Spandex Denim Anti-back
Spandex Denim Anti-back
It provides superior dispersion performance of making the pocket anti back staining agent brighter and making the contrast between blue and white better, especially when used on the color mixing fabrics. Besides, it is suatable to be used with acid enzyme and neutral enzyme in the denim washing process.Get more news about pocket anti back staining agent, you can vist our website!
Under the same wash conditions and with the same amount of anti-back staining additives, we put a cotton, a polyester and a spandex denim pinned together in the washing machine. The left side of the photo above shows the test results with the addition of the same type of products from other companies, while the right side shows the results with our product V8. As you can see, our product has outstanding anti-back staining effect in practical use, less dye staining back, and better performance on both fabrics. And by comparison, the spandex denim also did not have the problem of losing elasticity, and the protection of fabric elasticity was better.
Denim and its various items like pants, shirts, jackets, belts, caps, etc, are the most preferred clothing for todays youth. This studydiscusses compositions and methods of reducing or preventing back staining ofindigo dyes on the weft yarn and pocket of denim garments. The dye, as it is removedfrom the denim material, post treatment with cellulase or by a conventionalwashing process may cause back staining or re-deposition on the denimmaterial; e.g.: re-colouration of blue threads and blue colouration of whitethreads, resulting in less contrast between the blue and white threads.
Denim garments are looked at as a major trend setter by our youth. The spread of denim culture all over the world brought with it a trend of fastchanging fashions. One after another several washes were introduced such asstone wash, acid wash, moon wash, etc. Over the last decade, India has probably seen the most dramatic and exciting changes in the washing of denimgarments. As per the denim garment export market, this high quality garment hassuperior aesthetics and great value for price. In terms of the quality aspect, back staining plays a vital role in improving the appearance of the denimgarment.
During stone washing or enzyme washing, cellulose isdegraded and indigo dye is released. For instance, the cellulase enzymes aretemporarily bound to the cellulose by means of an anchor. This gets split in termsof 1,4-β glycoside composition. After this process it is made availablefor further hydrolysis reaction.

After using these threads for more than a year, I am offering them in our webshop. I am kind of spoiled in “Sashiko Thread”. Since my childhood, I have been using the “Sashiko thread” we are proud of. Therefore, customers asked me my opinion of “alternative Sashiko thread”, I did not have my answer. Although we make international shipping, our thread may not be available in some countries. I believe this great Sashiko thread “Daruma” by Yokota, may be available in more countries. The thick one can be a good alternative. The thin one can be used for other Sashiko - but my preference is a thick one. ☆ Since Yokota is a long-established & big thread company in Japan, many retailers offer the Yokota Sashiko thread. However, I believe I am the only shop that had spent so much time studying before offering it (although I started offering smaller skeins in advance). It would be great if you could choose our store to purchase the Yokota thread. I will do my best in pricing, and your purchase directly helps me to spend more time in “researching”. Available in both thick & thin, in 2 white colors. Col.1 for Bright White & Col.2 for Original White. ☆ #Sashiko #SashikoThread #Yokota #YokotaThread #DarumaThread #DarumaSashikoThread #ThreadforSashiko #WhiteThread #HandStitching #Sashiko #JapaneseFabric #SashiCo #UpcycleStitches https://www.instagram.com/p/B-SoFVIJsYc/?igshid=1tsa82k595qm1

I’ve been wondering if I should write this on Instagram for a few days… but I decided to write. If you enjoy Sashiko, please purchase the Sashiko thread from us! We are very proud of the quality of our Sashiko Thread selection. The price may look a bit high, but the skein is large (About 145meter/158yard per skein) in comparison to the other brand Sashiko thread (usually about 40meter/43yard). I explain why we call it “Sashiko thread” on our Website. We offer only what we, as the Sashiko artisans, use. There are many good reasons for using our thread. Since you will spend so much time in your Sashiko stitching, I believe this is a great investment. THREAD DOES MATTER in both enjoying the process & beautiful results. ☆ It hits us quite badly as the other business is experiencing now everywhere. It started in Japan about a month ago, and now it will do the same thing in the US. I will be extra careful to make a package. Your purchase will help not only my family but also the small Sashiko industry in Japan. There are reasons we call it “Sashiko Thread”. It would be great to learn & then try the best based on our 30+ years of experience. A loyal customer is like a good friend to me. Thank you for those who have been understanding of what I am trying to do & I am very much looking forward to meeting the new friendship. Thank you for your time to consider it. Wash your hands & Keep the ordinary as much as you can! ☆ #Sashiko #SashikoThread #WhySashiko #ThreadforSashiko #NaturalDye #WhiteThread #HandStitching #Sashiko #Indigo #Kakishibu #SashiCo #UpcycleStitches @Sashi.Co https://www.instagram.com/p/B9r28P4J0zU/?igshid=wxmwxa0fvd4s

