Sleeping Where I Shouldn't | Stray Kids Extra Member AU

Nicholas has a habit of falling asleep. Getting his makeup done, laying on one of the boys, during a Vlive, and many more examples. I made a compilation of times we saw Nick sleeping in the background. - random fan | Or 3 times the camera caught Nicholas sleeping, and the 1 time they didn't.

1. Sleepy Lives

Chris was filming a Chan's Room episode. He was in the middle of answering someone's question about Nicholas, ironically, when he caught someone's comment.

"Nick is asleep?" Chris repeated, tilting his head in confusion. He watched the comments pour in. All talking about Nicholas falling asleep during his live.

"Wait, he's live now?" Chris asked, laughing softly as he grabbed his phone. Quickly, he checked Nick's live and laughed at the sight: Nicholas leaning on his folded arms with his hood halfway off his head. Someone placed a box of hair clips next to him.

"He was talking about me?" Chris asked, looking at someone saying 'He fell asleep talking about you'

Just then, his door opened, and in peeked a laughing Jisung.

"Are you live?" The younger asked, looking between Chan and whoever was outside.

"Yeah, what happened?" Chris laughed.

"Nick fell asleep and now Hyunjin and Felix are putting clips in his hair," Jisung laughed, screaming when Jeongin yanked him back outside.

2. Driving Sleep

After a long day of work, everyone was headed home. Hyunjin, Felix, Minho, and Nicholas were in the same car. Minho is recording from his seat in the front, with Hyunjin and Felix sitting in the middle. Nicholas was eating a cookie in the far back.

"Look at them." Minho angled the camera at the trio behind him. Hyunjin waved while Felix giggled out 'Hello!'

"Is he sleeping?"

They both turned around. Nick was lying with his head back, a cookie in his mouth, and his left arm across his lap. The container of cookies pressed against his thigh by his hand.

"Nick?" Hyunjin called, flinching when Minho hit him. He glared at a laughing Felix before looking at Minho.

"Be quiet!" The older whispered. He turned the camera and zoomed in on Nick's face, laughing softly when the cookie crumbled out of his mouth.

3. Backstage Naps

They'd just gotten off stage, sweaty and tired, immediately sitting on the closest furniture. Jisung and Jeongin collapsed onto a couch with Nicholas lying across them. His legs propped onto Jisung's lap and his torso across Jeongin's body, head tucked into his neck. The trio were asleep with a fan pointed towards them.

In front of them, on the floor, was Chan. His head leaned back against Jisung's leg with his hand raised limply held in Nicholas' hand.

1. Practice Depletion

"I can't tell who looks smaller, Changbin or Nicholas."

Minho, Jisung, Seungmin, and Jeongin stood over Changbin and Nicholas in the practice room. They could hear Chan, Hyunjin, and Felix laughing at them from their spots on the floor.

Changbin lay on the floor with Nicholas curled beside him, both asleep. Nick lay on his side, back pressed into Changbin's side, in a fetal position. One of Chanbin's arms lay under Nicholas' head as a pillow against the hard floor.

her father omg. the moment he saw 10-year-old julia in a training room was the moment he knew he had to protect her. julia had just come from australia at that time and having chan, someone who could understand exactly how she was struggling as a foreigner, really helped her in the long run. chan would always be with the girl, to the point where he was helping her get ready for school in the morning and even pick her up in the afternoon. julia relies on chan a lot for a variety of things; whether it be helping her create a song to taste-testing her food to make sure it's perfect. chan can basically read the girl like an open book. he can tell when she isn't feeling well or when she's really excited to do something, even before she can at times. don't get me wrong, julia does mess with chan a lot, but behind those teasing words and smirk, she knows she has someone who will always care for her, at her highest of highs and lowest of lows.

she was so scared of him when they first met. like he just. looked scary. she got to know him a lot better over the time they spent preparing for debut and they became extremely close. julia looks up to him a lot, and similar to chan, she's like his daughter. they bond over their skill in dance— it was what brought them together in the first place. she also trusts his judgement; whenever julia feels like she needs guidance or another opinion on something she'll go to minho and ask for his perspective. he's the one who can talk her into doing things and it literally always works; usually whenever she's sick he and chan team up to get her to lay down. lee know is like julia's mother and chan's the father !!! he does spend a lot of time teasing her though. over her height, her saying something funnily, her tripping, etc. everything she does is funny to him ? but its okay, it's all in love ofc !!

MY SUNSHINE AND SUNSHINE PROTECTOR DUO I CANNOT. whenever she's running around playing with one of the boys or just by herself he'll be like standing in the back with the most proud smile ever. they enjoy teasing each other, and will take up any opportunity possible to; at restaurants, during filming, etc. when changbin's on "watch the maknaes" duty and sees julia about to do something he's run towards her, pull her away, smack her head, and then go back to what he was doing before.. it's happened on camera too many times. he also helps julia during song recording because she tends to mess up or misread certain korean bits. her #1 fanboy !! whenever she has an idea for a song he'll just sit and listen attentively and even help her tweak the lyrics. changbin tries his best to understand julia's struggle as the only girl and just wants the best for her in the long run

two human batteries that never die out. julia highly influences hyunjin into doing silly shit, like pranking the members, teasing them, just causing chaos anywhere and everywhere.. it's a little crazy. they're both extroverts when together, minho and chan see them fooling around in their nightmares i swear. back to the calmer side; they love to draw and paint together. julia has a lot of the paintings they've made together hung up in her room. hyunjin was the one to talk her through panic attacks (and still is!!) when they were frequent and that was one of the only times they would actually be quiet together. whenever julia feels like she needs to take a break or just have time to breathe while on stage, hyunjin would immediately be at her side making sure she's alright. hyunjin's probably the one who talks her into doing things that she probably shouldn't be doing in newer places. they also go live together so often, and half of those lives are just filled with them dancing or teasing each other.

you thought jujin was bad? these two are worse. they'll take any possible opportunity to argue with each other. most times it's just to mess with the older members, but they do enjoy teasing each other. in fact, you can usually tell something's up with one or the other when they go more than an hour without saying some kind of belittling comment to eo. however, despite all of this, they're insanely close. whenever another one of the hyungs isn't there to help, they'll usually go to eo during panic attacks. they also share the same fear of heights; when skz has to do something that's relatively high up, liasung will be clinging to eo for dear life. they're like the twins of skz—both the fans and the boys themselves call the pair that. they're always together; on stage, at the dorms, even in variety shows or random vlogs. so many random 1 am bubble updates from them going on late-night walks or convenience store runs.

MY SUNSHINE BABIESSS !!!! the two that will make you smile the moment you see them together. they love eo so much it's just so fluffy and sweet. felix is another member you'll always see julia with because they love to be around each other. julia even admitted she spends more time in jeongin's / felix's rooms because they're so comfortable with eo. julia and felix always talk in english to each other out of habit; when they met, they immediately started to converse in english rather than korean. julia's the person who influences felix to take up his interests, like baking for example! julia also has a lot of matching items with felix, whether it be clothes, jewelry, even phone charms or cases. they both just have so much love to give and it's so evident in the way they treat each other and the members. these two have so many concert / fansign videos of them just hugging or playing with eo; felix likes to let julia play around as much as possible since she's been a trainee since she was a kid and didn't really have a childhood.

During a fansign event, Bella was given a large diamond ring what could fit around her wrist. When it came time for the group to stand up and walk around the stage, she wore the gift on her wrist and turned to Stays.

"Someone gave me this gift but they didn't ask me an important question." She spoke, showing the gift to the Stays and the boys. Everyone screamed and awed at the gift. Jisung came up close and examined the ring and whistled into the mic.

"What didn't they ask you?" Minho asked, playing with a gift he got.

"When someone gives you a ring," Bella began to say. "Aren't you supposed to propose to them?"

This causes fans to scream and and fan who gave her the gift stood up and asked loudly if she could be his girlfriend. Bella laughs happily and is about to answer him when Hyunjin came and wrapped his arms around her waist and moved her away from the crowd, shaking his head.

"No, she's ours." He said while the other members laughed and Stays screamed happily at his words.

It was during the 2nd World Tour and the group was holding a concert in Melbourne as one of their stops. At one point, the group went around the stage to interact with Stays. As Bella was walking around the stage and chatting with fans, she spotted a child.

What was weird however, was that the child was standing by themself and in between where the fans were and the stage; basically where the bodyguards and camera crew were. Moreover, they were standing by themselves, seemingly crying.

Bella wasted no time in jumping of the stage and walking towards the child, ignoring the screams of fans. She knelt down in front of them and the child looked at her.

