Papa Louie Scarlett HCs
-Rosabella Ocampo is a 23 year old singer/songwriter and graduate school student who lives with her fiancé, Rudy, in a Powder Point condo. She is widely known by her legal/stage name, Scarlett Heart and is the lead singer/songwriter of Scarlett and the Shakers. While punk ska and playing gigs with her friends are her true passion, Scarlett plans to become a game theory professor in the future. She can mostly be seen writing lyrics for a new song, riding roller coasters with Rudy, climbing trees with Clover, and just vibing with Marty.
-Scarlett is rather bold and seductive, often playfully flirting with others or making jokes about inappropriate topics. I stole this from Rouge, thanks SnapCube fandub for revitalizing my love for Sonic. Alongside her flirtatiousness is her intelligence and desire to succeed, using rules and lessons that she learned from various games to apply to her daily life. Thanks to her love of poker and mahjong, Scarlett has grown to be very analytical and sly in her motives. Out of the shakers, she is undoubtedly the big sister friend as she’s kind of a bad influence on the rest of them and is always subjected to scoldings by mom friend, Janana.
-Rudy calls her “Princesa” because of her Cinderella-like backstory. Her mother was a very kind woman and Scarlett lived happily with her and her father. Her mother died in a roadside construction accident when Scarlett was only 9, leaving Scarlett heartbroken. Her father then married a woman named Moira with two sons, Graham and David, who was emotionally abusive towards Scarlett until she moved out at age 16. Scarlett’s relationship with her dad deteriorated over time and she’s basically disowned them since. She finds solace in Marty and Clover’s parents, who think of Rudy and Scarlett as their own. She also got along with the other Frostfield residents and helped Willow get back into hockey after her infamous car accident (the first one).
-Stan Twitter often makes memes of her because she’s so iconic and quotable. One of her most iconic moments was when she screamed “I wrote this next one about my bitch ass stepmom. Moira, if you’re listening, your hair is limp and you fucking suck!” at the VMAs.
-Music was her escape as a child, hence why she learned to sing and play multiple instruments. However, her stepmother made her play the violin in the school orchestra as opposed to being allowed in a punk rock band. Even though she was concertmaster and first chair, she hated life so badly. Scarlett can play the guitar, bass guitar, violin, cello, drums, the trumpet, the saxophone, the bassoon, the piano, the xylophone, the harp, the flute, the recorder, the French horn, the clarinet, i didn’t even list all of them and I’m tired already. When one of the other shakers has lead vocals on a song, she’ll take over playing their instrument.
-Scarlett met Rudy during their shared freshman year of high school. Hazelnut High’s orchestra department had its annual field trip to Powder Point (based off my actual orchestra field trip!). Scarlett decided to sneak away from her snobby classmates and teachers and have the time to herself. On one particularly large roller coaster, she sat next to a boy with a Mohawk who told her that since he was a Powder Point native, he could more than handle it. He then proceeded to cry the entire time while holding her hand. They realized how much they had in common and kept in contact even after her trip was over. Their relationship is super lovey dovey, yet chill at the same time. Couple goals, but not on the level of Prudence x Cooper x Taylor.
-The shakers got together during the 23rd season of Flipline’s Got Talent. After the shocking elimination of Taylor Morales in the quarterfinals, the remaining acts were merged together. Scarlett and Rudy and Marty and Clover were two sets of pairs merged together. They all got along beforehand and loved Scarlett’s songwriting, so they all wrote an original song together for the finals. Even though they were fan favorites and had lots of support from the audience, Bill and Boopsy’s amazing ventriloquy act was what won the show, with the upset Shakers coming in second place. Afterwards, they were approached by Janana who offered to become their agent, and all they’ve known since was success. Fun fact: Rudy wouldnt accept Clover and Marty into their act unless they beat him and Scarlett at poker. They did.
-The shakers each can speak multiple languages, with Scarlett being able to speak fluent English and Tagalog, Tagalog being her native language (Filipino gang!). She can also speak some Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi, and Gaelic because she hangs around the other Shakers and Janana so much.
