that poll of like whats ur sleep aid of choice assuming if u dont use any u have no trouble sleeping uhm what about us freaks who just go for it raw no sleep aids nothing just toss and turn experience existential dread lying staring at the ceiling for hours and hours cuz sleep meds do nothing so why take them...

#when i tried to take trazadone and went straight for the highest recommended dosage to really knock me out #and it lowered my blood pressure enough so i nearly fainted #but despite having no sleep for like 24 hours plus all that trazadone i stayed awake for even more hours contemplating the horrors #that was such a fucked up day tbh
