Begging on my hands and knees for game devs to move away from the linguistic convention of "this ability/attack/effect/etc knocks the target up" to refer to something being launched vertically into the air. Say it lifts the target. Launches them. Bounces them. Just please stop giving characters abilities that say "Knocks up your opponent", PLEASE.

of all the cinderella’s castle haterisms, my absolute favorite are the people who hate cinderella’s castle for being pro monarchy for making Ella queen at the end. it just feels like such a silly nitpick to say that in the princess fairy tale story set in a divine right of kings style era, this 1☝️incredibly traumatized girl should have immediately had some kind of divine epiphany wherein she invents the very concept of democracy the moment she unexpectedly came into power. in fact, considering the fact that it was the “collective will” of the peasants to burn her mother alive in front of her as a child, i simply do not think it would be realistic for Ella to cede power to the people. the fact that she never even punished the people who did that to her mother shows super human restraint
