unfortunately i must start tracking protein intake
#i refuse to use any of the godforsaken apps i dont want to know how many calories im eating#when i was anorexic i was sooo obsessed with all the numbers#but i need to maximize the gainz so im just gonna manually track my protein in a little notepad ^_^#i like working out but its a bit of a waste of time if im not getting enough protein. i really want to actually grow my muscles
