Hello! Can I have a Wildberry cookie with a reader who is the heir of some general of the troops of the Hollyberry Cookies? Like the reader is still quite young, but they demand too much from him, so at his age he is already fighting no worse than experienced warriors with a bunch of battles behind him. Thank you♡

Here’s him just being an absolute, unadulturated dad. Also Hollyberry being the fun wine aunt because yes.

I also took ‘young’ as like teenage kinda? Like maybe 16 or something but idk

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Wildberry relates to you in a good amount of ways. He understands the need for you to try and prove yourself, to protect everyone around you. He, himself, had to work hard as a kid to get where he is today.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Being the child of one of the commanders of the Hollyberry kingdom’s army only put more pressure on you to be the best and to prove yourself, and Wildberry was, honestly, surprised to see how you could hold your own even against your own parent at such a young age.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Being Hollyberry’s personal guard, Wildberry is not present a lot when it comes to the troops. Despite this, he does visit the troops for some extra training or whenever Hollyberry wants to see how they’re doing.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ You were paired up against him for sparring once, and Wildberry literally refused to fight you due to your youth. He didn’t want to accidentally hurt you, despite how you told him repeatedly that you were one of the strongest and most experienced warriors in the Hollyberry kingdom. After he saw you spar with a few other troops, he did agree to some light sparring with you.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ He has never once performed an offensive move during one of your sparring sessions. He knows you can hold your own, but the inner part of Wildberry is just screaming to never hurt a young cookie like that, or even at all.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ He likes to mentor you whenever he comes around, which has been becoming more often- whenever he can leave Hollyberry safely attended and make sure she isn’t going to get completely wasted if he looks away for twelve seconds. Wildberry will teach you defensive moves and offensive moves, though mainly defensive. He just wants you to be safe, to be honest.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ He has forced you to rest multiple times before. If he comes over and sees you training with eye bags or if he sees you working yourself a little too hard he will tell you to take a rest. If you insist on continuing, he will not allow you to. He will literally stand there for hours just repeating "You need to rest." and other similar lines. He will not give easily. He does this to other troops when he sees them overworking themselves, but he isn't nearly as persistent with them as he is with you.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ He’s invited you to help him protect the queen! You get to spend more time learning stuff from him, along with Hollyberry! Hollyberry enjoys having a young cookie around, someone that she could have a little bit of fun with, unlike Wildberry, with his completely composed demeanor and incessant nature on how, no, she shouldn’t be chugging 5 cups of grape juice in a row and how he’s surprised how she’s still alive at this point.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Speaking of which, Wildberry keeps you away from any and all types of grape juice. You’re not allowed to drink it, or even sniff it. Lord help him he ends up with two grape juice obsessed cookies, nonetheless one of those cookies being so young.

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ Overall he’s just a stern father-figure who will help you train, while forcing you to rest more and patching up every little wound you get.
