Effective Web Design Ideas By Website Development Company In Dubai
Tumblr media
A web application (or web application) is application software that runs on a web browser, as opposed to software programs that run locally and natively on the device's operating system (OS). Web applications are provided to users with an active network connection to the World Wide Web.
Simply put, a website development company in Dubai is the top level of a website that benefits both users and website owners. You can interact with your web visitors and allow them to perform actions through an internet-enabled device/browser.
Effective Ideas For Developing Web Applications
And now, explore the central part of this article, which is the different ideas for developing your web application.
Web App Development Ideas For Established Businesses
Making the website more interactive for users is the most important thing. Include these web app features by Black Or White Concepts - the best mobile app development company in Dubai that we have listed below.
Chief Executive Officer Dashboard
Typically, CEOs manage multiple data on leads, executives, board members, and so on. Handling everything in paperwork or spreadsheets may not be guaranteed. Dashboard web apps are a disruptive force that has abandoned traditional data management tools. Build a full-fledged dashboard web application with the help of a  website development company in Dubai that gives organization leaders insight into what's happening on the premises.
Previous Reservations
With the help of the online booking function and digital healthcare platform from Black Or White Concepts, these will certainly be somewhat hidden. In this sense, your web application solution could help your customers counter these problems.
Maybe you work in a restaurant, theater or event booking industry, create a simple and user-friendly web application and allow users to pre-decide on their seats, tables, menus, taxis, etc. . as they wish and not of what is left out.
CRM Platform
Simply put, Content Relationship Management or CRM helps you stay connected with your customers and respond to questions, issues, complaints, and comments raised by customers. According to our branding agency Abu Dhabi experts, a web application pays off! Yes, there are undeniably many big players in the CRM market, but building it yourself creates a unique identity for your business. It also gives your customers the ability to interact with you through a website or app.
Job Offers
In the early 2000s, applicants searched for jobs in newspapers and visited them in person for the interview. Today, the trend has changed. Apps like LinkedIn, Indeed and many more have made the application process quick and easy. It is good for you to advertise your job vacancies on these apps to make your company website interactive at the same time and also start the hiring process from your website. As it is your own app, you don't have to pay money to show the ads like in third-party apps…
Online Payments
Create a web app only for "online payments", try to offer more features in the free version so that people choose your web app over others.
We hope you have now decided on an idea for your website development company in Dubai. If development, customization, and maintenance seem overwhelming, you can get help from major players in vertical web application development. For more info, visit Black Or White Concepts!

Workspace Cleaning Protocols Set by a Professional Cleaning Company in Dubai
But many of the businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah are still doubtful on the workspace cleaning protocols set by cleaning companies in Dubai. If you are one among them, then this article might serve value to you.
Workspace Reopening – The Current Condition
All the stakeholders, i.e. businessmen, government, public leaders, influencers are all happy about the economy’s reopening but are treading the path with great caution. Social distancing, personal hygiene, and workspace hygiene are the only ways with which this reopening can be done responsibly. Since the COVID-19 scare is far from gone, cleanliness and disinfection are the only ways with which all of us can maintain public health with appropriate social measures.
 Cleaning Protocols to Be Followed
Offices and commercial ventures are the public spaces that come under high-risk zones as far as the Corona outbreak is concerned. The management of these ventures is well aware of the potential risks involved and implementing advisories devised by World Health Organization (WHO). The management must ensure that employees, as well as the infrastructural protocols, are followed properly.
Workplace Hygiene Guidelines
Offices in Dubai are advised to follow a three-pronged strategy of cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing regularly to keep the viruses at bay. This will help not only maintain the highest level of sanitization but also protect employees and customers from the further spread of the virus.
On the organizational level, proper infrastructural amendments must be done in order to accommodate workplace hygiene guidelines.
●             Seating should maintain a 1-meter distance within office premises to reiterate social distancing.
●             Proper provisions for the workplace ventilation system.
●             All surfaces, chairs, tables, door handles, curtains, etc. should be regularly sanitized using appropriate disinfectants. Professional cleaning companies in Dubai can help you attain the highest quality hygiene standards in terms of disinfection, sterilization, and sanitization.
●             Extra attention is to be paid to the toilet, common use, and washroom facilities.
