a bad person but is more of a supplier than anything.)

I've seen Bumblebee again

Edit I've just realized I made the stupid mistake I had seen as seem and I only noticed it in my activity messages stupid of me sorry.

So in this post there is gonna be spoilers about the film, especially I'm gonna be rambling a bunch, I'm gonna sound ignorant. Including this is coming from a ex Transformers fan. Who has feelings about this franchise.

Well first film I've seen of 2019 everybody. I still like the film a lot. Just walked to this McDonald's near the cinema 16 theater in Sierra Vista.

But yes I like this film a lot and decided to see the 11:50 am showing instead of the 10:50 am because I decided not to take the chance because it was too close at that time.

Let me talk about some stuff. I literally feel like this is a reboot because a lot of the stuff in this doesn't make sense. Or what someone else said a soft reboot but I literally feel like how this film was set up. Decided to move to a table I'm usually at.

Because okay I never seen The Last Knight and mainly don't want to. But considering past events like Megatron stuck in the artic(the original 2007 film), the Primes and the Fallen(Revenge Of The Fallen), the Ark(Dark Of The Moon), possibly even the creators shit(Age Of Extinction), and what I've read and heard Unicron is Earth, Bumblebee even in a poster and footage from a trailer or promo was around during world war 2.

Including I haven't watched the video by HN Entertainment but just looked it up there was a Megatron deleted scene.

Even though one of the final scenes is Bumblebee becoming a camero I can't think I feel during production because of how The Last Knight's box office result went Hasbro did it or whatever. I'm not trying to make up a story it's my own theory. Especially the style of how the robots look so G1 like.

Especially that final mid credits scene with Bumblebee and Optimus I honestly feel that was shot to basically reboot the film franchise of when the Autobots came to Earth. Unless they got off later it's all bullshit.

This film is a reboot or whatever.

Unless some how even the idea and I'll talk about some Days Of Future Past stuff happened. I should just talk about the movie.

I honestly feel the best thing about this movie was Charlie's and Bumblebee's relationship. Because I seriously feel emotional about it and how well developed it is. Even though I understand the criticisms about this film being cliche I understand. Yet I feel it works because of how the movie is set up.

Really over time I'm having this big liking towards Haliee Steinfeld I really do. Honestly the rest of the cast is good too still. I still like John Cena and especially the character of Memo. Very likable even though really the only reviews I've seen are Ragin Nation and FilmJunkee.

Had to go to Google then Wikipedia to spell his name right.

Especially seeing on news on Google Screen Rant made a news article 3 hours ago about how the post looked back at it they call it a post credits scene it was a mid credits scene about how it retcons Michael Bay's Transformers. No shit is does because I literally feel they did it they did that to reboot the Bayformers universe. Ether it was Travis Knight or someone told Travis hey man can you put this scene in the movie or some one did.

Really one character I didn't like was this Tina bitch. Seriously I remember the first time and even watching this the 2nd time. This blonde bitch I'm surprised during that cliff scene Bumblebee didn't roll up the window to hurt her arm or even open the door to push her. Or hell I'm surprised Charlie didn't even get violent.

Yet really glad her car was totaled.

In fact it's weird watching this film I wanna be honest. I am so used to the harshness of the Bayformers. Because I feel like in certain scenes I expect Charlie to say, "FUCK YOU!" to some of the characters. Especially the action.

I'll be honest the Bayformers films mainly that 4th drove me off of and even the 5th despite I never seen it. I'm a ex fan yet I like other parts of the franchise.

But I like the action. Yes Michael Bay's action scenes aren't the best and I guess the best way you can call them a mess. I like the set pieces. Seriously I basically grew up with those first three films.

I still like the first that film got me to become a Transformers fan I saw it four times, the 4th time being the Imax release. Because of Bumblebee to be honest it was weird for this film not be PG-13 but it's great.

Yet I weirdly want another big Transformers film that has this heart this film had.

Or just the idea of such a film like that. You know how fucking beautiful those The Last Knight trailers are they are fucking amazing until you hear the films reception.

Especially I've talked about how I would love to see Charlie again grown up. I want her to be a protagonist in one of those films. She's older in her early 50's sorry to say well she was born in 1969. I just want to see her and Bumblebee again. Especially while before I got to think more about how this is a reboot. Yeah also Agent Jack Burns and Memo if you want especially more development on him.