-All of the food, drinks, clothes, and personal belongings Scarlett loves are various shades of red. Cherries, longanisa, red wine, and candied strawberries are her favorite. Her entire wardrobe? Red. Her LED lights? Red. It honestly scares Rudy how red everything is.
-Her voice would either be Jessica Sanchez from American Idol or Gwen Stefani from the No Doubt era. She also covers a lot of No Doubt songs during their concerts. Speaking of covers, the shakers like to sing classic rock songs as well as modern day hits. Scarlett has the vocal range to do Ariana and Mariah Carey justice.
-Her and Marty are best friends. They’re both on the same wavelength and will most likely have the same reaction to memes, like word for word the same reaction. They usually have to get Rudy and Clover out of trouble most days. I love their chaotic, yet chill energy, like the types that just sit and observe and quietly make funny comments to each other.
-She determines whether she likes you or not based off of how good you are at mahjong or poker. If you suck enough to let her win, she’ll love you forever but if you match her in ability, she’ll respect you but kinda fear you as well. If you refuse to play altogether, she hates you. She’s a game theory student, so playing any board game with her is grounds for disaster because she’ll use her weird psychology and tricks to win all the time. Ironically, she sucks at video games. Even though she loves games of chance, she’s hugely against casinos and betting, instead trading small trinkets like food or makeup.
-At the Cheeseria, she set up a poker table, a mahjong table, and a pool table for the entertainment. They unfortunately had to get rid of the Uno table because somebody (ahem, Jojo) got a little too heated over a match with Papa and Wally. And by “got a little too heated”, I mean that Jojo literally got in a fist fight with Papa and lost.
-All she watches are telenovelas. Don’t ask about The Office or Game of Thrones, all she knows is stuff like Rubi and Maria la del Barrio.
-She doesn’t like musical theater except for Phantom of the Opera. She has taken a few roles as Kim in Miss Saigon, but secretly regrets it because musical theater is so much harder than just a regular concert. She still respects theater actors, but will never again sit through Anything Goes.
-She is the only one of the workers who has managed to successfully punch Guy Mortadello. Koilee and Rudy came close, but Scarlett landed an especially hard punch to his nose. Next to being engaged and forming Scarlett and the Shakers, she says it’s the third happiest day of her life. Now, Guy Mortadello is extremely scared of Scarlett and will cry if he sees her or hears her song on the radio (which is all the time).
-She has a tattoo of a heart of her hand along with a crown. On three of her fingers are a yellow Diamond, green clover, and blue spade.
-Scarlett is absolutely gorgeous and badass, I always kept rewinding Papas Cheeseria just to see her and Rudy in the opening because I had crushes on them both. Anyways, stan Scarlett for good grades (it’s not working though I’m still failing two classes)

A full(ish) outline of my ‘Evil WestAllen’ AU or Earth 6. It's kinda long.
------
On Earth 6, 11-year-old Bartholomew Henry Allen awakens to a ruckus downstairs only to go and see his mother encompassed in a whirlwind of electricity and color. He calls out as his parents scream for him to leave. And there he sees, the Yellow Man thrust his hand into his mother’s chest before finding himself down the block from home.
As he makes it back he hears police sirens and screeching tires. He watches his father, stunned and resigned, get put in the back of a police car. He goes inside and sees Mr. West, a family friend, standing over something covered in a blanket.
Something-  His mom.
He knows. He knows she’s under the blanket.
And Mr. West turns, sees him, and rushes to move him out of the house. Away from the crime scene. Away from his mother. And wasn’t that what his mother told him last? To leave?
Months later he is living with the Wests, with Joe and Iris, but his father is in jail. His father who did nothing. Who was innocent. But he pleaded guilty. Barry saw him plead guilty. Saw him in a prison jumpsuit, in that courtroom. Saw him look anywhere but at Barry.
And he had tried to help. Barry told them everything. The lightning, the wind, his mother and the Man in Yellow. But no one believed him. No one truely let him finish. They only doubted him. Telling him what he did and did not know.
He couldn’t have seen the crime, all the police officers saw him run from down the street. He wasn’t in the house, he must have ran away when he heard his father attack his mother. There was no way a Man in Yellow stabbed his mother with his hand. It was ridiculous! Except it wasn’t.
