we're probably going to buy a vacuum cleaner sometime soon. I haven't started looking into it yet because it seems very overwhelming. I have never bought a vacuum cleaner before (we've been using a pretty old and not good one that was my dad's) and I have no idea how to find one that is good and lasts a long time. I sort of know what I want/find important but I don't know how to go from that to finding an actual product.

with things for my hobbies or anything like that I'd usually look for opinions on Reddit and Youtube, so I guess maybe that's what I'll do first?

#we might also buy a washing machine too #and again I've never done that before #we got our current one for free from my sister-in-law's mother's partner so we didn't choose it or anything #but it's incredibly annoying and doesn't work well and we've done everything that we could do ourselves #and it was already used and older when we got it so I honestly don't feel too bad about getting rid of it #anyway! why is this so hard lol #if there were like 5 models and you just had to decide which one you like and they all lasted like 30+ years it'd be so easy 😭#personal