"Hi," She greeted with a smile. "What's your name?"

The child answered. "D-Do-Young." "Okay, where's your mommy and daddy?" "I don't know." It was clear that the person they came with left the poor child alone. Afraid he was going to get trampled on, she picked him up and began to walk backstage. The surrounding guards immediately followed after her, making sure that the two are not harmed.

"It's okay, we'll find your parents." Bella whispered as she blocked his face from the flashing cameras of Stays while she smiled at them.

Because she was still performing, Bella had to leave him with her manager, telling him to enjoy the show and wait for his parents. It was only twenty minutes later that she was informed through her earpiece that the child's sister had come, and had proved with various photos that she was his sister.

They met during the short break between performances, and Bella saw the young child off with a smile and taking a photo with the older Stay.

Bella was doing an interview with BuzzFeed Celeb, when she was asked what she liked doing in her free time apart from sleeping and exercising.

"I like to chat with Stays, our fans." She replied. "There was a time Chan had to take my phone because Stay and I were debating what was better to wear during the summer season."

"He barged into my room because I had been laughing and Lee Know was complaining that I was loud. I tried to take it back but he said he had to cause it was four o'clock and we had practice in two hours."

She laughed loudly as tears began to roll down her cheeks. "There was also a point I was sending memes in the Stay group chat and everyone would just send them back!!" It was this that made her fall off her chair, laughing her lungs out.

Bella was lying on her bed when the VLive started. Hyunjin and her happened to have rooms close to each other and rather have a live by himself, he figured why not have you join him. Meanwhile, Bella was busy reading a novel and was too tired to stand up from walking around with Seungmin the whole day so she talked with Stays from her bed.

After a few minutes, she felt some exhaustion fall over her and before she knew it, her eyes closed and she fell asleep. Hyunjin was unaware of this and continued to chat with Stays before he looked back at the bed as he had read the comments that Bella had fallen asleep.

He smiled softly before standing up and walking towards the side of the bed where Bella was sleeping. He gently picked her up before sliding under her, placing Bella on his chest.

The fans went wild as Hyunjin adjusted Bella so that she was comfortable. After a few minutes, Hyunjin could be seen scrolling through the comments as Bella laid on top of him, snoring quietly.

At one of their concerts, when it was time for the group to just talk with one another, Felix spoke up.

"Uh, before we continue," he began in English, "I want to get something straight."

"You?" Bella asked, immediately laughing as Chan playfully hit her arm while the others looked at her with a smile.

"No," Felix laughed as well. "I want to confirm something with Stay."

"What is it?" Han asked, curious to what he's going to say.

"Stay, Bella may be your girlfriend," Stays began to shout loudly as Bella giggled, hiding her face as she fawned embarrassment. "But...Bella is our," he gestured to the boys, "...our wife."

The shouts and screams became louder as Bella blushed and laughed while the boys all clapped and smiled, agreeing with him.

Bella had read a poster that they should ask the boys questions about herself and if they can't, she can pour water on them. Naturally, being the menace she is, she agreed to this.

First victim: Changbin. "Changbinnie?" He looked at her as she approached him with a mischievous smile. "What's my favourite food to eat when I'm sad?" "Takoyaki or some tteokbokki." Bella looked at him in surprise as he replied immediately. She nodded her head and walked away.

Second victim: Seungmin. "Yah, Kim Seungmin!" "What?" He replied. "What happened on July 8th, 2019?" "You fell down the stairs and twisted your ankle, your cup of coffee fell as soon as you put it, you accidentally deleted Han's song for the next comeback, you hit Mina-sunbaenim on the head by accident and you got the flu. Summary, it was the worst day of the year for you." Bella blinked at him in shock before walking away, giving him a suspicious look.

Final victim: I.N: "Innie?" "Hmm?" The maknae hummed. "What do I like to do when I'm bored?" "Disturb others." The reply was immediate. "Hey!!" "I'm kidding. You like to take walks and take pictures for Stay to see. You also like cuddling into someone while you watch a romance or thriller." Bella smiled and walked away, satisfied with his answer.

In the end, no one was poured for water and the Stay who requested that was more than happy to see her request fulfilled by her idol.

"Bella is a thief." Lee Know randomly said during a SKZ CODE episode.

"Excuse me?" She asked in confusion.

"You're excused." Lee Know smirked while Bella gave him a deadpan expression and the others laughed at her face.

"What do you mean I'm a thief?" She asked.

"You stole my heart." This time Han replied. "And also you stole Stay's heart."

The answer made Bella roll her eyes playfully, a smile shown on her face. "Guys, stop-"

"You also like to steal our clothes." She paused at Hyunjin's words and looked at him with an offended look. "I don't steal your clothes."

"Last week I saw you steal my hoodie!" I.N joined the fight. "It was the blue one with the koala!"

"I don't have that!" Bella was now getting flustered.

"I saw you wearing my Jordans five times last month." Changbin spoke up calmly but one could easily see the mischievous look in his eyes. "Now that I know you're lying! You were the ones wearing them!"

Chan, who had been laughing in his seat, stood up and walked towards Bella, stopping when he was right in front of her. "What?" She was annoyed at how the situation had turned out to be hence snapping at Chan.

He, however, smiled calmly before leaning down and grabbing the back of the shirt. He lifted the tag and smiled before looking at the female member. "Isn't this my shirt you're wearing."

The silence that filled the room was loud and it was shuttered in an instant by Han and Hyunjin's laughter while the rest stared in shock. Before Bella could defend herself, he spoke again. "I made sure to tag all my stuff because of you so don't even try to deny it."

The scene cuts to a sulking Bella leaning on Felix's side as he laughed, while the other members comforted her telling her she could steal their clothes any time she wants and that they don't mind.

⌦ .｡.:*♡ CLIP EIGHT

This moment was recorded during a fan interaction. Bella was visiting her relatives in Germany when fans heard that she was visiting. They immediately went to the airport and greeted her, excited to see her. Fortunately fans were considerate and didn't push, not wanting her to dislike their country.

When she was exiting the airport, dozens of bodyguards were lined up to prevent fans from coming close to her. As she waved to fans all around her, she noticed someone standing at the edge of the crowd, wearing nothing but a shirt and shorts. It was during the cold season and the temperatures were quite low, so it worried Bella to see someone wearing something for summer in that weather.

After informing her manager, she went to the person, a young boy who looked no more older that 18. He was holding a blank paper and pen, for an autograph. What made her confused was how he seemed so uninterested yet desperate for her signature.

Bella took of her jacket and hung it around the boy's shoulders. He seemed surprised, but it soon turned into relief as he felt the warmth. Soon, someone came to take the boy to hospital like she had requested. He was surprised and Bella simply gave him a wink and he went.

A few hours later, a report on the child abuse of a young man by their extended family would reach the national news, and the picture of the young boy that Bella had met that day was shown. She would never tell, but she saw bruises when she was covering him up. She was glad that the boy was safe now.

My Personal Opinions on Minsung's Dynamic (2018)

Disclaimer: I am not trying to pass off my opinions as facts. This is my personal interpretation of what is laid out right in front of us. I could be completely off base because I don’t know these guys personally, so take this with a grain of salt and feel free to disagree!

Lee Know is very interesting to me.

That’s literally the first thought I had when compiling all of these moments together.

Members and fans equally describe him as the “Tsundere” of the group (even though he’s a multifaceted person with a very caring side towards his closest ones). We see throughout the years he has a dry/deadpan sense of humor, is sarcastic at times, has a more introverted personality, etc. etc.

When I was a newer fan, I quickly assumed that out of him and Han, he was the one that was more inclined to “keep it together” on camera, thus making it super difficult to read him.

That is definitely not the case for me when making this video…cause holy sh*t??? There are times where the guy is shockingly transparent. (the fansigns and the early vlives, especially)

While putting together clips for this year, I found a clip of him (in a later year) where the other members describe him as someone who’s honest with his emotions, which…kind of tracks if you’ve watched him over the years. It's refreshing to see that in an idol.

I’m of the opinion that he developed a little crush on Han early-ish this year. 

I probably would have chalked down LK’s behavior towards Han as platonic fondness like he has for I.N (he really dotes on the youngest like a baby brother during this year. I felt like these two were also pretty close since you see them together frequently, but their friendship isn’t talked about too much. Jeongho is actually so underrated 😭.), if it wasn’t for Changbin’s subtle yet unsubtle remarks towards those two. Changbin is someone who knows them personally, lives with them, and is with them almost 24/7. He knows them better than any of us ever will. So it’s quite telling to me when that is coming from someone who ACTUALLY KNOWS THEM, which really puts things into perspective. 