And he tried to see his father. Ask him why he lied. Why he wanted to be in jail. Why he would rather be in prison than with his son. But each time he would be stopped. Each time Joe West would force him back. He’d sit him down and tell him he couldn’t see his father. Because he was dangerous. Because he was a criminal. Because he didn’t deserve it.
And Joe, much like every officer and detective, didn’t believe him. He believed his father was a monster and kept Barry from visiting.
Each time he did get closer. Until, finally, he got to his father. Finally, his father laid eyes on Barry. In the months since the crime Barry was looking at his father in the eyes. Yet, his father sat down, picked up the phone and told him to leave.
He shouldn’t be here, he shouldn’t have come, he should just forget about him, his father. And then he got up, and left. He left Barry there, sitting in the plastic chair on the other side of a plastic window in a cold concrete room inside a prison.
-
At 6 years old Iris Ann West loses her mother. Her mother had been sick for weeks, on and off for years. And one day she wakes up to see her mother gone. Maybe she went out, her father doesn’t seem too bothered. But later that week her father sits her down, and  tells her her mother died. And she cries.
But life keeps going and nothing happens. They move some her mother’s things but there’s no funeral. Dead people have a funeral, right? And she asks her teachers, and they say, sometimes people have Wakes or Memoerials.
Her father does neither.
So, at 6, her mother is just gone. And she loves her father. He was a cop, a detective, a hero who fought bad guys. So he couldn’t be wrong.
And then her bestfriend loses everything. And now he lives with them. And then she wonders, a man who she knew, a man who was nothing but good to her was now a murderer. Not just a murderer, but someone who killed his wife. His love. Something, Iris thought, was nothing but evil. And her father agreed. He told her he did it. He put him in jail himself!
But, Barry didn’t. Barry told her what he saw, what really happened and, truly? Really truly? Iris believed Barry.
At 15, she hears her father talking to Barry’s therapist. He was worried, too many fights, too many bloody noses, and broken wrists. She knows she shouldn’t listen. But its Barry. Barry tells her everything, more than the therapist espesially. So she listens, because what if her father tries to send Barry away again? Another “Summer Camp” full of doctors and bodyguards. Another few months of being alone.
She asks, what about a mother figure? Well, he has Iris, but what about a good female role model? Iris almosts gets caught when she snorts at that. Barry had a mother, and he’d never take some replacement. But thats not important. What is, is that her father admits its been hard since her mother left.
Left.
And Iris knew her father, he said it like that for a reason. So one night, when her dad was asleep, she searches the Internet. And thats when she saw it. Her mother. Her mother after 9 years.
Francine West. 39. Mother. Of a Son.
Alive.
Iris yells, and raves and sobs and screams but in the end, he lied. Her father lied to her. A good man who believed in justice and honor lied to her about her mother. But worse, he looks her in the eye, and tells her to not reach out. She left, and she didn’t deserve Iris’ love.
He was right. She didn’t. Neither did he.
-
At 16, Iris decides to reach out to her brother, not because she cares, but because her mother doesn’t deserve to have a family after leaving Iris’. Later they move back to Central, and Wally slowly joins Iris and Barry’s little bond.
During Prom, Iris goes with a girl covered in piercings and Barry takes an older boy with a record. Francine looks uncomfortable as all hell, and Joe looks one second from getting into a fist fight. Neither of them get home before 1 in the morning, and they do it in a police car.
As collage approaches Barry decides to go to Med School, he’ll take after his father if it kills him. Iris decides to go for law. They leave together, far from Central and there they meet other students from the area. One is Political Science major Lisa Snart, Iris’ PA for her floor. Soon, as things tend to be, they grow close. Lisa tells them about her brother, Leonard, who died young, protecting Lisa from their crooked cop of a father. Of what she saw, of dirty cops and criminals working together. The law wasn’t on their side. Not Barry’s, not Lisa’s and definately not Leonard’s.
