Its so funny that my club rarely has people show up and like of course one of the days we do get someone to show up besides me & my 2 friends/cab members, its a white girl asking some unnecessary shit like....one of our discussion questions was what do you wanna see from us (a club for lgbt+ poc) workshop/presentation wise and she focking asks "why is blm called a terrorist organization" ummm WHAT

#and of course our answer boiled down to white supremacy and we were like ok anything else.....#and she goes into this rant about not understanding why people get attacked for having privilege and other related shit #in which we were answering as calm as possible and then answering the same shit bc she was not getting the answer she wanted obvi #so we'd frame it in another way and shed bring it up again while also reiterating shit we'd tell her #and like i was honestly getting pissed at one point but my friend was like shes not purposely antagonizing us...so i tried to keep calm #but at one point we had to be like being 'attacked' for your privilege does not in any way shape or form equate to the #often life threatening situations underpriviledged people face & thank god at one point my friend was like im not gonna cry tears for #priviledged people #but anyways we were super pissed off at the end like there are events set up all month where you can educate yourself on shit like this #we literally had someone speak on what you were asking last week DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH #we shouldve been more blunt about it too like there was no need for 3 poc to be so level headed when asked shit like that #esp my friend sam like she did not need to hear shit like that #like we dont give a fuck if you feel bad bc you have sm privilege & you feel attacked over it get over yourself #dl #also lmao at one point she was like my moms a liberal and my dads a conservative so they often argue like AND??? pack it up stacy!!!#cryingg she was also like i have mental illnesses but my dad is a nurse so we have good healthcare ummm AND?!?
