⁣ Canon EOS 250D ⁣ Taken on 08/05/2022.⁣ ⁣ *⁣ Hidden away ithe Monte Subasio Park, halfway between Armenzano and Collepino, is an enchanting village, unknown to many: San Giovanni di Collepino.⁣ ⁣ Known as the paradise of pink stone, San Giovanni is a place of peace and silence, the perfect refuge to disconnect from the traffic and chaos of big cities.⁣ ⁣ It has nothing touristy: there are no shops, groceries, bars, restaurants, no services. ⁣ Canon EOS 250D ⁣ Taken on 04/06/2022.⁣ ⁣ *⁣ Monteleone di Spoleto is a small medieval village in Umbria.⁣ ⁣ Small shops line the long high street, along which you will hear chatter among the locals or an afternoon stillness that has become part of daily routine for Italians.⁣ ⁣ Time seems to have come to an abrupt halt here as soon as you pass through the main entrance: a stone archway with a view of the old town, characterised by pink-stoned houses and buildings.⁣ ⁣ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:⁣ ⁣ 🚆 Take the train from Rome, Perugia or Florence to Foligno or Spoleto.⁣ ⁣ 🚌 Get on a bus to Cascia, followed by another bus to Monteleone di Spoleto.