-
They all go back to Central, Barry becoming a surgeon and Iris a lawyer. On that day, December 11, the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explodes, sending chaos through the city. At that time Iris is driving with her father, in a rare moment of happiness. Then the storm starts, and a wave of chaos begins. A car in front of them swerves and in an instance, multiple cars are crashing and flying. Iris and Joe included. As their car stops, Iris realizes she’s stuck. Pinned by the car and varying metal parts inbedded into her body she sees her father take his last breathe. She stays there for hours, barely concious, and stews. Her father, who moments ago was actually having a nice time with her, is dead. Her father who she loved and hated in equal measure. Who, maybe, just maybe was finally reconnecting with her. Who she might have finally forgiven.
Barry is in the hospital when it happens. Moving between emergancies, he stops for a breathe. And the power goes off. The silence lasts a moment before everyone is scrambling to check on patients. Everyone, but Barry. Because he knows something bad has happened.
Later Iris is brought in for surgury and, days later, has yet to wake up. As Barry watches he feels a knot of bitterness and resentment tighten in his chest. They, the hospital staff, tell him to leave. He can’t help. And he watches Wally and Francine cry over his Iris. Francine doesn’t deserve to cry. If nothing else she should be the one in the bed. Iris is worth 100 of Francine.
Iris is out for 7 months. In that time Barry turns back to their, Iris and his, old criminal conntacts. They are small, and few but are in no way insignificant. He builds it, and reaches out. He sees the growing number of freaks and weirdos who can do things they shouldn’t. With that, he makes enemies and allies alike.
One of those is Talia Al Ghul, the run away daughter of the Demon’s Head. He watches her take down mobs of people. He has her come back with information she shouldn’t have. He sees her take down small, powerful criminal organisations. So he makes a deal, he will protect her and she will teach him. She gets shelter, protection, money, connections and he gets to learn how to snap a man’s head between his thighs. She gets a shadow to hide in and he gets a well of toxicology knowledge.
When Iris wakes up, its to a growing criminal organization. Its during a meeting for this that she first shows her power. A bullet flies toward her Barry and as she jumps infront of it her skin turns silver. Flawless and smooth Iris West becomes The Woman of Steel. As the group lies dead at her and Barry’s feet they realize. The game had changed.
Over a year later, the Central City Underworld finally descends into chaos. Whispers of a sadistic doctor, his right hand robot and pet assasin lerking in the shadows spread. It’s like a plague, causing fear and paronoia everywhere you look. Crime Lords getting trigger happy and cops twitching at every noise.
Barry Allen is the leading surgeon in Central and Iris West is a prominant member in many court proceedings. Lisa Snart is campaning for Mayor and Talia Al Ghul is as good as dead to the rest of the world. And its at this time that the Man in Yellow starts showing up.
Slowly it becomes obvious this is the same man. He always happens to arrive in Barry’s radious. Taunting him. And they bite. Every villian and criminal in their way gets struck down. Every lead and every possibility is followed. As this happens Barry is asked by Harrison Wells to join his business. Deciding the labs can be used to find the Man in Yellow, he agrees.
Soon Central City gets a hero. Hot Pursuit, a man who can run at lightning speed, who drives a motorcyle going just as fast. The man seems to have a grudge with Central City’s biggest criminal trio, the Good Doctor, Titanium and Shadow Hunter. Never succeding, he still breathes down their neck.
Despite their bitter resentment, the CCPD is too easy to manipulate. Captain Edward Thawne is a rough man with an agenda against the rising metahuman problem. He hates Hot Pursuit just as much as he does any criminal. This leads to the idenity of the Man in Yellow.
Its Iris who finds out. From his fights with Hot Pursuit and Barry’s memories, Iris finds the pattern. And as she searches S.T.A.R. labs she finds him. Harrison Wells, standing in all his yellow glory, working on a machine Iris knows doesn’t belong. He catches her, and while he can’t kill her, her powers beat his, he does imprison her. He laments he would rather just kill her, everything has already gone wrong.
When Talia finds Iris they learn the truth. Eobard Thawne killed Nora Allen, got stuck in time, and killed Harrison Wells. He blew up the accelerator early, on purpose but everything was wrong. Barry was wrong. Wrong job, wrong powers, wrong life. And now, now Eobard could never leave, and Barry couldn’t fight back. He would just run.  Leave.
