What an honour and privilege it was to work with these ladies and get to know them and to still be in contact with them today! Winner, winner, wild mushroom dinner..! Tonight I maxed out the treadmill at 17.2MPH and became the oldest (35 years old) at @extrahourtraining after my student @yarovoyvitalii became the youngest (9years old)!! He challenged me to do it and I couldn’t say no. Now let’s see who can do it too!!