Remember that old idea I've talked about what if we had a movie where the rebooted movie verse met the dimension of the Bayformers. In the end the Bayformers dimension dies like a passing the torch thing. Including shit like now it's like a grown up Charlie meets Cade Yager and Sam Witwicky.

But really I feel like considering the last few movies Shia Labeouf might not wanna come back, including Mark Wahlberg because he said The Last Knight was his last Transformers film. Yet I feel with how this film changed the timeline, I don't think that's gonna happen.

God I'm seriously interested in what's next.

So I see and it's on Google the screen writer for this film has an idea for a sequel. Fucking fabulous, because I want one. I went to see this again because I'm worried it's failing. There is so much good shit out right now but some movies aren't getting money. Yet I don't wanna say they are bombing like but 3 Buck Theater made a video about this and I see a thumbnail by Ragin Nation this is a bomb please no.

I want a big Transformers film that is better then the Bayformers films. Including I wanna be excited for Transformers again and this film made me happy. I'm excited for whatever films comes next. Probably the 6th or even that Cybertron prequel because seeing those Cybertron parts was fucking awesome.

Can I just say Shatter and Dropkick are a nice antagonist duo. Considering the film was more simple then the others. They we're nice antagonists. While not like Megatron or whatever else had to go to the Wikipedia page of this movie to see their names in case. Yet yeah their different and cool.

Also when we get more and better Transformers films can we have a better version of Grimlock my favorite? Voiced by Gregg Berger had to Google search him up I got his name right but his first name has two g's. Can we have a version of Grimlock like Fall Of Cybertron portrayed him and what I've heard of the G1 comics please can we have that. Because that version would make more sense then the development Optimus had in the 4th movie and would fit Grimlock better. Especially what I hear about the 5th movie. Sorry if I'm rambling.

Especially I weirdly want Charlie to interact with a angry stubborn Grimlock who thinks his way of handling things are better.

Tags dealt with but I think I've said all that I might of wanted to say or something. Really do like the movie and want more films but hopefully and I don't wanna stress Travis Knight but can he be involved still some how. I mean these films can be big so I don't wanna have him stressed out. But can we have more directors like him or something.

Edit(I did a lot for this but taking off the edit mentions like 4th) forgot this like this whole thing this reunion of characters it's like the Infinity War of Transformers which okay and I just thought a few seconds ago before editing this. I'd rather have that big some what Infinity War event be a different version of Unicron who's not Earth instead he's his own planet who wants to eat Earth and basically humans, Autobots, and Decepticons have to team up to stop him I'd rather have that. Been wanting that for years ever since they were promoting the 2nd movie. or just whatever bring more awesome movies like this especially big ones too.

okay I added Jack Burns tag because I liked him as a character. But I didn't wanna leave Memo yet he doesn't have a last name and I feel it be weird if that was just his tag. Especially someone put a Jack Burns tag and yeah I wanna see John Cena again. That may sound weird but I liked his character too.

Battleforged  The still transforming shape of Unicron loomed over Cybertron and it could be seen from the observation deck of the Autobot space ship. Before it had looked like a regular moon, but now that it was slowly awakening and transforming it had started to warp the space around it as if it weighed down the fabric of reality there and all light escaped the dent it left there. 

Optimus and Megatron stood alone and side by side on the observation deck and beheld the Chaos-Bringer. The silence between them was an odd mixture of comfortable and alien, it lingered there like between old friends and yet they had never been silent and still in each other's company before. It felt awkward solely because they both felt like that was what it should have felt and yet it didn't. 

