I've been rawdogging lateral this whole time??? They have transcripts??? I couldn't find them when I started listening and so I've been struggling

yes ! they are not on spotify yet because spotify doesnt support transcripts like that apparently but they are trying to make them fix it. full transcripts are always on the lateral site and they are pretty great.
