Some goodies I picked up yesterday at Walgreens. They had a buy 2 get on free on all the cosmetic brand lines. The #wetnwild was only 5.99 and I have heard great things so I am excited to try it. The Loreal #ColourRicheMatte is a gorgeous shade I have used before and is my favorite red shade. It was a shade named after Blake Lively knows as Blake's Red 402 but they changed the name now to Devils Matte 402. I was glad to discover this as I thought they had discontinued this shade and I have been using my old tube rarely and sparingly. It is so hard to find that perfect red for my skin tone! This was 9.99. Next is the #maybellinesuperstay matte ink in shade 15 Lover. I have not tried this line of liquid mattes yet and have not heard much so I am excited to try this as well. This was 9.99. Bonus that happened was the makeup did not ring up with the sale price so the cashier took off one of the 9.99 priced items so essentially I got all three items for 16 dollars! Not too shabby! I am going to be testing the foundation and the Maybelline product today. **Product Review** Finally! My order has arrived and I have been waiting to get my hands on this product - the Wet N Wild Photofocus Foundation. This has been hyped for so long and I know I'm a bit late. 😌 Better late than never, right? Regarding the brand, I believe Wet N Wild is one of the well-known western drugstore products because of its quality and of course, its reasonable price point. 👌 As for the product, I really like it! It's like paying for the price of a copper and getting the quality of a gold. Disclaimer: I, personally, have a veeery oily skin, acne and also a whole lot of hyperpigmentation. *** Wet N Wild PhotoFocus Foundation In Golden Beige (Warm Medium) What I like: ✔Price: Php 450.00 (Thru Shopee)💰 ✔Buildable coverage (sheer to high medium)👍 ✔ Lightweight 👏👏👏 ✔No flashback/whitecast 💯 ✔Certified Vegan and Cruelty Free 👌 What I dont like: ✖Accessibility - I believe this is only Available online (at least here in the Philippines. I may be totally wrong. They might be retailing this somewhere else. It could just be with the Wet N Wild stalls from our malls here in Lipa, Batangas) ✖Packaging - ▶Glass bottle, definitely not travel friendly especially if you're as clumsy as me. ▶Spatula applicator, I prefer pumps or squeeze tubes. ✖Oil control - oil seeps through after about 4-6 hours of wear. In the foundation's defense, I may notice grease peeking through but it doesn't look gross or anything. It still looks decent and there's just very minimal blotchiness around my noise where most foundations usually break up. ✖Scent/Smell - it smells like straight up paint. 👎 Who would I recommend this foundation to: People who has minimal spots to cover, if you do have lots of hyperpigmentations like me and you dont mind those spots being still slightly visible or if you dont mind spot-concealing afterwards, then go ahead. Also, this would be perfect if you are going to parties where there will be flash photography because this foundation will give save you from looking like a ghost-face. 😂 Just make sure you pick the right shade. 😉 Final verdict: Overall I will give this foundation a 7/10 and I will definitely repurchase this.

Based on the poll posted on my Insta Story, it seemed like more than 70% messaged me that they wanted the "Best of Drugstore Foundation Series" for this week, that is why for today I am sharing with you my most and very best favorite drugstore foundation the "Wet N Wild Photofocus Foundation" and I am in the shade Soft Beige. This is also for my girls out there that always asks about this foundation ❤️ - What it is/Claims: "Your skin, only better. Our new high-performing, skin-perfecting foundation underwent major road testing under seven different photo lighting conditions to deliver flawless camera-ready makeup every time. Specially made with a matte, light-diffusing complex to give your skin #nofilter perfection." WetnWild.com - Formula: The formula of this foundation is neither thick nor runny, it has the nice and just right whip to it which makes it more easy to blend to the skin. The formula is also a "breathable" formula in which you can still feel that your skin is moisturized and not caked up. - Application: Since the consistency and formula of this is not runny and not thick, this applies well with either brush or beauty sponge. I even use my fingers to apply this and still the finish would be perfect. If you want a fuller coverage then you should use a brush, but if you a thinner coverage then use a brush. - Shade: There are various shades available for this foundation that you can really find the right shade for you. - Conclusion: Since my skin is "Dry", this foundation has been the best foundation for me since it did not emphasize any dry patches on my skin and this doesnt feel dry and cakey. Day two of trying this #wetnwildfoundation#wetnwildphotofocus yesterday about 4 hours in I felt so greasy and had a hard time keeping the foundation in one spot when putting blush/contour on. Today, I tried a different primer under the foundation should so far I'm 3 hours in not looking oily but still had a little hard time putting other powders on the face the foundation wants to keep moving even after baking.