“Back in the army of Cybertron we often spoke of Unicron the Chaos-bringer,” Megatron mentioned. Optimus gave him a curious look from the corner of his optic since he often forgot there had been a world without a war and an order of things where both of them had served mundane functions. “Oh?” “No one actually believed in him of course,” Megatron continued, “but he made an amusing figure in tall tales, the enemy forces and the havoc they cased in one figure.” “An archetype,” Optimus summed up, and Megatron nodded. They turned to gaze into the space again and regarded the dark shadows the God-Moon cast over their homeworld. “I think we are dealing with a bigger thing than simply war,” Optimus said after a moment. It was Megatron's turn to nod. “I agree. War I can handle, war I have seen and lived in, war I was forged for. But war I can enjoy, and this is not that.” Optimus huffed through his vents at the comment and noticed with displeasure that he related to the feeling of them. The atmosphere truly was like between two old friends. “I tend to forget that you used to be a general,” he said. Megatron gave a soft laugh. “I know. Soldiers used to be a different class of mecha and we were set apart from the rest of you. That's not the case any longer. “I don't think a soldier is a thing you are but a thing you do,” Optimus said. “An interesting thought,” Megatron replied. Unicron cast such deep darkness everywhere he seemed to be dimming the far-away stars and nebulae along with the light of their own sun. When seen from space their planet was supposed to gleam and glow when the sun rays reflected from the rich metals their world was made of, but Unicron's darkness had put that light off. The sun looked pale and Cybertron rusty. A slow, suffocating death was coming for it all. “You always fought like you were made for it,” Megatron suddenly said, snapping Optimus out of his grim thoughts and making him turn towards him, surprised. “Uh... Thank you?” he hesitantly replied. Megatron huffed a laugh, still staring into the dark space with a ghost of a smirk on his faceplate. “Just accept the compliment, Optimus. No one's here to judge you for it,” he said. Optimus didn't know what to say to that, mostly because he did feel reassured by the comment, but he didn't turn away from the other either. Actually now that he had a chance to do so in peace he rather liked studying Megatron's features. He was an interesting sight, his deep purple bulky armour, the tank tracks over his shoulders and his antlered helm making him a fascinating mixture of an ancient warrior and a brutal war machine. Somehow both of those traits fit him too. “We each have our programming,” Megatron said. “I used to think that Primus Themselves have coded me and others like me for war and only war, setting us apart from the rest and making us the dangerous servants for the rest of his sparks. Weapons for peace, that was what models like myself were called. Quite paradoxical, I always thought.” “I agree,” Optimus said. He really did, and since no one was here he could say that. It felt surprisingly liberating to say that aloud, and it must have been detectable from his tone since Megatron glanced at him with bright, knowing optics. Optimus glanced around the empty deck to really make sure they were truly alone before continuing: “To be honest I don't think the things about programming and models are true at all.” Megatron's optic ridges jumped and he made an intrigued noise at the comment, leaning a little bit closer like he was expecting to hear a scandalous secret. There was a hint of mischief in the way his optics gleamed when he looked at Optimus. “We look different and are capable of different things, but look at us now: we are all fighting on, all of us weaponized. Maybe we were all made for war, or maybe we weren't made for anything at all but we wanted to think that,” Optimus pondered. “I like to think that we're all made for war,” Megatron said with a chuckle. “You and I definitely were, even if no one else was.” Optimus huffed again. Megatron laughed. “You don't like to think of yourself as someone like me, do you,” Megatron mused. “You think I'm a monster.” “I know you are a monster,” Optimus corrected with a pointed look. “True, I am a monster,” Megatron