He literally acts like someone who teases their friend for having a crush.

You have moments where Changbin points and laughs at Lee Know for staring at Han ~that way~ during the dance segment in the KBS World Idol show, then there’s him giving LK the 😏 look when he gets smiley from Han who was doing…almost nothing…during a Vlive they have before a fansign, AND THEN the 3.NO.RA.CHA car Vlive where he’s like “Lee Know why are you so happy? Why are you so happy?” after LK and Han do something that catches Chan off guard (I’m pretty sure they did the one plus one is cute thing that they end up doing during the two kids room episode). Which goes onto another point…THAT episode:

I find it interesting how LK was the one who requested Han to do the aegyo class with him because…like,,,, what?? 🧍‍♀️

For some reason I thought Han was the one who suggested it.

Then comes the part where LK mentions feelings and Han looks into the camera like he’s in the office and LK just nervously giggles and says “I don’t know” after realizing the implications of what he just said. This is also interesting to me b/c normally someone would react like “Oh no!! Don’t misunderstand!” to diffuse any awkwardness. 

And the fansigns, they are so flipping cute in those. 😭 There’s so much content out there so I was stressing out about how much to include and/or exclude. From these alone, you can tell LK adores the hell out of Han. It’s so painfully obvious to watch. It really puts the “LK can’t live without Han” saying by Seungmin into perspective. 

Han, on the other hand, like I said in a previous post, is harder to read. I honestly don’t think he liked LK “like that” at this point, unless he’s incredibly good at hiding it and didn’t want to acknowledge those types of feelings at all for obvious reasons. If you compare him in 2018 to 2023, it's worlds apart. (lmfao the concerts this year are something else; I seriously can’t wait to get to 2023 b/c whatever happened in Australia Sydney day 1 is VERY INTERESTING, like the fancams from that concert are incredibly eye opening for reasons I don’t want to explain right now 😬😬).  LK has remained fairly consistent imo. I think you’ll start to see some reciprocation from Han in later years.

But they are consistently close this year. They bicker and play-fight like close friends do, they comfortably joke around with each other, and they’re always finding some way to interact with the other. The two of them always seem to be on board with eo's ~weird~ antics too. (Much like you see in subsequent years and this year; they haven’t changed at all in that aspect). They’re the definition of soulmates. 

Seeing their evolution as idols from the beginning is very interesting too when you get to go back and watch almost every single content out there. Like plenty has changed within a 5-6 year span, but a lot of things have also remained the same.

Lee know was noticeably more camera shy back then. Han seemed more outgoing and out there compared to him (the guy is a ball of energy) while LK was quieter and more in the background. You can also see snippets of his characteristic sense of humor and “4d” personality, although, again, he was more camera shy so he didn’t show it as much. 

2019 is still a work in progress, but I think Han's behavior much later that year and in 2020 is an interesting change from what we see in 2018.

hey storm but I think I’m gonna have to disagree with you on this one!, I don’t think it’s a matter of believing for the live you’ve linked in that tumblr ask but a matter of acknowledging. in that specific live I’m certain jimin was there and I don’t think there’s much to explain bc frankly that was straight up Jimins voice and he was given subtitles unless I’m absolutely delusional and hearing things 😭 which I hope I’m not since I have very sensitive hearing. but I personally think he wasn’t trying to hide jimin bc they were doing something sneaky or he didn’t want ppl to know but they just wanted to spend more time with eo. The live in question is jks 7/30/2021 live where he does karaoke and takes requests from army’s, my reasoning for believing jimin was there is because I think they just like to spend that much time together as jm told us in a vminkook live where he tells us that jk visits his room three times a day and just sits there and does nothing so I’m assuming that applies in their everyday life including just the time they were in the hotels. And we almost always see jikook gravitating towards eo and just sitting and basking in each others presence in bangtan bombs and memories and all contents while doing nth so i didn’t assume it’d be a big deal if jm just accompanied him while he spent time w army during a solo live.

but there was also the matter of where jm would sit, in Jimins birthday live in 2021 we see a sort of stool/chair in the corner of Jimins live which i assume is the one jk used when he joins him in the live but it also seems like a good place for somebody to sit on as well esp if the camera is turned away from that direction and is portrait like we had in that live of jks that I’ve been referencing.

And we also have in jimins live after he topped the billboard charts where he says he was alone that night but at the beginning of the live he says in Korean “hurry leave” and there’s breathing from smn else and what lots of jikooks assume a kiss sound and a sort of scoff (could be a stretch but idk)(and around 17.23 of the live smn says iloveyou in Korean as he talks ab charging his phone) and im definitely not saying he’s lying but he absolutely doesn’t have to say that he was w anyone and he owns the right to keep that to himself but I’m just using this to say that he didn’t have to outright make jms presence known in that 7/30 live for us to recognise that he was there.

But I think my biggest reasoning for believing jimin was there was bc he was and that was his voice, i don’t think it was jk mumbling at all bc jk and jm have never sounded alike especially when comparing their two voices and not just that but the audio was given subtitles so there definitely was a voice coming from smn that wasn’t jk bc jks lips didn’t even move and if they did it wasn’t enough to illicit a sentence that was understandable. So as a taekooker, I sometimes get confused by Jungkook's demeaner towards Tae. I just rewatched the Yoga series they did and JK barely glances as Tae in the first episode. I just feel like if I were doing an activity with my partner right next to me, I'd want to see how they were doing.

Also during some vlives or videos, Tae is hanging onto JK or interacting with him, but JK doesn't always reciprocate. Like a couple that came out this past year.

Do you think he's just more private and it sort of ignoring/not reciprocating due to cameras being around? I wish we could see them without any cameras at all and see how JK really acts around Tae.

I don't know, maybe I'm just being nitpicky here, but I sometimes feel a bit off about how Jungkook doesn't always respond to Tae's touches. Or sometimes just ignores him completely.

It used to be a lot "worse" from what I can remember. Jungkook used to brush off Tae's touches a lot and sort of pretend nothing happened.

Don't get me wrong, I know there's plenty of moments where they interact and Jungkook is super sweet. But he tends to have periods where he doesn't act like he's with Tae at all. And I wonder if that's maybe intentional? Like he's trying not to give too much away? But then there are other days where he'll be hanging off Tae. So it's confusing.

Hi, anon -- I’ve actually talked quite a bit about this topic before, and lots of other people have chimed in with their thoughts as well.  I’ll link you to a few of those posts below, but my basic thoughts on this are these:

I think that Taehyung is just the type of person to be more inclined toward small, consistent gestures of affection, whereas Jungkook is more inclined toward bigger, bolder gestures that occur less frequently.  As you’ll see if you read through the posts I’ll link to, a lot of people are in partnerships -- myself included -- where one person is more touchy than the other.

When you’re close to someone and inclined toward that sort of engagement, it’s like second nature.  You just do it subconsciously without even really thinking about it, and a lot of times the other person reacts, or doesn’t react, in the same way.  It’s just a normal part of your interaction so it doesn’t really bear reacting to a lot of the time.

It could be that Jungkook is more aware of the camera in certain moments, or that he’s wary of doing too much too often, but honestly given the bold moves he does make sometimes, I’m less inclined to think this than that this is simply the natural way they engage with each other.  It never seems to bother Taehyung, which tells me that he’s secure in Jungkook’s affection for him, whatever form their relationship takes.

And while it’s true that sometimes Taehyung will initiate some sort of interaction that Jungkook doesn’t always want to engage with, that’s also just true of normal people living normal lives.  Real people don’t perform their relationships all the time.  No one reacts in the exact same way to someone in every interaction, no matter how close they are.  Personally, I think it shows that Taekook have good boundaries if one of them can say no to something and have it not be a big deal.

Also, just a note on the latest Run episodes since you brought those up: keep in mind that that’s content which is highly edited.  They must have been at that studio for hours, and we got just a little over an hour of it.  Plus there are seven people to show.  There was far more going on that day than what we saw, and even still, there were plenty of examples of Jungkook looking over at Tae, keeping an eye on him, and when it was Taehyung’s turn to do a solo pose for a photo, Jungkook was right there watching him -- hovering so much that the photographer actually had to move around him at one point lol -- even though he’d been content to watch from the background for everyone else.

From what I’ve seen, Jungkook responds to Taehyung consistently with affection, respect, pleasure, and outright adoration, so I don’t think there’s any issue.

"Not So Surpised Anymore...I Guess"

Summary : You two have been together since high school. Everyone knows, including stays that you two were an item. You joined Felix during one of his vlive, he accidentally blurted out a secret that he had planned for you for quite a while.

