If anyone tells you to drink milk to help your GERD they are deceiving you, milk is actually an acid and makes it worse. As someone who has had GERD for years, the thing that always always helps me is drinking a lot of water! Also all fruits except bananas and pears are acidic.

ig it makes sense if there was like a scheduling conflict or something but i was really hoping/under the impression that the rescue was going to be live and it's not the end of the world that its not but whateverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i'm gonna be sad about it but at least we get cellbit and baghera back which is all that matters (i am coping)

tbh what i would guess is that because of how the server reopening ended up getting scheduled and the fact that cellbit wanted to come back sooner it probably just ended up having to work this way; they also probably asked everyone possible to come on today. so yeah i think it was just what had to happen but im also really sad about no rescue stream and just in general how things have worked out for the last few months BUT i have hopes that things will improve and im excited about the new mods and everything. also the thought of a cellbit richas reunion today im going to sob fr