Barry wouldn’t run. He was tired of running. Wouldn’t leave. He poisoned the man, and Iris mutilated his arm and he still got away. They would never get a chance like that again.
So Iris decided to get rid of him. She hunted down Thawne’s ancestor, Captain Edward Thawne. A good man, but if it would kill Eobard then Titanium would make it quick.
Its during this that Titantium found out Hot Pursuit’s idenity.
Wally.
“Harrison Wells” left them everything. S.T.A.R. labs, millions of dolars and a confession. Henry Allen was let out of Iron Heights. And Hot Pursuit now has partners. Bomba, a woman who could blow up anything she touched. Solarflare, a woman made of fire who could change anything into something completely different. And two very condensading hawk people.
As Lisa becomes Mayor of Central City, politicians from around come and go. One such person is Jennifer ‘Stormy’ Knight, stone faced daughter of Senator Henry Knight and former Wild Child. After an accident, and an attack, Stormy took on the moniker ‘Phantom Lady’ and fights crime in the battle against dirty politicians. An ally of Titanium and future member of Iris’ ‘Furies’.
Barry proposes to Iris in a beautiful club they recently claimed, and murdered the former gang of, with a private show, just them, and they made love on the stage.
They have a small beautiful wedding and honeymoon in France. Of course, the wedding was inturrupted but nothing Titanium and her Good Doctor couldn’t end.
-----
Barry becomes a bendy assassin who uses needles, poison, scalpel, and knowledge of the body to fight. He doesn’t like to back down and is petty when he feels like he’s been insulted.
Iris is a metal tank. She’s sharp, observational, a great detective and an amazing at deception. Silver tongue, y’know? She’s ruthless and protective. She doesn’t trust people easily and usually, she only believes Barry. Also, the only person who can tell Barry what to do, not only that he also always listens (100%).
Decided to add Talia cause no one ever lets her make her own decisions not based on her father or lover. Also added Lisa cause I mean?? Lisa. Also, I’ve recently fallen in love with Phantom Lady sooooo.... bias
Heroes include Wally West as Hot Pursuit, Bette Sans Souci as Bomba, Lily Stien and Valentina Vostok as Solarflare and Carter Hall and Kendra Saunders as Hawkman and Hawkwoman.
This is in reference to lostinthespeedforce ‘s post about Evil WestAllen. So. Feel like I could have done better but...

SHIPPING INFO // Answer the following for your muse(s) so people know how shipping works on your blog. REPOST. Don’t reblog.
WHAT’S YOUR OTP FOR YOUR MUSE?:  Canonically it’s DawnxJeven. Those two seem like they were super duper sweet. In a semi-canonic AU where every Robin basically got a set of speedsters (Dick-Wally, Jason-Dawn&Don, Tim-Bart, Damian-Irey) it’s probs Dawn-Jay? Dawn-Babs? Then there’s Lian stuff. asoihdaoishdsaihd. But yeah canonically Dawn & Jeven are pretty darn adorbs.
WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?: Um. As long as it doesn’t push any of my triggers I’m okay? Like Dawn is pansexual and loves people and affection and I’m multifandom...
HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?: Uh. Maybe 20 years? I dunno. It really depends on the dynamics of the relationship. Like if it’s power one over another like a mentor-mentee or teacher-student then... I can’t do that.
ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?: Not really? Like there needs to be chemistry but there normally is because Dawn just seems to be one of my muses who can go from like 0-10 in a heartbeat. So provided it’s not incest or super weird and ooc then I’m usually all good.
HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY’RE CONSIDERED NSFW?: I tend to NSFW it the minute clothes have come off in a sexual manner and there’s touching? I kinda go by the rule of ‘would I want my baby brother/sister to read this? Nope?’ then read more it.