“Helloooo~” , Felix waved to the camera as more Stays joined the live stream.

Felix reads through the comments as he tries to reply as fast as he can. One comment outshined the rest.

“Where's y/n?” Felix read out loud.

“Oh y/n? they’re in my bedroom. Let's go find them~”, Felix said cutely as he stood up with his phone in his hand.

You were laying down on his bed while hugging one of his many plushies as you watched your favorite show. Soon after, you were joined by Felix as he wrapped one of his arms around your waist while leaning against the headboard. You were too engrossed in your show to even notice Felix live streaming.

He poked your cheek to get your attention but you didn't even look at him. "Babe give me some attention. You can oggly over kim woo bin hyung later" , he whined before pecking your lips.

 You placed your phone down quickly before cupping his face, returning a peck on his lip. That's when you notice his phone. Eyes widened in surprise as you immediately hid your face in his neck. He laughed after realizing why you did that. “Yah~ show them your face, stay asked where you were”, he said as he tickled your side. You only giggled while waving towards the camera without moving your head away from his neck.

Felix placed the phone down by the night stand before returning to engulf you in a warm hug. He tickled your sides, making you laugh immediately. Finally admitting to defeat, you sat up and leaned your upper body against the headboard. Soon Felix followed you after with his phone in his hand. Leaning his head against your chest before resuming his live stream with Stay who long awaited to see the couple together in a live stream.

“Alright~ Let’s continue this live stream shall we. What should we do?” Felix talked to the camera. You read through the comment as you gently run your hands through his silk hair.

‘You and Y/n should bake some brownies the other stray kids members’

You pointed out that one comment which so happened to also caught Felix attention too. “Lix we should do that, we have all the ingredients we need, so it won’t be a problem”, you said. He nodded his head before replying. “Let’s get baking then Stay~!”

Here you are, half way through the process of making brownies while conversing with your boyfriend and Stays worldwide. Blushing every second when Felix decides to just randomly peck your lips in front of the camera. Leaving the brownies to cool down on the cooling rack, you two settle down on the couch and watch some shows to let time pass quickly.

Reading through the comments that some stays had left. One comment made Felix smile brightly, it looked like he was too over excited. You didn’t catch on what he was reading but his words made you understand what he was replying to.

“Don’t worry, I already planned to propose to y/n soon”, you looked at him starstruck. Usually when it comes to this type of thing, you aren’t supposed to know cause you know…it’s called a surprise for a reason. It seemed like Felix couldn’t contain his excitement. It made your heart flutter at the thought that Felix wanted to spend the rest of his life with you. The moment Felix realized that he had spoiled his surprise plan, he covered his face with the small pillow on the couch. Groaning in embarrassment, thinking that you won't be so surprised anymore when he proposes to you in a few months time. You cheered him up with a hug. Telling him that he just had to propose to you at the time you least expected. He placed the pillow down before leaning his head against the crook of your neck. The comments on the livestream were spamming twice as fast after he mentioned the intention of proposing to you soon. Of course everyone was very supportive of his idea and some even teased him about inviting them to his wedding or at least livestream it for every stay to watch too online despite being across the globe.

As the time passed, you two were already munching on the brownies you both made after packing some for his hyung. Felix and you were talking about marriage and houses that you two would like to look into more, location and so on. Thinking that it was time to close the stream, Felix was about to click the end stream after saying goodbye to stays not before he could say his final words. “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to tell you when y/n gets pregnant with my child bye~” “YAH!” , you yelled in surprise at his words.

He turned off his phone before turning to look at you. “Well not so surprised anymore…i guess”, he said before laying his head on your lap. Despite the ruined surprise plan, the live stream went viral because of what he had said.

Taekook Vlog thoughts...

The other members VLogs looked and felt different to JK & Tae's VLogs. J-Hope's was all about his album and MV; RM VLog seemed very improvised and less managed; Jimin's was very limited in scope (i.e. there was really only 1 or 2 cameras and seemed very static). I predict Jin's will mirror Jimin's production elements, whereas Suga will be closer to RM's.

Tae & JK's VLogs are very (very) similar. There's lots of driving, lots of food, the music playlists, the similar poses and camera angles, and both pretty much start from inside the car.

They were both accompanied by a director of BANGTAN BOMBs and a director of RUN BTS

JK it seems is also with his management team, though you don't see them much, I think they helped set up the campsite ahead of time, and are some of the people he talks to during the VLive he did in June.

Both are accompanied by a woman, though you never physically see her in Tae's vlog (you hear a woman's voice several times in the in Vlog). I think the woman is more of a camera director, as we don't see her much, also in Bangtan Bombs the camera operators all tend to be women.

JK was supposedly driving one of the directors (RUN BTS director) car, that has a baby car seat in the back. I think both directors might be a married couple, and are in both vlogs.

You hear each in the other's vlog at points where they don't seem to be there. Note there are not (most likely). What I think is most likely is that the voices have both been added in post-production for some reason.

It should be noted that Tae & JK have both edited their own vlogs and have added commentary to them in brackets, so are fully aware of what's included in their own blog.

JK visited the same shop as the WOOGA Squad did whilst filming In the SOOP.

Interesting that JK talks about a friend called JeongGyu/JongGyu (as well as Mingyu) how it's a same aged friend and that it makes more senses to use a family name when talking to them, then proceeds to call him Kim JongGyu. I find it interesting because Tae's younger brother is call Jeong Gyu, and he was born in 1997 (same year as JK), so would be considered a 친구 (chingu) (as same age friend).

There was someone in JK's vlog that looked like Tae. I do think Tae was there towards the end, go rewatch the JK VLive and you can hear Tae there too.

In Tae's Vlog in the bonus section, he initially asks for 4 of the same thing but changes that to 3, suggesting that there might be a fourth person either joining them or has accompanied them during the vlog.

It was a normal day in the Xdinary Heroes dorm. All of the members were just relaxing and minding their own business until an idea popped into Gunil’s head. “Hey guys we should do a Vlive!” exclaimed the leader receiving nods of agreement. The group hadn’t gone live in a while and what better time was there to go live than now? The boys had finished all of their work and had so much free time on their hands that doing a Vlive would be an easy task for them! Gunil walked to the living room and set his phone up, motioning for the other members to come join him. Once everyone was seated on the couch Gunil began the live on his phone. The members watched in joy as many of their fans poured in and the comment section was flooded with people from all around the world. During the live they played all sorts of games, told jokes, read comments and much more! Around half an hour into the live Xdinary heroes were telling stories about their life pre-debut. During this time, Jooyeon started to notice that Junhan wouldn’t say much and would only nod his head or laugh throughout the whole time. When he really thought about it Junhan hadn’t really talked at all.

It was now Jooyeons mission to get his bandmate to be more social. He started with trying to ask the older more questions. “Hey Junhan do you have any pre-debut stories?” Jooyeon was hoping that this way Junhan would start to talk more towards the camera. “Uh not really..” the older responded. Jooyeon was now becoming upset with Junhan’s lack of social skills. The maknae tried many more methods like asking Junhan questions or reading comments about him but the most he got out of it was a one or two word response. Oh boy Jooyeon was frustrated now. He really did want his member to talk more and have fun with the group but it seemed like Junhan was just too shy for that.

After thinking for a few moments the younger came up with a solution to get Junhan to talk. They were already seated quite close together so his plan would work well. At first Jooyeon began to discretely poke the olders side. He wasn’t completely sure if Junhan was ticklish but there was only one way to find out. Junhan slightly jumped and pressed his lips tightly together to suppress his smile. He also tried holding onto the maknaes hand to keep his finger from making contact with his sides. Unfortunately for Junhan, Jooyeon still had his other hand available. The youngest snuck his other hand to Junhan’s rib and pressed his thumb in. “AH!” Junhan yelped, coming out louder than he expected. A pink blush quickly spread across the others cheeks as he desperately hoped no one would figure out what was happening. “What’s wrong Junhan-ah?” questioned the second oldest of the group. Jungsu hadn’t yet figured out what was going on and was worried that his bandmate might have hurt himself. “N-nothing.. It’s nothing” Junhan stuttered out in a shaky voice. He hated drawing attention to himself so he just hoped that his members would move on. “Jooyeon s-stop!” Junhan whispered into the maknaes ear. The youngest was still poking his side and rubbing firm circles into Junhan’s ribs. “Aww is little Junhannie ticklish~” the younger whispered back. He had now moved both hands down to Junhan’s waist and softly squeezed, watching how the other twisted and turned while trying to dislodge the maknaes hands. “Jooyeon w-wait!” Oh Jooyeon could tell that Junhan was about to break. At this point Junhan had gaven up on trying to hide his smile and was more worried about trying not to laugh.