admitted, clearly pleased. “I am built for war, my spark forged to desire battle. And you, you, Optimus Prime, you are always ready when I desire that.” “Someone has to be,” Optimus said. “You never hesitate, you never have to think about it, and you are taken by surprise maybe once in a century,” Megatron recited. “Back on Earth the very first thing you did was to meet me in battle.” Optimus was grateful for the design of his faceplate so he didn't have a smile to cover, but he feared his optics were giving him away so he turned towards the window again. Megatron was speaking of horrible things, and yet Optimus felt oddly flattered by his words and notions and couldn't even place the origin of the feeling. He knew who he was and what the war had always been making him into, he knew being a Prime meant becoming a war machine as well, but he had always treated those things as heavy burdens he was carrying for the sake of those who took strength in someone like him. He was leading because someone had to. But Megatron's words felt awfully lot like admiration and recognition, and Optimus felt his spark pulsing in pleasure and accepting all of it. “You were threatening the children and trying to capture the minicons. Someone had to do something,” he said out loud. Megatron smirked at him openly now, but not in a mean way rather than with mirth. “Ah yes, so I did. And you were there to capture my servos into yours and wrestle me away from your precious Earthlings. You acted fast and countered me very well that day.” Optimus cocked an optic ridge and huffed. “You rely on your size and strength a lot. It's not that hard to match you after hundreds and hundreds of times of doing just that. Besides even though you enjoy and definitely know how to use your blaster, you tend to favor bare servos and melee weapons.” “I knew you think about our battles as much as I do,” Megatron said. “I wouldn't survive if I didn't,” Optimus replied. “Besides I enjoy melee weapons as well. Working with Starsaber has been a good experience.” “There's nothing quite like a good tumble,” Megatron said. “And you indulge me every time.” Optimus chuckled. “I aspire to be the immovable object to your unstoppable force.” “You aspire to get in my way?” “Always.” They shared a light chuckle and another long comfortable silence that just wouldn't be awkward no matter how much it should have been.   “Somehow though... I am glad we exist in the same universe,” Optimus said. Megatron raised an optic ridge at him. “What do you mean?” “Well, if I am an immovable object then I cannot exist in the same world with an unstoppable force. The existence of one dictates the impossibility of the other,” Optimus explained. Megatron was quiet for a moment. “Hmm,” was all he said. They turned back towards the window and the darkness at the same time. The looming threat there was oddly enticing to watch despite all danger: It was a divine creature from the legends after all, and on top of that a good reminder of what really mattered. Unicron the Destroyer, here to remind them that their life cycles had an end point too. “Do you think we were made for this war?” Optimus asked with his optics on the God-Moon. “I think I was made for every and any war,” Megatron replied, “but what I believe doesn't really matter, does it? Let's say that I'm glad fear was never programmed into my system.” “I think you and I might have been made specifically for this war,” Optimus said. Megatron scoffed at the notion. “You believe in destiny.” Optimus shrugged. “Not really. I think you and I have made each other into what we are, and now this battle is ours.” Now Megatron didn't scoff, and what followed was a thoughtful moment of silence. “I like that idea,” he finally said. The space was dark and already even more distorted than it had been moments ago. Unicron's transformation was perhaps halfway through and the more he resembled a bot the more he seemed to be weighing on the fabric of space around him. The distant stars were almost invisible by now, and the sun of their solar system almost dim. With light the colours were gone too, and Optimus and Megatron were left on the edge of darkness before their hardest battle and the first one on the same side. The darkness was glaring at them, and they looked back.