WHO ARE OTHER MUSES YOU SHIP YOUR MUSE WITH?:  oh dear lord here we go... @ofaarok (dawnjeven), @licn (dawnlian), @captainbootyrang (dawnowen), @capedfound (dawnbabs), @jxsontodd (dawnjason), @crownedthunder (dawntorunn), @sonofsuperman (dawnjon), @sonofasymbol (dawnjames kinda? it’s started), @thedarkempath (dawnraven), @archeroftheeast (dawnroy), @hearstheearth (dawnjinx),  @combvsticn (dawntommy flirted/been on a date), @notpietro (dawntommy flirted/kissed), @heroichunter (i’m not quite sure what exactly is happening here but I’m including you babe)
i also totally ship dawn/kory, dawn/cassie && dawn/mary marvel ( @mightiestgirl )
So I do believe there’s more people Dawn has crushes on/has flirted with but you guys are the ones I know she’s gone after/has developed relationships with.
DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?: I prefer it. Like even if you just message and be like ‘my character has a thing for dawn, do you feel it?’ kind of thing. Most likely thing is yes I do, but I’ve had some weird not so great experiences with forced ships or people before.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU LIKE TO SHIP?:  tbh I kinda just let my muse run with it. I’ve had some muses that don’t ship easily or quickly. It’s just who they are. And I have others that could basically go through my whole dash in a shipping craze. It’ll happen naturally if that’s where it wants to go.
ARE YOU MULTISHIP?: Yep! On Dawn I am. I have other blogs where I am single ship. But Dawn is multi.
ARE YOU SHIP OBSESSED OR SHIP MORE-OR-LESS?: Um. Well the thing about ships, the way I view it, is that they’re more than just sex. They’re friendship, affection, romance... All of which Dawn is desperately in need of and wants to have. Which is probably why she becomes interested in so many people. But I just... love relationships in general. I write a lot of family stuff on here, and friendships, and all different age brackets and verses (comic, tv, movie, comic au). Dawn is a great place to really delve into relationships of all kinds- she has strong emotions which depending on the verse, she voices loudly or doesn’t voice and lets simmer. She’s loyal and compassionate but also stubborn and a bit of a butthead. And that just is really interesting to write against other people.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM?: I don’t really have one in DC. Probs because anytime I like something some writer messes with it. In A Series of Unfortunate Events which I’m also obsessed with right now it’s the Baudelaire parents. Omg. They’re just. Kill me now. They’re amazing. THEY DO PRANKS AND MAGIC TRICKS AT EACH OTHER AND THEN READ POETRY. Like. They’re such couple goals. Besides the whole burning to death in a fire thing.
FINALLY, HOW DOES ONE SHIP WITH YOU?:  Well... start by writing with me. I’m also a lot better at getting into a ship if you talk to me ooc too? I prefer talking ooc if you write with me a lot so I can feel less anxious around you. And if we’re gonna ship I gotta feel less anxious you know? Otherwise I become a mess of keyboard smashing.
tagged by:  @sonofsuperman && @jxsontodd bc they’re both darlings and thought of me.
tagging: if you’re in my ships mention then yeah. also like everyone? i dunno. if you like it bbs do it.

#iZombie Season 3 Episode 2 "Zombie Knows Best." Recap with Spoliers
What’s Clive got to do with it?
So, last week we discovered little undead Wally’s family was murdered because they were zombies which, if you recall, brought Clive around to the whole “zombie thing.” Tonight, Detective Cavanaugh informs him HE is Wally’s in case of emergency contact. So, while Clive tries to make the connection somewhat casual, Cavanaugh shuts him down with a very personal photo of Clive with Wally.
SIDE NOTE: This show has the BEST title sequence!
Shot through the head and who’s to blame?
Flashback…four days earlier in the morgue, Ravi is presenting the facts from the triple homicide, as a sullen Clive looks on. Cavanaugh is definitely suspicious. Why exactly did Fillmore-Graves, a private military contractor, buy out an energy drink company? Good question!
Which brings us back to Cavanaugh questioning Clive about his relationship to Wally. His story is explained through flashbacks from when they were neighbors. Clive can hear Wally’s father yelling at his mother and then smacking her. The Clive we know and love would never stand for that so he intervenes with his badge, his muscle and introduces him to his handcuffs. Cavanaugh now sees why he is the in case of emergency go to.
