I'm really sick of people writing off marginalized groups because they don't like the exact words that those groups use to describe their struggles.
#when skinny people ridicule fatphobia and non transmascs scoff at the term transandrophobia its extremely telling#I'm so sure there are more examples of this but these are things I'm directly affected by and specifically see a lot of pushback against#I feel like its fueled by the idea of choice. you CHOOSE to eat like shit and not exercise therefore discrimination against you isnt real#you CHOSE to align yourself masculinely and men aren't oppressed therefore you can't talk about the way your gender marginalizes you#probably gonna delete this later but I've been seeing a lot of this lately and it's getting real old#soupy post