●             Sanitizer dispenser to be installed at the entryway and all other strategic hotspots in the office.
●             Elevators are to be disinfected and sterilized strictly as it is the assembly point of visitors and office staff.
●             Replace glass cups with single-use disposable cups
Employee Code of Conduct
Employees only bring the set protocols to practice. They should be oriented about the desired code of conduct for the success and responsible reopening of UAE’s commercial settlements.
●             Social distancing is a must, disinfecting hands frequently is necessary.
●             Carrying personal sanitizer is preferred. Regular washing hands and sanitizing workstations must be practiced for safety and protection.
●             All employees should adhere to coughing and sneezing etiquette.
●             Hygienic handling of personal items, including water bottles, masks, to prevent contamination.
●             Do not share personal items with colleagues. If shared, like mobiles, clean and self-sanitize before reusing it to prevent any transmission of infection.
●             Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized properly. Any corners and spaces in your laptop keyboard or buttons should not be missed while self-disinfecting.
Following all these protocols along with deep cleaning in Dubai, Sharjah offices can prevent the spread of COVID-19 and bring back the healthy workplace ecosystem. To get your office deep clean, you can contact us and get the office quickly cleaned and sanitized as per its needs.

110 North Wacker, Chicago
110 North Wacker Office Building, Chicago Commercial Tower, Illinois Real Estate Architecture, Photos
110 North Wacker in Chicago, IL
Oct 15, 2020
110 North Wacker Drive
Architects: Goettsch Partners, Inc.
Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA
The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) and Riverside Investment & Development announced today the opening of the trophy-class office tower at 110 North Wacker Drive. The announcement marks the culmination of the highly-anticipated 55-story downtown riverfront building, which is a collaboration with the award-winning leasing, design and construction team of CBRE, Goettsch Partners and Clark Construction.
“Three years ago, we set out to create a world-class office building like 110 North Wacker Drive, and we are proud today to showcase this exceptional trophy-class property located in the heart of downtown Chicago,” said David R. O’Reilly, Interim Chief Executive Officer; President and CFO of The Howard Hughes Corporation. “From the onset of this project, we aimed to infuse insights and best practices from our various master planned developments across the country with local market expertise from some of the industry’s leading and award-winning developers and designers. Through our collaboration with Riverside Investment & Development and Goettsch Partners, we’ve delivered on our vision to add to the iconic Chicago skyline with a building located on a historic site that incorporates the best of every aspect of the tenant experience, including health and wellness elements that people are demanding today.”
Situated along the Chicago River, 110 North Wacker Drive is both the city’s tallest office building and the second-largest office building to be delivered in three decades, totaling 55 stories and more than 1.5 million rentable square feet. The state-of-the-art Class A office tower’s distinctive form accentuates its verticality and extensive integration of open space throughout the building, beginning at ground level with an expansive 45-foot-wide riverwalk. The landscaped, covered riverfront promenade connects two important downtown pedestrian paths and a small park at the north and maintains an effectively unobstructed river view, offering roughly 22,000 square feet of combined public space.
Additionally, the tower’s 45-foot-high lobby is enclosed by a cable-supported glass wall, and sculpted, folded-limestone cladding covers the elevator cores. The transparency of the low-iron glass wall virtually eliminates the distinction between interior and exterior space, with the lobby and streetscape becoming one. The unique sawtooth design of the west- and river-facing geometry of the building enhances the trapezoidal shape of the site to present 14 corner opportunities per floor and extraordinary views up and down the Chicago River.
“The best high-rise buildings successfully manage the marriage of commerce and culture,” said James Goettsch, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Goettsch Partners. “Given its unique site along the iconic Chicago River, my hope is that 110 North Wacker Drive will be looked upon as a building that is both a successful commercial endeavor, as well as a development that enhances the public realm and continues Chicago’s tradition of innovative architecture.”
The building features extensive high-technology infrastructure designed to maximize overall health and wellness throughout. This includes best-in-class HVAC systems; the most advanced destination dispatch elevators in Chicago; and a multi-faceted, custom building app that provides touchless building access, transportation information, event listings and a portal to book any fitness and spa activity, among other health and safety measures. Several enhancements have been added to address COVID pandemic concerns, including advanced secondary air filtration systems, more air changes per hour than most office buildings, social-distancing limitations on elevators, and touchless access in many conditions.