I share why it is so important to use the “Appropriate Sashiko Thread” in your Sashiko project. Thread does matter, and it is because of the purpose of stitching. If the purpose is different, then the Sashiko project requires different types of fabric. ☆ I have been longing to introduce this, but it took a lot longer to make a product page. Unlike the Japanese who made Boro a few hundreds years ago, we have choices to make our Sashiko easier & less stressful. One of the important processes in “Boro-to-be with the Sashiko project” is to secure the fabric for the patching. There are many ways to stabilize the fabric on the other fabric, but one of my favorites is the basting - with fine basting thread. ☆ This basting thread by Yokota has all of the characteristic that I need for the basting thread. It is now my “Carry-on” thread in my Sashiko stitching Box. ☆ #Sashiko #BastingThread #Yokota #YokotaThread #DarumaThread #ThreadforSashiko #WhiteThread #HandStitching #JapaneseFabric #SashiCo #UpcycleStitches https://www.instagram.com/p/B-auXy3pzf-/?igshid=6lpu6sfyqt2j

It was a long week. I started “working” after I kissed my daughter's forehead for good night. Although all of the workshops are cancelled, it is fortunate that I can still work from my house - a mail-order house (online store) is operational. (I follow all of the necessary precaution measures such as wiping the plastic surface with disinfectant wipe). ☆ I had been super busy with focusing on the workshop. I enjoyed so many great opportunities. At the same time, I couldn’t make time to focus on updating the website. After all, I am a small only-family-oriented business. ☆ The future updates include Sashiko thread, other thread, Made in Japan fabric, Sashiko stitched fabric, Boro to be pieces, and Sashiko items. I am well-aware that many experience financial instability now. So, please don’t feel pressured. We will overcome the crisis. I would like to keep the “ordinary in Sashiko” so that many can come back to Sashiko. If one is somewhat financially stable & in need of Sashiko supplies, please consider us as your supplier. Your choice will be a great help in sustaining the culture, especially when we all face difficulties. Thank you very much for following this account. I will keep sharing our Sashiko photos. For more stories & beautiful photos of Sashiko, please follow @Sashi.Co ☆ ☆ #Sashiko #SashikoThread #BastingThread #ThreadforSashiko #JapaneseBoro #SashikoArt #WhiteThread #HandStitching #Sashiko #JapaneseFabric #Indigo #SashiCo #UpcycleStitches https://www.instagram.com/p/B-QtrHwpZzM/?igshid=1gjvhjw2kqj82

"What kind of supply do we need to use for Sashiko?" I often get this quetsion. Well, you may yuse any kinds of supply for Sashiko, but it is very important to choose the best Sashiko thread for you to get the beautiful, satisfactory (to yourself) and less stress Sashiko stitching Experience. Try ours from the website from the profile. It is based on our experience and they are very good. ★ White is the most popular color. We have 2 kinds of white, Original (Ecru - Unbleached) white and Bringht (Bleached) white. Both looks good on many projects :D ★ 「刺し子に適した材料を教えて下さい」 ワークショップを繰り返していると、そんな質問をよく受けます。

Sometimes, I receive feedback saying the Sashiko thread is expensive. Yes, in comparison to the regular sewing thread, it is more costly. However, there is a reason for using the Sashiko specific thread (The story is available on Youtube). Please understand that our thread has its length of about 145-meter (about 158 yards). The usual so-called “Sashiko Thread” has its length of 20 meters or so, and they cost around $2.00. ☆ Let’s say, the best white thread in our store cost about $14.00. It has about 145 meters. So, it is about $2.00 per every 20 meters. When you get a “good deal” from the web, then the cost of thread would be as low as $1.50 per 20 meters. If you stitch a lot, you would want to get the bigger skein. I hope this explains the scenery better. For Natural Dye, it is hand-dyed by Keiko or other dyeing artisans. Your understanding would be appreciated to keep this journey on-going, both providing the thread & Natural Dye Sashiko Thread. Thank you!! ☆ #Sashiko #JapaneseSashiko #SashikoThread #SashikoYarn #NaturalDye #SashikoStitching #Yarn #Thread #WhiteThread #Thread #HandDye #Kofu #刺し子 #日本の刺し子 https://www.instagram.com/p/B53DKpIpfKH/?igshid=2u92sd71zyry