Alright, so it’s been a while, but I’m ready to do that post about the Transformers timeline for the Hasbro-verse.  This has taken so long, because I kept trying to really plan things out in too much detail. So, as I said in a previous post, I’m going to restrict myself to broad strokes as much as possible.  The goal here is to get an initial three season run out of the Transformers series, and remember, that’s three 26 episode seasons, and we’re releasing on streaming platforms, like Netflix, so that’s really more like 12, 6-7 episode seasons released quarterly over a three year period. The first season we start on Cybertron, kind of.  Mostly because we need to establish a few things.  We show how during the war on Cybertron the Autobots and Decepticons deal with other planets.  The Decepticons take the form of unmarked military vehicles from whatever planet they are trying to conquer.  They then stage attacks on important facilities within the various factions on the planet, causing the native inhabitants to go to war with each other, and either fully or nearly wipe each other out. ��If they don’t fully wipe each other out, the Decepticons wait until the population reaches a certain threshold and then unleash a weapon on the planet that causes any non-spark powered technology to go dead.  At this point, with no resistance left on the planet, they take over and strip it of all resources, obtaining large amounts of energon. The Autobots by contrast for a partnership with the planets they encounter, giving them technology to use to protect themselves from Decepticons in exchange for a small percentage of their resources.  To keep their involvement on the planet a secret and avoid attention from the Decepticons the Autobots take on the forms they are best known for, civilian vehicles.  This is a noble strategy, and shows the Autobots to be our heroes, however, it also explains why they eventually lose the war.  They need to ally with ten planets to get the same amount of resources that the Decepticons get from a single planet.  Additionally, it is a continuous process, meaning supply routes need to be maintained.  The Decepticons take a planet, strip it, and move on, leaving a barren husk in their wake, they are less vulnerable to being cut off from their energon supplies, though eventually they will run out of planets to consume close enough to Cybertron to make harvesting them worthwhile.  We only need to spend a few episodes setting this up. Also, while still on Cybertron, we show the Decepticons setting off their weapons that shut down all non-spark based technology across an entire sector of space, creating a dead zone that some third faction, theoretically cannot cross.  This is the turning point of the war, allowing them to focus their full efforts on the Autobots.  However, as always, Energon on Cybertron is running low, for both parties, and it’s getting harder and harder to get new Energon shipped in, both sides are attacking supply ships.  Cybertron must be abandoned.  A deal is reached.  Each side will send off ships to distant colonies, first the Autobots will send a ship, then the Decepticons, so on and so forth.  In this scenario the Autobots have a huge tactical advantage as they have more allies out in the universe, and the worlds that they’ve visited are habitable.  What worlds the Decepticons will go to are barren wastelands, it’s a death sentence for them, so they all get sent out to become raiders, conquering new worlds and turning them into proper colonies, ruled with an iron fist.  Additionally, each ship that goes out into the universe is a Titan, this will come into play later in this Hasbro-verse. Now, ships are being sent out, and it’s down to Optimus and the last remaining Autobots, and Megatron and the last remaining Decepticons.  As in the Generation 1 cartoon, Megatron follows Optimus through the Space Bridge because he realizes that Optimus isn’t heading to a known Autobot colony.  He’s heading to an unexplored region of space.  And thus, we get them crashing into Earth during the age of the dinosaurs, and that’s the end of the first season. Second season starts with the Transformers waking up, Decepticons first as in the original Generation 1 cartoon.  They then begin to employ their tried and true strategy from the war, set the natives to fighting each other and killing themselves, so they can harvest all the resources for themselves.  The Autobots eventually wake up, and start actively trying to stop the Decepticons, except they try and keep their presence on the planet a secret from the natives.  They learned during the war that revealing themselves to a general populace usually led to panic, and they’ve got the Decepticons making trouble already, they don’t want to be lumped in them with and attacked on two fronts. Eventually, the Autobots make a deal with the US Government and its allies, similar to the one they made with other planets during the war.  That deal always came with a single caveat, the technology the Autobots share is only to be used to defend the entire planet from off planet threats, never against other denizens of their own world.  The tide starts turning on Earth, and the Decepticons are mostly fought to a standstill.  Eventually, Megatron realizes he needs more troops, so he leaves Earth to gather more Decepticons.  End season 2. Now, Season 3 takes place years later, when Megatron eventually returns, it plays out very similarly to Transformers: Prime.  Optimus and the Autobots while still working with the US Government do not trust the government, this is because Cybertronian technology was used against other humans, not alien threats.  How that happened will be covered during the events of another series that takes place during the time between seasons 2 and 3.  Effectively, this series does a lot of the same things Prime did.  We learn Unicron is sleeping at the center of the Earth, Primus is at the center of Cybertron.  M.E.C.H. exists.  And Agent Fowler is the liaison between the Autobots and the US Government.  We end the season with a similar situation to movie that finished the Transformers: Prime series.  Unicron’s spark is separated from his body, Optimus Prime is dead, and Cybertron is revived.  Most of the Transformers return to Cybertron.  Maybe we need more than a single season for all that, which is fine, but that’s the basic gist of what we need to have happen in this season. Maybe we even treat this as two separate series, with Seasons 1 and 2 dropping together, then other shows such as the next one I’m about to talk about dropping, then season 3 dropping, in as many seasons as it needs to tell its story effectively.  We don’t need the same events as Transformers: Prime to occur during season 3, we just to get to that end point, while hitting certain other points along the way.  After the events of what I’ve laid out for season 3 occur, we don’t visit Cybertron for a while. Maybe Autobots make brief guest appearances in subsequent series, but after a certain point on the timeline, Cybertron goes dark, and we see no Transformers.  Until a message comes through to Earth from a reborn Optimus Prime, at this point, he should have been dead for a few real world years, possibly even a close to a decade, depending on how many properties we tie together, and how long it takes to get through them all.  Some can run concurrently, so it all depends.  We’ll get into the contents of the message from Optimus later in this blog series, it’s a surprise. Anyway, that’s about how I’d set up the Transformers for a Hasbro-verse.  Not much changes for them, and that makes sense, they’re the first property in the timeline.  But we’ve laid some groundwork for some very interesting stuff later.  Next up, we pay a visit to G. I. Joe.