“Please s-stop! I’ll d-do anything!” begged the older. This was the maknaes golden opportunity to get what he wanted. “I’ll stop if you start talking more” Jooyeon replied while moving his fingers up to Junhan’s armpits. “A-AH! Jooyeon I-I just don’t want to t-talk!” Junhan was still trying his best to whisper but it was getting more and more difficult as the urge to laugh grew stronger. Tiny giggles were escaping his lips now but he tried to hide them by pushing the palm of his hand against his mouth. “Come on~ just talk and this will all stop” teased the youngest who’s fingers were still roaming around the others armpits. The other members were still telling many embarrassing and funny predebut stories so Junhan’s giggles fit in perfectly with the rest. The now frustrated Jooyeon realized he was going to have to try way harder to get his member to talk. Junhan was pretty persistent with this despite his incredibly red face and teary eyes from trying to keep his laughter in.

After Jooyeon racked his brain he decided to stop his tickle attack momentarily, making Junhan think he was all done. Unfortunately for him, Jooyeon had something else in mind. While Jooyeon was thinking, he remembered that whenever any member would even place their hand on Junhan’s thigh he would immediately push their hand away. He also had a vague memory of O.de quickly poking the inner part of Junhan’s thigh resulting in a loud scream. This gave the brutal maknae an idea as he intertwined his leg with Junhan’s. The older boy didn’t think much of it as their maknae was always giving them physical affection and such. Jooyeon pulled Junhan’s leg outward, completely exposing his inner thigh. Once the guitarists leg was outstretched, the maknae shot his hands down to his inner thigh and began squeezing and poking it nonstop. Junhan squealed loudly from the unexpected attack, loud laughter following his actions. “WAHAHAIT STOHOHOP IT! JOHOHOOYEON-AH!” At this point everyone had turned their heads to watch the duo. Junhan was mortified. He knew everyone was looking at them yet he couldn’t control his hysterical laughter when the maknae was attacking his worst spot. He tried pulling his leg back in but Jooyeon kept it outstretched with his leg. “OKAHAHAY I’LL TAHAHALK JUHUHUST STOHOHOP!” the boy screamed out, desperately trying get away from the evil Jooyeon. At these words, the youngest stopped his torture and listened intently as Junhan began telling his own predebut stories and experiences as a trainee. Sure enough the comments were filled with remarks about Jooyeon’s tickle attack which just flustered Junhan even more.

After the Vlive had ended, Junhan seemed happier than before and even seemed to be a bit less shy around the members. Jooyeon was thrilled with his accomplishment and was definitely going to be keeping Junhan’s worst spot in mind.

nevertheless, you were ecstatic looking at all the different animals that were for sale, when your eyes finally landed on some caged rabbits

you smiled as you saw a light brown one with his long whiskers, in a way it reminded you of jacob

as you told the seller that was the animal you wanted, you bought all the corresponding items you would need like food, treats, toys, and a cage with a matching bowl set for his food and water

once you had everything you needed you made your way to the dorms to surprise jacob with your new pet

as you knocked on the door jacob answered noticing the huge cage covering your entire face and half your upper body

he laughed “what on earth did you buy?” trying to peek through the cage grabbing it from you with ease setting it on top of the dining table

“something that reminds of me of you” you smiled

“that’s funny because i don’t see a golden retriever anywhere” he teased

“this is better! just close your eyes” you instructed as jacob did was he was told

once you knew his eyes were closed you opened the cage and grabbed the rabbit holding it in your arms “okay open!”

when jacob opened eyes he saw the small brown rabbit in your hands “aw… you got a rabbit?” he asked scooping it from your hands wanting to see it closer

“yes!” you squealed not hiding your excitement as jacob set him down on the floor so that he could hop around

you loved younghoon, you pretty much had the perfect little family including your little poodle bori

but when your friend texted you that her maltese dog had a litter of puppies you couldn’t deny that you wanted one, they were just so precious

you kept hinting at younghoon all week that you really wanted to snag one of your friend’s puppies

“younghoon look at this cute picture again” you grinned showing him your phone

“they are cute baby but we already have bori” he said glancing at the picture

“but bori needs a friend” you protested leaning your head on his shoulder “pleaseee?”

he let out a light sigh “we can go and look at them but no promises okay?”

「 Lee Hyunjae 」

it was fun weekend when your sibling asked you to take care of their pet hedgehog

at first you weren’t even going to mention it to hyunjae since he was busy but he decided to surprise you at your apartment one evening

that’s when he noticed the small cage in your living room that definitely wasn’t there before

“hey babe what’s this? did you get a pet?” he wondered curiously

“oh! no i didn’t i’m just watching him for the weekend while my sibling is out of town” you replied heading to the kitchen to get dinner started

as hyunjae opened the cage to get a closer look at the hedgehog it quickly curled up into a ball out of anxiousness pricking hyunjae’s fingers

“ah! it feels like needles” he nearly screamed closing the cage quickly

as you ran back into the living room to see what the commotion was all about you saw the hedgehog still curled up in a ball in the corner of his cage

“aw hyunjae you scared him” you said opening up the cage grabbing him carefully

the hedgehog slowly peeked out of his little ball and started to relax in your hands

hyunjae came up behind you laying his head on your shoulder trying to get a better look at the hedgehog’s face

“it looks cute, but he still hurt my hand” he whined playfully

rolling your eyes at him you set the hedgehog back inside the cage where he started to walk freely

you grabbed hyunjae’s hand giving it a small kiss trying to make him feel better

“it hurts here too babe” he said pointing to his lips smirking

you chuckled as you leaned in giving him a small peck

「 Lee Juyeon 」

you were visiting juyeon during practice when he finally met your pet turtle for the first time

it was a yellow-bellied slider turtle and it was still small enough that it fit in the palm of your hand

you walked in the studio with your small portable cage and saw juyeon practicing alone to new dance moves for the boyz next comeback

he smiled when he saw you through the mirror reflection turning around walking towards you giving you a peck on the lips

when he pulled apart he noticed the tiny cage in your hands

“hey babe, you didn’t have to come all this way to see me. i was gonna head to the dorms after” he said

“i know, but i wanted you to finally my meet my pet turtle. i’ve had him ever since i was little” you smiled taking your turtle out of the cage handing him over to juyeon

“he’s super cute” he commented as the turtle kept sticking its head in and out of his shell

as you both sat down on the floor you grabbed a little bit of juyeon’s fruit from the table and started to feed your turtle

juyeon laughed at how slowly the turtle was eating

“that was all the food i had for practice and it’s gonna take him at least 5 years to eat it all” he teased as you giggled in response

「 Kevin Moon 」

after dating for about a month kevin finally decided to visit your apartment for the first time

you were a bit apprehensive at first mostly because of your pet since you weren’t sure how he was going to react

as you walked into your apartment he casually looked around

“wow i’m jealous i think your place is bigger than our dorms” he commented

you laughed before stopping in front of your bedroom door

“okay, so don’t freak out but i have pet snake..” you told him hesitantly

“no way for real? can i see?” kevin asked excitedly

you nodded opening your bedroom door as you and kevin walked up to the medium sized cage in the corner of your room

“wow he looks really cool can i hold him?” kevin asked

“absolutely he’s actually really sweet” you replied taking out the medium green snake and handing him over

kevin held the snake in his hands while sticking out his tongue copying the snake as you smiled

“i actually have to give him away soon since i’m moving to another building and they don’t allow pets” you mumbled

you weren’t expecting that this was the way that chanhee would meet a pet mouse for the first time

it was a memorable experience to say the least

when chanhee was on vlive you figured now was the time for him to meet the cute little mouse

chanhee gave you a confused look as far as he knew it was just you and him that were gonna do the vlive together

once you came back into the room chanhee turned his chair to greet the new acquaintance but the first thing you heard was his screams

“no! it’s my pet mouse, doesn’t he look cute deobi’s?” you asked showing him to the camera

it was a nice sunny day when you and changmin decided to take a walk through the city

it was a spontaneous day, doing everything that caught you and changmin’s eye like the cafe and shopping

as you both were making your way home that’s when you spotted the pet store asking changmin if you can go in

“changmin-a, can we go there?” you asked pointing to the pet store

“of course babe, i was thinking about getting some new fish” he grinned grabbing your hand

as you both walked around the store looking at the various fishes and reptitles that’s when you saw a cage full of adorable hamsters

it was a chill day spending it haknyeon on his rare day off

as you two were watching t.v with your head on his lap you were casually scrolling through your phone

you didn’t know much about chameleon’s besides thet fact that they were really cool looking and that their skin camouflaged itself to hide from prey

“can we go and see it?” you asked hopefully

What Jikook moments do you feel is the most authentic version of them?

