#rat rambles#oc posting#eternal gales#wait oh my god Ive literally never explained au mase have I#uhhh long story short all his friends died rip he ate his universe and is using its power to try to save ppl from the blank and store them#inside himself until the blank is no longer a threat#its not a fun experience for anyone involved#the noise is also not helped by the fact that he can hear all of them but they cant hear eachother#which ofc makes it even more fucked up for everyone he has under his 'protection'#hes aware that they are in pain but he's convinced himself that its the only real option for now#they are still able to sorta see whats going on around mase but it often depends on how deep in the soul soup they are#oh also this isnt super relevant to his in story appearances but his universe had a whole 'what if everyone was just a normal human' gimic#bloom still was just bloom tho dw full human bloom will never be real
