I really want to write a BSH fic with this OC just because I love magical girls and I need to explore this dynamic on paper. I need them to meet and either get better or get much, much worse. Dollmaker.

Do magical girls even exist in this universe? I feel like if the NAHA could manufacture girl groups they would even just for the idol merch and marketing. @concreteparasite

Working backstory: Vivi's twin sister Maia was locked into an extremely exploitative contract by the NAHA to take part in an experiment utilizing tech to basically make a DIY Magical Girl, in spite of Vivi's warnings. Unfortunately, a combination of one of the Night Crew's schemes and a particularly violent hero resulted in Maia getting killed in the crossfire.

Grief-stricken but wanting to keep her sister's dream alive, Vivi took up the mantle of Cosmic Cat - first operating in secret and then publicly once it was clear Double had already located her.

Vivi's true personality is quite terse and sarcastic, but she puts on a bubbly facade when in uniform because that's who Maia was and maybe if she tries hard enough she can pretend that the right twin survived.