Aka the closest to how you feel they are alone and off cameras. Cause there’s certain moments I can point out that feels exactly like how they are alone. Not saying they put anything on for camera at all, but they will hold back, adjust words or intimacy at times to seem less romantically involved, but the kind of tones and words and actions that they are when being together alone showing through.

The first 3 that come to mind are G.C.F In Tokyo, pure goofiness and fun together. The BE unboxing Aka the way Jungkook was all over jimin in such a partner like way the gentle chin touch by Jimin, Jungkook not bothering to move, Jungkook scolding him yet still holding his shoulder. There’s an intense vibe to it. Then lastly the birthday vlive in October, the entire tones and manner they were talking to each other threw me off completely as they aren’t pretending to just be band mates? If that makes sense, their tones and flirtatious back and forth and breathy laughs give an entirely different and couple vibe, I can’t put my finger on it just how different their conversation felt to how we normally see them talk. It felt very intimate and loving with gentle teasing/flirting and affection.

🌿 I see jk and jm both both caring for each other during concerts, it's very visible. Jk was crying in the first pic and saw how jm immediately ran towards jk to calm him down, to console him, a hug, a pat. He didn't even care if jk puked on him, all what he wanted was to be for jk when times are bad.

Then Tae keeps telling JK to sing his and RM's song "I know", JK tells him he will if he pays him money, lol. JK sings at the end. JM constantly looking in his direction while Tae isn't (has hand over ear waiting to hear the song).

These are actually RM's lines at the beginning of the song - JK is supposed to sing the first line of the song "know you love me girl...", but chose to sing the second line, sung by RM, "know you love me boy...".

JK does sing that line later on in the song, but not at the start of the song, and he chose to sing that line specifically with JM looking at him intently.

JK then says they should call RM too, and then it kind of turns into a joke.

Tae and JM say that's the song, and JM says he listened to the song.

Tae seems to do this from time to time. We have his "I think he likes boys" during the radio interview. We have his "avoiding?" asked time after time in the Jan 2015 BTB (JM looking to interview JK who he claims is avoiding him, and which isn't at all, only to be pointed out repeatedly by Tae, lol).

So, what do TKK's do with this moment? They turn it into a TKK moment, claiming JK sang the song to Tae, and this is what you get from them:

Talk about twisted. Let's read what they had to say about the clip:

"Taekook is one of the most popular ships in korea..in a song where the lyrics were "know you love me girl, so that i love you" jungkook changed the lyrics from "girl" to "boy" and sang it to taehyung. "

They didn't even bother go see what the song is, what the lyrics are, knowing that those were the lyrics of the song.

Yet again, a clear example as to why original content is where you need to go to, and the place you should never turn to is TKK's content and why not to believe a single word they say. Either it's unfounded or misguided or an outright lie.

There are plenty of enjoyable lovely moments between Tae and JK, let's enjoy them in the original content.

My Personal Opinions on Minsung's Dynamic (2021)

Disclaimer: I am not trying to pass off my opinions as facts. This is my personal interpretation of what is laid out right in front of us. I could be completely off base because I don’t know these guys personally, so take this with a grain of salt and feel free to disagree!

Good god their flirting has really ramped up this year.

If 2020 was subtle, then this year it’s more on the surface. I really think 2021 is where you get to see just how good their chemistry is and how well they bounce off of each other.

I think at this point they’ve found their footing and are very comfortable with each other. It’s so interesting to see their progression on camera, when you get to watch everything in order from the beginning to now. I keep saying this but it’s actually such a fun experience. There’s not a lot of content during the first half of the year because of Kingdom mostly. But the show really shows you how insane each member’s work ethic is, how talented they are, and how hard they work as a group. Not just with each other, but the staff who are with them 24/7 as well.

But back to the main topic:

They seem a lot surer of themselves and are blatantly flirty. Han is the boldest he’s ever been (the development). The members are openly more 😏🤔😟 of them. I think the teasing comes back in full force this year. 

First (I noted this in the video), this moment is debatable to me:

I know a lot of shippers talk about this one even though it’s not explicitly confirmed, but it’s during the Chan’s room Vlive where Lee Know recommends a few songs, one of them being Johnny Balik’s Honey. They briefly talk about the song and how LK has an affinity for listening to multiple songs of the same artist, etc. Then all of a sudden Chan asks if he likes “honey” with an almost teasing? tone of voice. LK is a bit taken aback by his question and is like “why do you ask?” And Chan says, “just because”.

I’m on the side that Chan was deliberately trying to tease him about Han “Hannie” (his name sounds like honey when you add the -ie particle). On multiple occasions, the members have also made connections with Han’s name and honey before, especially with JYP’s “Honey” song. LK’s confused reaction kind of adds on to that with him quickly saving the question by answering about actual 🍯. But again, this moment is debatable b/c it’s not as clear cut like the other moments I’ve placed in this project. I’m actually curious to see what opinions people have on this moment.

Then there’s Seungmin who blatantly says they act “lovey dovey” off camera (lmfao what tf does he see??????) and commenting on their photobooth photos and how they look like a couple. I think out of all the members, him and Changbin have the least filter when it comes to LK and Han. Chan is a close third.

Then there’s I.N feeling like a “third wheel” during the cooking show and subtlety alluding to that because of their high energy together.

Now onto the moments that make me go “what??”:

In Mysterious Kitchen, Lee Know asks himself what his favorite food is and Han very quietly but instantly blurts out “Me”. Man forgot the cameras were on for a second. 😭

Then comes the infamous Vlive where LK forgets to tell Han he turned on the speaker to his phone. Han ends up calling him “Jagi” through the phone and starts stuttering and panicking as soon as he realizes that everyone and their mom can hear him. If they played it off as a joke I wouldn’t raise my brows towards it at all, but Han panicked, so it must mean something and how they want/don’t want to be perceived at this point in time.

Han does come on his next live and clarifies that he also calls the other members that and vice versa (which again, it’s normal to use terms of endearment towards your friends), but him getting nervous and stuttering on himself when being caught with calling LK that is quite telling.

And then all of a sudden after this incident you have them openly calling other members “Jagi” on camera,,, when that has NEVER happened before. (LK did it as a joke back in 2018 at a fansign, but it was still a joke at the end of the day so…)

Another moment I want to point out is how LK mentioned on the radio show that Han is a “Yes man” when it comes to him (feel like this is also very much reciprocated, you’ll see this a lot next year). Recently, a Two Kids show episode came out and Han talked about how he doesn’t like hanging out with people in general. In the past, he’s also been open about being more of a homebody than someone who is constantly out and about. Compared to him, LK is more outdoorsy and adventurous, so it’s speaks volumes when Han almost always agrees to LK’s suggestions, and LK immediately understanding Han’s boundaries without any protest when he’s like “I don’t want to go out today, I already used up my energy for that”. Getting a little glimpse of that just shows you how well they “get” each other and how mutual/healthy their friendship (as we can see) is.

Personal Opinions:

I think this year, they are very much at a place where they’re the most comfortable they’ve ever been with each other.  I still think at this point they consider each other to be just friends and are able to maintain that, but they have no reservations playfully flirting with each other and even toe the line sometimes. Like the other members also seem to be very much aware that they have a special bond and aren’t shy about teasing them.

I also believe very, very late into this year, there’s a glaring awareness between them that the “more than platonic” feelings are mutual. But, again, they’re able to maintain their friendship while realizing that they might have something *special*. That’s probably why all of the playful flirting manifested this year.

2022 is where things start to get noticeably blurrier in the platonic/non-platonic department. It’s where I also believe at some point, maybe in the middle of that year, before or very early on in the Maniac Tour, is when they started something.

Let’s talk: Vlive Asks and comment/chat discussions

From @cottoncandykings​: Hello! As u probably know jimin just went live recently and again he mentioned mandaggo and discussing about doing it with tae. I just find it so weird though. I mean jimin keeps constantly mentioning it and its not like vminnies were begging or dying for a vmin live everyday even before jimin mentioned it last year. Even now most including myself dont really care that much ofc i m happy if they do one together. But the way jimin keeps mentioning it is so weird. Like surely if he wanted to do it so badly he could have talked to tae privately and arranged it by now. And if tae is the one that doesnt want to do it then idk why jimin is pushing it. But what was really weird to me this time was that he said there were lots of comments about mandaggo yesterday in zoom call and yet they didnt mention it yesterday but suddenly today without prompting he talks about it. I also hope no one spammed the zoom call chat or the vlive chat with requests for vmin live (i didnt see any) bcoz thats just unnecessary and demanding. I hope vminnies wont demand/ ask for another memeber when one of them is live. Its just disrespectful. This turned into a rant sorry. Do you think it was weird too?

