Not me sending multiple emails with an important deadline listed as the beginning of my prep period so I have time to do all the other pieces and not have to do extra work on my lunch…and then those emails being ignored meaning my prep is over and I’m going to have to do everything on my personal time.
#I can’t finalize my IEP and do all the extra time consuming paperwork if the speech provider hasn’t add her piece#so now I have to sit here waiting for her to be done meanwhile my prep is over in five fucking minutes#so I have to do it on my lunch or at home once she’s finally done#why are adults the hard part of my fucking special ed teaching job???#my life as a seventh year teacher