“110 North Wacker Drive is one of the most sought-after development locations in Chicago for decades,” said John O’Donnell, Chief Executive Officer of Riverside Investment and Development. “It has been a privilege to work alongside the development team of The Howard Hughes Corporation, as well as once again partnering with Goettsch Partners to collectively deliver a high-rise that will leave its mark on the Chicago skyline for years to come.”
Since the beginning, 110 North Wacker Drive, with its desirable location, high-quality mix of state-ofthe- art fitness facilities, concierge program, event spaces and other amenities, along with extensive new dining options by Jose Andres’ ThinkFoodGroup and Chicago’s own Gibsons Restaurant Group, has exhibited exceptional pre-leasing momentum. The combination of Bank of America as the dominant financial institution anchor tenant along with numerous additional sector-leading tenants—including leading real estate investment advisor Heitman, global investment bank Lincoln International, and top-10 Am Law 100 firms Jones Day and Morgan Lewis—has resulted in a strong blend of tenant diversification and stability.
“We are excited to solidify 110 North Wacker Drive’s place in Chicago’s iconic skyline and contribute to the city’s downtown landscape as we begin to welcome businesses, residents and visitors alike to this one-of-a-kind destination,” added O’Reilly.
Additional information for the office tower, a collaboration led by The Howard Hughes Corporation and Riverside Investment and Development—along with the award-winning teams of Goettsch Partners for design, Clark Construction, and CBRE—is available at . 110 North Wacker

WHAT THIS YEAR'S IMTJ STORIES AND ARTICLES CAN TEACH US
Tumblr media
On the off chance that you don't direct suppliers, you'll address the cost. At the point when clinical travel turns out badly, it's the picture of the goal that follows through on the cost. We keep on getting tales about universal patients who've gone for treatment and have endured a not exactly superb patient experience. What's more, some of them have kicked the bucket. In Delhi, an Indian clinical visitor kicked the bucket after the corrective medical procedure at the RinoCenter center in Ciudad Juárez. Indra Medical Tourism Company is the best medical tourism company in entire Delhi, a second UK understanding kicked the bucket from entanglements following a Brazilian butt-lift treatment. An examination by specialists at Brigham and Women's Hospital featured the dangers of intricacies following medical procedures for patients venturing out to the Dominican Republic. A few nations are acting emphatically to guarantee that their picture as a clinical treatment goal isn't destroyed by "rebel facilities".  In South Korea, the Government has declared that a clinical establishment must acquire a declaration of enlistment before it can draw in outside patients, and there is a crackdown on illicit clinical the travel industry specialists. In UAE, the Emirates Plastic Surgery Society (EPSS) is looking for power to manage the restorative medical procedure segment and says that its opportunity to present more noteworthy guidelines of the exercises of corrective specialists and centers. Some source nations are reducing spend on treatment abroad. In an inversion of clinical travel patterns, nations that were at one time a wellspring of clinical vacationers are curtailing government-sponsored consumption on treatment abroad. Some are likewise now turning out to be clinical travel goals.  Indra medical tourism company providing the best cosmetic surgery in Delhi has expressed there were 1,582 abroad patients sent to another country by the wellbeing expert in 2017, down from 1,994 out of 2016. The presentation of obligatory medical coverage in Oman is required to decrease the number of patients sent to another country for treatment. Nigeria's Minister of Health has said that the Federal Government is prevailing in its mission to diminish outbound clinical travel, after cases that Nigerians spend around $1 billion on clinical excursions abroad. In Israel, limitations are being set on clinical travel movement in the nation's medical clinics. Israel's Health Ministry is denying section visas to clinical vacationers from nations where vaccinations are not given as is normally done, including Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Greece, Serbia, and Albania. In Munich, the neighborhood government has clipped down on loft rentals that are utilized to suit clinical travelers. Furthermore, some are getting into the clinical travel business… or reexamining their technique. Hardly any goals have it right with regards to building up a clinical travel procedure. In any case, that doesn't stop new participants needing to join the "clinical the travel industry goldrush". What's more, a few goals that have effectively advanced themselves in the clinical travel division have needed to reexamine their methodology. Abu Dhabi needs to be "a genuine contender for clinical the travel industry". It has marked an MoU with an accomplice who may well guarantee them the earth and run one more meeting. If the experience of different goals is anything to pass by, Abu Dhabi will wind up putting in two or three hundred thousand dollars yet will likely be no smarter about the market. Indra Medical Tourism is the most recent clinical travel "wannabe" and best cosmetic surgery treatment in Delhi. The administration is building up an approach to advance clinical the travel industry in Indra Medical Tourism Delhi to serve the ECOWAS district (the Economic Community of West African States fuses Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cote d' Ivoire, Gambia, Indra Medical Tourism Delhi, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, and Togo.) Jordan, when the clinical travel star of MENA, has missed out drastically to contending goals. The Jordanian government is framing a national council to draft another system for the clinical travel industry segment. Emergency clinics are spreading their wings, "Take the mastery to the patient" instead of "carry the patient to the aptitude" is driving emergency clinics to grow their worldwide business. NMC Healthcare has have marked an MoU to manufacture a system of clinical offices over the realm of Saudi Arabia.