Since Admin 2 can’t type their thoughts themselves, I’ll relay their thoughts to you instead, since they had more thoughts/opinions/ideas in regard to this than I do, to be honest.

Admin 2 is sure that there is a good chance that we will get a vmin vlive sometime soon, which I know contradicts their original opinion and post from a few months ago, but there’s a reason for it. During the zoom meeting between BTS and ARMY they noticed something I don’t think anyone else noticed, or at least neither of us has seen any vminnies mention it anywhere, which in conjunction with Jimin’s vlive today and saying how he’d talk to Tae about doing a mandaggo vlive again, as well as another observation a little while ago, leads them to this conclusion.

So, the observation from the zoom meeting. Basically at one point when the question of Jimin doing a vlive arose Tae looks at Jimin and then he nods while smiling which in turn makes Jimin smile as he turns away from Tae and back to face toward the camera before answering the question and saying how he’ll come visit us the next day. Which he did.

Then the other observation from a while ago, this one being from their OT7 vlive celebrating their BBH100 #1 on June 29th where at one point Jimin says something but slips into satoori after which Tae encourages him to say that again but this time in the Seoul accent, so the way they actually should speak, which Jimin says isn’t difficult but he doesn’t actually end up repeating what he said.

And lastly in today’s vlive Jimin mentioned how he’s using satoori quite often but that he isn’t all that good at doing it on command or at teaching it to others, which is something he’d have to do for mandaggo but I’m sure he’d manage just fine if the time came for it.

Based on that Admin 2′s thoughts are basically that Jimin really meant it when he said, last year, that he’ll bring Tae around for a vlive, that it wasn’t a joke or a way to tease us with something he knew he wouldn’t be able to deliver, but rather that up until this point they weren’t quite sure how to do it. Which sounds a bit odd, I know, but what they mean is that if vmin were to just sit down in front of the camera and were supposed to just talk based on what the chat would give them, it would likely just turn out awkward and weird and no one, including them, would really have fun. Even more so when we take into account how idiotic the chat is during regular vlives so now imagine if those two were to do one together that’s just a casual chat. It would likely end up in disaster and honestly I wouldn’t wish it upon them to read all those awful comments that they would likely get, even worse ones than they already get normally, to be honest.

But now that the whole satoori thing was brought up, and Jimin actually mentioned mandaggo and wanting to bring it back after so many years, Admin 2 thinks that they must’ve finally figured out a solution to their problem, if you can call it that. Doing mandaggo would basically mean they would have an activity, something to do similar to how they did those ASMR videos for the Japanese Fan Club which were fun and cute, and so Admin 2 thinks that perhaps chances are we will finally get the vlive we’ve waited for so long (though like many others I’ve long given up the idea).

Another confirmation is that during his vlive today Jimin basically said that he only came by for a little while since they are quite busy and had to soon get ready for work with the other members but that he’ll return in two or three weeks for a more proper, longer, vlive. So, he could’ve treated today’s vlive as the promised one but instead he saw it more as a bridging one between the zoom meeting and the proper vlive he wants to do, so is it the farfetched to think that he had proper plans for a vlive, like doing mandaggo, but it just wouldn’t have worked out time wise today so he moved the actual vlive he wanted to make to a later date?

One last thing (well two actually) that has nothing to do with this question but Admin 2 wanted me to include it anyway is that one, have you noticed how Tae and Jimin were both on weverse around 3 am (until almost 4am (also both of them posting a comment to some post at 03:41 am KST)) one after the other (though with one day of a break in between them) recently and then also two, that Jimin was up until like 6 am (since he posted on weverse around that time) on the 8th and then during the zoom meeting Tae answered a question by saying that he’d been awake until 6 am the previous day (also the 8th) since he wanted to see the sunrise? Which is also something an anon mentioned to us. Curious, isn’t it?

So jimin wwnt live today and one of the accounts on twt posted a screen cap of them commenting 'touch your hair if vmin is real' in the live chat and jimin's reaction to it. Now idk if it is an edit or real. No matter i just want to say its not ok to bring up ships in front of the members no matter which ship it is. We dont know the reality of their relationship so lets not make them uncomfortable. Its not a joke. Its not funny. Be respectful the members are real people.

(Admin 1 taking over from this point onward) This ask nicely ties into the last one that’ll be further down in this post since they cover a similar issue of sorts. But let’s start with this one asking about, essentially, vlive comments and the things fans ask/comment, which also ties in with the above ask as well.

The thing with the vlive chat, and especially comments/questions that are like anon said, questions or “commands/requests” about touch your hair if XYZ ship is real or cough twice if you love XYZ member or, likewise, comments such as where is XYZ member or what are the other members doing, unfortunately those have been a steady and unchanging part of the vlive chat since basically forever. It’s been an issue on and off with different intensities though I feel like it’s gotten worse again this year. Particularly if we look back at the vlive Tae did with Hobi and Yoongi and how essentially the entire chat was filled with comments related to Xkook and not much else.

If my memory doesn’t fail me we once even had a situation some years ago (2016) where the chat during Hobi’s vlive was so bad, as in so full of questions about that other members instead of him, that you could see he was upset about it and eventually he handed over the vlive to Jimin, whom the chat had requested Hobi to visit, and Hobi just left. And I can’t blame him for it since the chat must’ve made him feel like basically no one cared about him so what was even the point of him being there, right?

Personally I’ve long given up looking at the comments during vlive because they just make me cringe and feel bad for the members, especially when I think back to vlives such as Yoongi’s D2 one last year where he was so excited to talk about the songs and the process of making the mixtape and yet so many of the comments were just unrelated nonsense and annoying request like speak english or can you say my name or say hello in XYZ language. If it makes me question why the people posting those questions are in the chat, why they are fans to begin with, imagine what the members must feel like, how discouraging that must feel like. After all they are musicians and yet so rarely do they get questions about that. Or rather they do get them but they are just drowned out by nonsense. Which is a shame. And also very disrespectful but any attempts that were made to remind people to be respectful, to remember their place as fans, to focus on the member that’s doing the vlive instead of asking about the others, and to keep ships away from the members have failed because some don’t care and will continue to not care.

From anon: what are your opinions on the Qs that were asked during that zoom meeting thing between BTS and ARMY?

Now I’d like to preface my answer to this last question by saying that by no means do my grievances come from a place of jealousy or anything. I’m very happy for all the ARMYs that won their spot, that they got to participate in the event and that BTS got to see ARMYs again even if only on screens and not in person still. No, my issue stems from something completely different, and I don’t want to say that the system chose the wrong people, because that would be mean and also who even knows how the winners were chosen, if it was pure luck or there were some actual criteria that went into the process, but the fact is that only a select 200 ARMYs got that spot out of however many that applied, so basically for some this was a once in a lifetime chance, right, even just getting this close to asking Bangtan a question and have really great chances of having them give you an answer while acknowledging you somewhat instead of just seeing pure words on a screen, you know what I mean?

Now imagine you are one of those 200 ARMYs and you get the chance to fill the chat with questions along with the other 49 participants of your session and you decide that asking questions such as what it’s like for Jimin to work as angel, if Namjoon ever broke a bicycle, or why JK smells the crowns of the other members heads? Or even worse, you decide to ask about JKs shower routine and in which order he washes his body? And sure, the “fault” doesn’t fall completely on the ARMYs alone, after all it’s the members who read out those questions and not some magical off screen entity, and since I wasn’t part of the event I can’t say with a hundred percent certainty that no one asked any “proper” questions, but if those were the questions that ended up being read out loud, is it that hard to guess that likely all the questions looked similarly? 

Which brings me to my main grievance of it all: have you forgotten that you are fans of musicians and not reality TV stars or vloggers/influencers? I know there were likely no rules for what questions you could or couldn’t ask (except for probably ones that were 100% about shipping or far too personal), but really, you get to ask your favorite band a question, something you might never, ever get the chance to do again, and your first thought isn’t to ask about their music but instead about some unimportant nonsense like the angel question or if they differentiate between the clothes they wear at home and those they sleep in? Like sure the angel one was kinda funny, maybe, and Jimin handled it in a cute way, I applaud him for it, but was that really necessary?

