Kaisagi & Ryusae chibi animals :3 My thought process for how I chose the animals under the cut for those curious :)

Kaiser - Husky : At first i wanted to go the feline route for Kaiser but the more i thought about it, the more dog-like he appeared. 1. He wants to be loved 2. When he's shocked or hurt he has those puppy dog eyes 3. He has the dramatics of a husky and he barks a lot.

Isagi - Rabbit : Ngl, this one was purely based on aesthetics x) But it can be justified i guess. Rabbits appear cute and sweet but if you push them they can retaliate. And being prey animals, they're very aware of their surroundings.

Shidou - Maned wolf : I've seen him mostly associated with hyenas and i get it. But i dunno, i just get a vibe from the maned wolf, no further explanations lol

Sae - Leopard : So first of all I think we can all agree that Sae is 100% cat coded. Now which kind of cat. I wanted Sae and Rin to have a species that can be related (if i ever draw Rin) and Rin is a black panther in my mind (his hair and all the brooding). And since black panthers are just a color variant of leopards, there you have it.
