i’m having kbbq for the first time tonight!
#it’s soso good! i’m with a couple work friends who have had it before so it’s a guided tour#we did a brisket/boneless short rib and some pork belly and a couple other thin beef dishes#and then some spicy chicken (which is like the la croix of spicy chicken. the essence of spicy.)#and i used chopsticks the entire night (i’m horrible with chopsticks but i did it!)
