#sasuke#narusasu#my art#so like u know how we say sasuke didnt get his freaky hashirama cell arm bc his arm is a reminder#of everythinf he's done and everything naruto has done for him#and it ultimately is a form of self flagellation#which is rly valid bc yeah freaky cell arm#what if it was more like#'our destroyed hands are holding in the aether that we created'#and 'our mollecules are one'#that kind of super unhinged way to express affection#so sasuke keeps his arm amputated as is as a token of love#i prefer to think of it that way#because i dont like thinking of sasuke being consumed by guilt and wasting his days on a 'redemption' that will never come#because he's the only one that decides when he's redeemed#and he will never get to that point#and its OKAY!! to have regrets i think its very sexy of sasuke to regret some of his actions (towards naruto)#thats jsut human nature and it makes him the well-rounded three-dimensional character that i love#bottom line#: every day sasuke wakes up without an arm. it's a declaration of love
