somewhat related to that last post. even if we completely ignore the issues with the ship itself. if you genuinely think that sonic and amy are either currently a couple or will become one eventually then idk what to tell you its never gonna happen and the day particularly weird and annoying sonamy fans realize that and stop bothering people about it will be the day i know peace

Shut up#wdym so.namy was canon from the start amy wasnt even created to be a love interest???#the intention behind her creation was 'little kid with unrequited crush on sonic'#and this is reflected in the fact that amy was 8 and sonic was 16 back then#and their ages have been retconned since then so they have a smaller age gap now but still#implying that theyve been a couple this entire time since amy's debut is weird as hell#and i would honestly argue that the age gap is Still weird but at least sonic isnt double amys age anymore i guess#also ive seen people say the second thing about sally and like. not trying to pit amy and sally against eachother but#sally and amy were created around the same time and unlike amy sally was actually supposed to be a love interest#how could so.nally possibly have been taking away from so.namy in any way... when so.namy wasnt even supposed to be a thing back then...#also its pretty clear that the focus of sonic isnt romance and sega isnt interested in doing romance stuff with their characters..#do these people just.