Back at the lab, Clive informs Liv that its obvious Cavanaugh will now be investigating Fillmore so they agree to give them a heads up. Clive is officially on Team Z!
Of course, our team needs its brains and obviously, the recent murder victims are zombies so we don’t wish for death but s*** happens. A teenage girl is being annoyed by her father as he sings eighties metal ballads. Just as he is about to give her the old “fifteen won’t last forever speech,” a car slams into them. Fresh Brains!
Flat Stanley…
“Oh, two brains! That is convenient!” -Ravi
Back at the lab, we finally get back to the wild ways of Liv’s creative brain dishes.
Fire up the grill! Chili dogs!
Poor Clive, he is still adjusting. Major arrives for chow time. His choices: the dad, Stanley or his fifteen-year-old angst-ridden daughter.
“You should eat the daughter…words I never thought I’d hear myself saying.” -Clive
Major is reluctant to be on the teen brain due to his ongoing search for Natalie and his recent zombie army gig. He agrees with them anyway since Liv has already partaken in the Stanley dog and we need her visions to help solve the mystery as well.
Anyone else queasy? Besides Clive that is?
Major shares he might be getting close to finding Natalie. When he was on Janko's brains he had a vision of her whispering a phone number to him.
Ravi and Major relax at the lab as Ravi continues to mope about Blaine and Peyton. Lucky for us, the teen brains start kicking in.
I can honestly say there is literally nothing much better to watch than Major on teenage girl brains! Like for real...totes!
Major jams to Katy Perry to Ravi’s dismay as Liv and Clive return and Liv starts acting exactly like a father to a teenage daughter.
Back at Fillmore, Major is in the locker room at mercenary training with a gaggle of heavily muscled dudes. He starts inappropriately commenting on their physique in his best teen voice. Luckily, he can easily explain away his behavior due to his ability to be openly zombie. As Major tries to get opinions on his multiple selfies, he has a flashback. Stanley was telling teen girl that they needed to take something on her IPhone to the authorities and she argued that Winslow would never forgive her.
Meanwhile at the lab, Clive has been investigating the name Winslow and has some promising leads. Major continues to annoy with his he's all  and she's all " teen speak." He does however share something he learned in the locker room about a formula the guys take so they don’t have visions and personality changes. If it weren’t for the pending murder to solve, I am sure they would all be force feeding it to Major stat!
Out of nowhere a goth like figure enters for Clive and announces he has been summoned. He actually looks like someone who would do the summoning but okay…
Clive has sent for someone from IT to retrieve information from teen girls smashed to bits phone. (Her name is Cindy. I don’t know why I missed it before.)
Liv and Clive visit Fillmore aka Zombieland to find political posters on Vivian’s desk. Apparently, Viv is supporting a zombie for Mayor.
“I hope he doesn’t scratch any babies while he’s out working the trail.” -Clive
Juggling two cases, Liv and Clive are hoping Vivian can help them with the Wally case. Vivian states the obvious suspects- HUMANS! Specifically, the kind that want to eradicate zombies. Although humans don’t technically know about zombies yet, the effects of last week’s confession on the Chuck Bird show has started an alt movement against zombies-so there are believers!
Liv and Clive talk to Wally’s teacher and she shares that her undead students are worried. They want to know when the humans are coming to get them.
Jump ahead to the beginning when Cavanaugh was trying to get the skinny from Clive on his relationship with the victims. Flashback to the first time a reluctant Clive babysat Wally after getting rid of his abusive dad. Apparently, Wally is responsible for getting Clive hooked on Game of Thrones!
Clive, Liv and Major head to the police station to interview Cindy’s friend, Winslow. As they grill her about her recent falling out with her friend, Major has a major teen moment and as Liv goes to scold him, she has a vision which prompts her to ask Winslow about exactly what they fought over. Before she can get an answer, Winslow spots her stepdad and insists she must leave. As Liv gazes over at said stepdad it becomes obvious he is nothing but bad news!