IPL 2020: Cricketers' samples to be tested in Barcelona lab; Nada to collect 20 in-competition samples | Cricket News

IPL 2020: Cricketers' samples to be tested in Barcelona lab; Nada to collect 20 in-competition samples | Cricket News
NEW DELHI: The dope samples of cricketers, collected during the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL), will be sent to Spain’s Barcelona laboratory for testing, informed the National Anti-Doping Agency (Nada), whose first batch of dope control officers (DCOs) will leave for the UAE on September 12. The T20 tournament will be played across three venues in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah from September 19 to November 10. This is the first time that Barcelona’s ‘Catalonian Antidoping Laboratory‘ has been engaged by the Nada for testing in any sports discipline. After the National Dope Testing Laboratory (NDTL) was suspended by the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) in August 2019, the Nada has been sending the samples for analysis to Qatar’s Doha laboratory. However, the Barcelona laboratory has been roped in because the UAE’s National Anti-Doping Organisation (NADO) is contracted with the Catalonian lab. Nada was interested in sending the samples to Doha because of its cost-effectiveness as the rate of getting a urine sample tested comes around $120. The cost of getting these samples tested in Barcelona will be 10 times higher. Check full IPL 2020 league-stage schedule It’s been learnt that because of the high cost involved, the Nada will be conducting only 20 in-competition testing of cricketers (both Indian and foreigners) and another 30 out-of-competition testing. This low count of testing has raised some eyebrows. Nada will be spending lakhs on the trips of its DCOs to collect urine samples of cricketers during the IPL, a tournament which will feature 60 matches and run for 53 days. Three separate teams of Nada officials and DCOs, with each team comprising five members (one senior Nada official, two lead DCOs and two local chaperones provided by the UAE’s anti-doping body) have been constituted to conduct the anti-doping programme. These three teams will travel to the UAE in batches. Some critics have pointed out that it defied logic that to collect just 50-odd samples, three teams will be travelling to the UAE. During the previous 12 seasons of the IPL, Sweden-based International Dope Test and Management (IDTM) did the sample collection as part of the BCCI‘s private dope testing arm and would test around 120-130 cricketers. Apart from the urine, the Nada hasn’t ruled out the possibility of collecting a cricketer’s blood sample, if required. It’s been learned that those cricketers, who will be leading the tournament’s performance chart, will be randomly picked for the out-of-competition testing. For the in-competition sample collection, lottery system or targeted selection of cricketers will be followed. It’s also been learned that the Nada DCOs will either travel to Dubai or Sharjah from Delhi and will be based out of these two cities. Both these cities have a policy of seven-day mandatory quarantine for visitors, while Abu Dhabi’s health authorities have mandated a longer 15-day quarantine period for any foreigner entering the city. BCCI has agreed to bear the cost of Nada teams’ stay at its bio-secure bubble, which will be created for its own officials and administrative staff, where the DCOs will be advised to strictly adhere to the laid down procedure during their trips to venues and training grounds. BCCI will be bearing the cost of samples collected and their testing in Barcelona.
