FUR NOW 2017 : We Love Fur Style

“エコファー”という言葉が主流になるなど、ここ数シーズンいつにも増して続くファートレンド。

50年以上の歴史を持ち、国際毛皮産業業界においてファートレードを牽引する団体、IFF（国際毛皮連盟）が発表するグローバルキャンペーン“FUR NOW”も、同じく毎年話題になるトピックスだ。

その2017年バージョンは、1年を通してそれぞれの季節を感じるような4つのファッションストーリーで構成されている。

　　

　

　　

　

6月に公開されたファーストストーリーは、イタリアのスタイリストの仕事風景をイメージ。

ファッションシューティングでスタイリングをしている様子など、ハイファッションが得意なスタイリストが送る日常を映し出したビジュアルからは、リズミカルでスタイリッシュな魅力が溢れている。

技術の向上によりカラフルな色や凝った技巧のファーが増えるなか、では実際どう着こなせばいいのか？、という消���者の疑問にさまざまなファーの多様性を提案しているのもポイントだ。

　　

　

　　

　

　　

　

　　

　

ちなみにこのキャンペーンにはWEBサイト『the wearefur.com』をはじめソーシャルメディアや『Vogue.com』でシェアされ、ファーストストーリーには1,300万以上もの反響があったそう。

そのような反応からも、ここでは「Fendi」や「Saint Laurent」、「Zac Posen」、「Dolce & Gabbana」といったとリュクスブランドが登場しながらも、ファーというものが従来の手の届かない高級品、というステレオタイプなイメージを覆し、若者を中心にアクティブで身近なデイリーウェアとして浸透していることが窺える。

　　

　　

　　

　

　　

　

　

　

セカンドストーリーは、9月に公開されたばかり。

こちらではファッションにこれから興味を持ちそうな、若くて親しみやすいアジア人学生をテーマにしている。

ここではエッジが効いたカラフルなファー使いをメインに、塗りっぱなしの壁といった不完全なインテリアにもフィーチャーし、クリエイティブとナチュラルのコントラストを生み出した。

ドラマティックでキャッチーなビジュアルにより、ファーファッションが世代や国籍を超え、誰にとっても親しみやすいもの、デザインでも選択肢の幅が広く楽しめるもの、可愛いやクールといったあらゆるテイストに変化するもの、といったイメージがより可視化された今回のキャンペーン。

続く第3弾ではゴージャスさとデカダンスを併せ持ったアメリカ人女性（11月上旬公開予定）、第4弾ではファッションショーのフロントローのために衣装をフィッティングするブリティッシュラッパーが登場（2018年1月公開予定）するそうなので、引き続きこの一連の流れを追ってみるのもいいのでは。