Bare and Illegal
Still at the station, Clive is getting more annoyed by the minute at Major’s teen girl behavior. Who wouldn’t? Liv explains she saw what was on Cindy’s phone. A selfie of Winslow in bed with a 40 something shirtless man-the stepfather.
“I’m like SO grossed out right now!” -Major Agreed, Major.
Everything becomes clear…Flat Stanley wanted to go to the police because he saw the photo of Winslow and her stepdad and it was most likely him who killed them to stop it. Unfortunately, zombie visions are not grounds for arrest quite yet. We hope that goth boy gets something off the smashed phone. Clive heads out to find a judge to get a warrant for Winslow’s phone and Liv and Major have a heartfelt father daughter moment. Well, she tries anyway and Major leaves with an eye roll and a “don’t even.”
Liv and Clive head to Winslow’s parents place of business, which is ironically a plant nursery. As they confront creepy step dad about his whereabouts during the murder, Winslow and her mom arrive with an attitude. They present them with a warrant for Winslow’s phone to a horrified look on Winslow and she hands it over.
Back at the lab, thanks to her super dad brains, Liv has been playing lab handy man. Ravi confesses he too is having trouble controlling his emotions due to his recent obsession over Peyton and Blaine. My ship name for them is Bleyton! Liv gives him some solid fatherly advice. Clive arrives with news that Winslow received a citation for driving without a license recently and it was a stick shift, important because her stepdad’s giant truck has a stick shift and we thought there was no way she could have driven the thing.
Gross Busters
At the police station Clive is trying to figure out how to deal with the case as there just isn’t enough to arrest anyone. His main goal is to get Winslow away from her abuser. This leads him to think about Wally again and we flash back to a scene which gives the impression Wally’s mom a Clive got pretty cozy at one point.
Winslow and her mom enter and jolt Clive from his fantasy of a former domesticated bliss. Even more so when she claims her husband WAS the one who killed Stan and Cindy Chapman. Why I keep missing everyone’s name in this episode is beyond me!!! This is just the break Clive has been waiting for! Winslow has come clean about her affair with her mother’s husband…Ben? Len? Ken! Apparently, Ken has left town unexpectedly. Winslow confesses she told Cindy about the affair and Cindy and her dad threatened to go to the police.
Just in time, Criss Angel tech edition is back! Despite the fact that he looks like he should be leading a Wiccan meeting at the moment, he has salvaged something off the destroyed phone-deleted texts. Clive and Liv cannot figure out how Ken would know the Chen’s were threatening police action. Turns out, mom has downloaded the app Tinker Spy on her phone so she has full access to her texts, including the one’s from Cindy.
Of course, once mom is found it she pulls the old blame the child for sleeping with her husband routine. So, Ken is in the clear and mom gets arrested for the Chen murders.
Case Closed. Although I am a little worried about Ken now, especially since I finally know his name! But then I remember he is a creepy child molester so who really cares. Winslow is off to live with her father and Clive puts a APB out on Ken.
Ravi arrives to discuss a clip he heard on the Chuck Bird show, a man had found brains in his neighbor’s trash. Clive gets an address. The caller lived next door to Wally’s family so Clive is without a doubt concerned. Clive and Liv interrogate the neighbor about the murder but get way more than they bargained for! He tells them it’s not like he’s the only one who knew Wally’s family were zombies. Seems message boards have popped up discussing and outing zombies on the internet; including the Max Rager incident. The website he shows them not only talks about stockpiling for the Zombie Apocalypse but gives an Ariel shot of Wally’s home. NOT GOOD! The suspect list just got a million times larger!
Clive and Liv pay Vivian a visit. Vivian is shocked that things are moving so fast. During the chat, Clive gets a phone call about Ken using a credit card in Tacoma so he rushes off to nab him. It’s clear Clive is feeling the pressure. After he takes care of Ken we are brought full circle to the beginning of the episode where Cavanaugh is questioning Clive. He asks them why he lost touch with them. Clive explains he was deep undercover on a case and when he got back they had left. Anna had taken Wally to live with her brother and start a new life. The episode ends with a brooding Clive wishing things could have turned out differently.
Episode Rating: 9.
The show was practically perfect but I will only give it a nine because-NO BLAINE!
