Dwain did his best to think only of heaven. He sketched cherubim, sang hymns, wore leisure suits the color of the clouds themselves. (He hoped heaven had sleeve-pockets, because damn they were handy). Only one thing made his mind wander, and oh how it troubled him. It was professional wrestling. “It says in the bible, not to wrestle your neighbor…” he began one sermon. Oh, if only his heart weren’t lying when he warned of its dangers. He kept his love for the sport hidden away, and after a long life of training for heaven, took on a protege. “It says in the bible…” he began… “what’s wrestling?!” The young boy responded. “oh no…” It turns out, all the boy learned from Dwain was what wrestling was… not how to heaven. And in spite of it causing him shame rather than honor, the boy took his name to the ring, and in further insult to the Lord above, took on the nickname “the rock”. Not the rock like Peter. Not the heavenly sort of rock. No, no, the kind that delivered a nice pile drive to the face… I’m sorry Lord, said Dwain when he arrived at the pearly gates. “I lived my life clean of that unholy thing. And I  sure tried to steer him the right way too. Just didn’t work.” “Oh.” God said. “Dwain… I’ve tried to tell you… I like wrestling.