I know someone asked JK about Decalcomania, as well as Tae about his mixtape, and Yoongi/Jimin about Tony Montana (season 2), but other than that were there any other questions about their music? Perhaps I’m overthinking things, maybe I’m exaggerating and maybe I’m the only one who sees an issue with this, but if I would’ve won a spot, I’d rather have asked something about their process when writing lyrics or creating beats or how they prepare when learning new choreographies, what it’s like to be on tour (though perhaps that would be a mean question seeing as tours aren’t really something that’ll continue being possible for a while still), you get the point.

It makes me wonder if it was just bad luck or if it had something to do with how old the participants were (I saw some being as young as fifteen), which isn’t to say that teens can’t ask smart questions because they definitely can just like adults can ask stupid ones as well, but somewhere something, in my opinion, just went weirdly. And maybe that was the point of it all, for the event to be casual, funny, lighthearted, but my question then is when is the time for music discussions? For fans to ask those types of questions that actually have something to do with the boys careers? When even journalists aren’t asking them proper questions, ARMYs aren’t either, so what is the point of it all then?

Then again, after the event concluded and Seokjin came onto vlive he seemed so happy and excited, so maybe they had fun (I mean they seemed to have fun) and didn’t mind at all that the questions were lighthearted and silly, maybe I’m the one making mountains out of molehills. I don’t know, but anon wanted to know my thoughts/opinions, and this is them. Once again, I don’t mean to be mean toward the ARMYs that got rightfully in, that won, and I don’t want to insult them for the questions they asked, perhaps I just expected/hoped for something a little different? And perhaps I’m the only one. I don’t know.

Before reading this one I have already had a tinhatory moment for myself.

I personally think jk was watching jm vlive and even commenting.

It's not a new thing. He have already called jin and rm before in their vlives saying he's watching their vlive. He told jin he have commented on jins vlive and if jin had seen it for which jin shouts how he can see and know if that's him lmao.

But here I think jm saw jk commenting in his vlive . When you watch vlive at a moment he's suddenly getting all hot and flirty mode coming close to cam , licking lips , reading comments and simultaneously seducing.

This was not regular jm seducing towards army but I think it was intended to one person who he knows is commenting.

One tym during vlive , when jin talks about the bag he says wt jk will feel when he watches this. To which jin asks do you think jk will watch this and he ans no. But I think he know jk was watching it.

Also , in another moment someone was at door jin said it maybe jk(coz he usually joins for jinminkook lives) an jm was rushing toward the door. He was completely calm full when it was jhope.

Idk if the person deleted their post or if the problem is on my end or what 🤷🏻‍♀️ but we can still talk about the vlive and my thoughts over it all! Here is the original vlive in question from September 2018:

And let me just say I love this vlive and I love JinMin so much. Before we get into it, I will say that I don't totally agree with you here. Sorry! I mean, it's not impossible, but it's a bit of a reach. But let's talk about it!

To start, I've seen a lot of Jimin vlives, solo and otherwise simply because he is my bias and I love just listening to him talk sometimes and I consumed content like a crazy person for a long time. Lol his behavior and the way he interacted with the camera did not seem super different than the other times he did. Jimin has a habit of licking his lips and running hands through his hair. Thats not necessarily him flirting when he does it. He was smiling big at the camera often and looking extra beautiful, but he wasn't giving off excessive flirt vibes to me, just the normal amount of flirty vibes. Lol

Jimin talks about how he often feels a little awkward during solo vlives so he wanted to do this one with another member, so he stole Jin's dinner and is basically just waiting for him to show up so he will eat with him and do vlive together. Lol idk if we can call this a hostage situation, but it's hysterical and I love it.

I won't go into crazy in depth detail about everything that goes down in this vlive, I'll just cover main points that relate to jikook and then move on, but I would encourage everyone to go watch this one if you haven't already. Not only do Jimin and Jin look extra beautiful, the amount of smiles and giggles is top notch. The JinMin duo is out in full force, the flirting and teasing and story telling is amazing. Just their interactions together, i love it. They are criminally underrated as a duo.

Before anyone else gets there, Jimin tells us this is his hotel room. He pointed out the computer in the back and says he brought his laptop with him and set it up in case he gets bored. And then adds "to play games." I'm partial to believing him, but I've seen some theories out there that the computer was actually Jungkook's. Saying the red box in the corner is the same brand that he bought as his computer. I'll say that we don't know that Jimin didn't buy from the same company though. But the way he said play games seemed a little shy. And we know that while Jimin does play some video games, he is not a big gamer like Jungkook or Taehyung are. Literally the year before in 2017 on vlive, JK was teasing Jimin about not being good at games. Soooo I could buy into the theory that it was Jungkooks computer actually back there. But that is all that it is, theory and rumor. Nothing really concrete to back that one up.

So Jin shows up and he is there for all of like 2 minutes before they hear noises by the door again. Jin asks if it is Jungkook and goes to check, Jimin gets up to follow. I disagree that he ran to the door, he just hurried over to catch up with Jin and see who it was. It was Hobi who was originally going to Jins room, but came to join them briefly in Jimins when he saw them both there. We have a small portion of time with the 3 of them. Then it's basically all just Jimin and Jin talking and eating and feeding each other and joking around for a while.

Around 40 minutes in, Jimin is up close with the camera, saying they are going to end the live soon and reading some comments. He sweeps his hair back as he does, looking very good and giving off what could be considered flirty vibes. And Jin promptly asks him why he does that. Lol Jimin laughs and asks if he did sweep his hair back? When told yes, he says "I guess I do unconsciously." Meaning he isn't intentionally flirting with the camera, these are just habits and part of who he is. He can't help that he is charming and beautiful. Lol that doesn't mean he is flirting though. But this ties back into what I was saying at the beginning. I don't get excessive flirting vibes, I don't think he was being extra with it at all, I think he was just unconsciously behaving that way and just honest to goodness looked extra good that day.

The bag conversation happens about 52 minutes into the live. Jin says his bag that he gave to JK was left and abandoned still in Korea, basically saying because JK only uses the one Jimin gave him now. Jin tells how a year before, he placed an order to get a bag custom made for Jungkook as a birthday gift. He tells us how he gave him his present first and then as soon as he saw Jimin give him his bag that it was better

He says that even though he got a bag from Jimin too, he was still remembering that Jungkook said he loved Jin's bag and would use it at the airport and take it on tour with him. And what's interesting is that when Jin says JK promised to take the bag on tour, Jimin starts looking around his room, like he was wanting to see the bag somewhere? Coincidence... maybe, but also just another check on the "they were maybe sharing a hotel room again" list

And then we have the part anon brought up about how would JK feel if he watches this. The keyword you are missing there though was IF. We know that the members have gone and sometimes watched vlives back that they missed from the other members sometimes, so I think that is what they were talking about here, not that Jimin knew JK was watching right now. But that he was saying hey, don't talk down about your gift, JK would feel bad if he saw this and thought you were thinking he didn't love it, because we know he does!

Jin follows that up immediately with a "Why, do you think he will watch this?" And Jimin laughs saying "Nope!" So it's a moot point for if JK would hear him say it. Lol Jin also then asks Jimin if his bag was bigger in the size he was originally going to get it, making it larger than the one Jimin bought for him, would Jungkook have liked Jin's present more than Jimin's? And Jimin giggles and gives an almost smug smile when he says "No." Lol doesn't matter what you changed, Jimin knows his gift was going to be the favorite no matter what. Also interesting!

Jimin then tells us why he bought the bag for JK. And it basically comes down to the fact that he hated his old camera bag. Lol he said he carried the giant bag around everywhere and even stopped dressing up, only wearing hoodies and track pants to the airport and carrying his bag. So he wanted to get him a very pretty bag, so that he could use it at least once and then Jimin would throw away his old one. Lol Jin immediately started laughing saying that was what he wanted to do too. But instead of being able to toss the old bag, JK just started carrying both his new bag from Jimin AND his old camera bag around at the same time. Lol they then gave their goodbyes for the next few minutes.

P.S. you all have no idea how much I just wanted to spent an extra like 10 paragraphs here just gushing over how much I love JinMin and how cute and wonderful they are together as a duo and during this vlive. Like, it was never ending how sweet they were being together.

Anyways! To wrap it up, basically no, i don't think that JK was watching and commenting through the vlive or that Jimin was flirting anymore or any harder than usual. Honestly, I think they made it pretty clear that JK was probably NOT watching when Jimin said that no, he wouldn't watch this live. Lol I do think though that a very strong argument could be made that Jimin and Jungkook were planning on sleeping in that hotel room together that night, if they weren't just unofficially sharing, they would probably be having "sleepovers." It was an amazing vlive.
